14/02/2026: I still hadn't been served after 30 minutes, so I left. I came back at 6:20 PM, and other customers who arrived after me were served. At other restaurants, I was served within 15 minutes maximum. So I won't be going back to the Liévin McDonald's.

13/02/2026: Hello I just came to your establishment at 10:59 AM for breakfast. Not finding it on your kiosk, I asked a staff member who told me it was until 11:00 AM and that it was 11:03 AM. They didn't offer to take my order for just three minutes. I am truly surprised and extremely disappointed by this attitude, especially since I traveled from Mericourt for nothing. At another restaurant, they offered to take my order. I understand why customers go to the competition. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely

06/01/2026: Having known this address since its inception, I stopped by this evening, admittedly perhaps a little late for traditional bacon and scalloped potatoes. I was very disappointed with the quality of the vegetables; the quality was very inconsistent. What a shame not to have regained the quality that was your strength before. The griddle was very dirty.

22/12/2025: Old-school fast food. It was around long before the chains. Much better, especially! Quality products. Prices are the same as McDonald's or other places! So I highly recommend it!

02/02/2026: Disappointment! Having not eaten lunch, I went to the drive-thru around 5 pm (February 2nd, 2026) and it was a big mistake. The entire order was reheated from lunch, I presume. The nuggets were cold and soggy, and the fries and cheeseburger were the same. The Coke was flat and lukewarm... Disgusting, sorry, but there's no other word for it... If you can't consistently satisfy your customers, just close in the afternoon!

04/12/2025: The pictures speak for themselves. Extra fries with cheddar and bacon, and double cheddar. Look closely, you can see the cheddar under the few fries and the two or three pieces of bacon if you look hard enough. 😤 Last visit to this restaurant, which has already disappointed me so much.

11/11/2025: I placed my order at the drive-thru today, and I noticed they'd already prepared the ice cream before anything else. So, at 2:14 PM, the ice cream was patiently waiting, but the rest didn't arrive until 6 minutes later. I didn't say anything, but when I got home, the ice cream had leaked all over the bag—it was obviously melted and precariously balanced on top of the drinks. I understand it's a holiday today, but there should be some decency. I'm really disappointed, especially since it's an ice cream meant for a child in the Happy Meal, which costs an extra 95 cents. Besides, Happy Meal desserts are getting ridiculous; you have to pay extra for practically everything, and the "toys"—don't even get me started! 😂😂😂

01/03/2026: I come here regularly for work; it's a very good brasserie-style restaurant with homemade food. Always a warm welcome.

16/01/2026: Between Arras Dainville and Beaurains, he is by far the worst, we returned home after receiving our order at the drive and two burgers were missing from our order.

16/11/2025: As a regular customer of your chip shop, I was quite disappointed with my visit today. There was a very poor communication with the staff. We ordered two Savoyard-style burgers, but some ingredients were missing. We had to ask for a replacement, which was difficult. When we inquired about the ingredients included in the recipe, they told us they were extra, even though Gruyère cheese and ham are included. Due to the difficulty in communicating, we left with Savoyard-style burgers that included a steak and Gruyère cheese. Furthermore, the portions were significantly smaller than before. This doesn't make me want to return.
