01/04/2026: Bad experience on my first visit. I ordered a small bowl of fries. They asked me for €11. For frozen fries, no less! Unfriendly and unprofessional. I'll never go back.

08/04/2026: We waited at least 30 minutes for two wraps, a Coke, and a donut. I think that's excessive for a "fast food" place, especially since it wasn't very busy. Perhaps they could improve the speed; it's borderline. And hairnets would be a nice touch.

05/04/2026: During our visit, one of the hamburgers was served without a patty. When we pointed this out at the counter, the staff replied, "We know we put it in," and refused to redo it. We had to wait 10 minutes before finally getting a patty in our burger.

15/02/2026: The food was good and fresh, but the service needs improvement, especially for €50 per person. We came for dinner on Valentine's Day. The waiter was clearly overwhelmed. There was a very long wait between courses. We waited an hour and a half for dessert, so I asked the waiter if we'd been forgotten, but he said no, it was supposedly the busy period, and he became quite defensive, even though customers who arrived an hour later had already finished their meals…

16/01/2026: Between Arras Dainville and Beaurains, he is by far the worst, we returned home after receiving our order at the drive and two burgers were missing from our order.

23/04/2026: The guys spend more time chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. There are no restrooms, and their friendliness leaves much to be desired. There were two people in front of me and no one behind me. The employee asked them if they were in a hurry... they said no, and then she pulled out a three-meter-long order slip and said, "Oh well, I'll be able to prepare my order." It took her 10 minutes... when she could have served them first and then prepared their order. Subway seems to be completely out of control. I won't be going back anytime soon.

13/04/2026: After placing my order through Uber Eats, I ordered three 30-cent subs, each with errors on the bun. The first one didn't have the right chicken. The second and third were missing ingredients (corn, bell pepper, red onion, etc.), just a measly piece of tomato and lettuce. Furthermore, I ordered Italian bread, but all three arrived with regular white bread. In short, I won't be ordering from here again.

22/11/2025: Disastrous order, a ridiculously small portion of fries. Two cold burgers in a stale, far too thick bun. For the price paid, it's a disgrace.

16/11/2025: As a regular customer of your chip shop, I was quite disappointed with my visit today. There was a very poor communication with the staff. We ordered two Savoyard-style burgers, but some ingredients were missing. We had to ask for a replacement, which was difficult. When we inquired about the ingredients included in the recipe, they told us they were extra, even though Gruyère cheese and ham are included. Due to the difficulty in communicating, we left with Savoyard-style burgers that included a steak and Gruyère cheese. Furthermore, the portions were significantly smaller than before. This doesn't make me want to return.

31/03/2026: I went to the wrong kebab shop; I wasn't supposed to go there, but fate intervened. For my first time at this restaurant, there's a wide selection: hamburgers, pizza, kebabs. The service is very friendly. I'm not disappointed I came and made the wrong choice; I'll gladly return.
