04/07/2026: A SUPER bar!! We had such a great time when we were on holiday in Marseille!! The place is so nice, special mention for the raspberry Bacchus beer and the pool table, it was really awesome, we went back several times and highly recommend it!!

30/04/2026: The burger itself is very good, I really like the taste, but unfortunately, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. This is the fifth time (between this year and last) that I've had problems at this establishment. I always ask for extra bacon, I pay for it, but I only receive a tiny slice—it's frankly shameful. I've clearly specified "extra bacon" several times, but nothing changes. Last time, I placed a quick and easy order, and I still waited almost 40 minutes. Several takeout orders were placed before mine, which was prepared last. And to top it all off, the burger arrived incorrectly once again. In addition: - Ingredients like bacon and cheese are very limited (sometimes almost nonexistent) - For the price, no sauce is offered - The organization leaves much to be desired: only one person handles the service and everything, while the other alternates between the kitchen and deliveries. The only positive point is that they sometimes put extra fries on the order, I have to admit. But honestly, given the price and the repeated mistakes, the experience is very disappointing. I gave it several chances, but after so many problems, it's hard to go back.

When I picked up my order at the drive-thru, the woman told me no because there were no fries in his meal! Seriously?! The world is going crazy 😡😡😡 I will never set foot in your establishment again 😡😡

30/05/2026: Avoid the McDonald's in Dainville at all costs! Waitresses' hair is everywhere, and the employees' hygiene is questionable. They speak to customers like dogs, and the worst part is the manager. There's a total lack of respect for customers. Frankly, given the reviews, I don't understand why they haven't changed anything.

The portions were generous and the presentation was lovely. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere friendly. I highly recommend it for a great meal with friends!

01/07/2026: Order placed at the drive-thru today around 8:50 PM. The person was really unpleasant, staring at us from head to toe, giving us a very dirty look. She clearly didn't want to work and slammed the glass door in our faces while we were talking to her. Shameful.

24/07/2026: I go to this McDonald's every week. Tonight, the manager wasn't very helpful. I returned my fish meal because it was cold and the cheese hadn't melted. I got it back with only half a slice of cheddar. I pointed this out, and the manager had the nerve to tell me that's how it is now, even though we pay extra for a slice. I went on Sunday and got what I needed, and six days later, nothing was right. I told her to get lost and left her the fish. I've never had a problem with a manager before, but this one was unbelievable—unfriendly, not smiling at all. I feel sorry for the staff who work under her. On top of that, the trash cans were full and hadn't been emptied, and there were fries and papers on the floor. I took the liberty of helping myself. I regret not checking on the place that day because the other times the McDonald's was fine; I didn't have any problems. It's unfortunate that this person doesn't deserve to be in charge. I'm going to contact head office.

21/07/2026: Change your manager! For several weeks now, the customer service has become appalling, and the quality of service is deteriorating with each visit. During our last visit, we ordered, among other things, four Happy Meals. On the way home, we discovered that the toys were missing. So we went back to the counter to ask for them. The response? "Sorry, we're out of them." "Yes, but we paid for them!" "I'll call my manager." His response? "Come back another day." Excuse me? We paid full price for the Happy Meals. The least they could have done was inform us when we placed the order (it was the manager at the register when we paid, by the way) or at the very latest when we received our bag, so we could decide whether or not to keep our order. Instead, nothing. We had to find out for ourselves afterward. This isn't an isolated incident. Between the interminable wait, the appalling service of recent weeks, and this blatant lack of consideration for customers, it's time for a serious reassessment. I'm eagerly awaiting the opening of Burger King in Aire-sur-la-Lys. The travel time will be more than compensated by decent service, a warmer welcome, and, in my opinion, better quality. And besides, given the wait time in Lillers to pick up an order... it'll be just the same as the trip to Aire. The lack of competition doesn't give you the right to treat customers with such nonchalance. Being a business owner isn't just about taking orders. It's also about respecting the people who place them.

13/06/2026: What can I say about this experience?! Waiting over an hour and a half for a measly starter, a slice of terrine (€5) and a tomato salad 😂, a single sliced ​​tomato (€4). Then we waited almost another hour for the main course, Flemish carbonnade! No gesture of goodwill whatsoever, and the service was terrible. In short, a very bad experience for me.

26/07/2026: I've been several times since the change of ownership, and it's always the same story: an interminable wait. Be prepared to wait to be served; you have to wait until they finish their drinks or cigarettes. They're overwhelmed with very little, and there's always a wait, even to pay. The waitress told us to complain to the owners because she's fed up with the customers' frustration. Opening a bar isn't primarily about having fun, but a Saturday night with events happening right outside their terrace deserved a bit more effort from them. All the tables next to us were complaining, and meanwhile, the owners were off getting peanuts for themselves. I won't be back. 20 minutes to pay was the last straw.
