26/05/2026: I'm changing my rating due to numerous omissions in my orders. Out of about ten orders, seven were incomplete. There's always something missing from the children's menu; today it was their yogurt. Customer service refuses to reimburse me, practically calling me a thief because I frequently complain, which is understandable given the constant errors in the orders. I want to thank you for ripping me off today with a customer service department that completely disregards the inconvenience and abruptly ends the conversation without attempting to resolve the issue.

10/05/2026: This McDonald's is a horror to be avoided in all its forms, whether dine-in, drive-thru, or delivery. Ordered delivery tonight. Potatoes instead of fries, no mayo, no ketchup, and no napkin. THIS IS HOW IT IS AT MCDONALD'S

29/04/2026: Every week we go to the McDonald's in Lillers, and every week there's a problem. The latest was a double charge for a simple €26 order. It took 15 days to get a refund after four visits to the restaurant and an email sent to the manager. We won't be going back anytime soon. It's a shame, considering we're only 3 minutes from the restaurant.

14/05/2026: A very pleasant and peaceful setting on this flea market day. The food is excellent; we had a truly delicious Flemish carbonnade! I highly recommend this restaurant, which also has very reasonable prices.

14/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! The carbonnade was excellent: tender meat, a rich and flavorful sauce, served with perfectly crispy fries and a fresh salad. The portions were generous and the presentation was lovely. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere friendly. I highly recommend it for a great meal with friends!

30/04/2026: The burger itself is very good, I really like the taste, but unfortunately, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. This is the fifth time (between this year and last) that I've had problems at this establishment. I always ask for extra bacon, I pay for it, but I only receive a tiny slice—it's frankly shameful. I've clearly specified "extra bacon" several times, but nothing changes. Last time, I placed a quick and easy order, and I still waited almost 40 minutes. Several takeout orders were placed before mine, which was prepared last. And to top it all off, the burger arrived incorrectly once again. In addition: - Ingredients like bacon and cheese are very limited (sometimes almost nonexistent) - For the price, no sauce is offered - The organization leaves much to be desired: only one person handles the service and everything, while the other alternates between the kitchen and deliveries. The only positive point is that they sometimes put extra fries on the order, I have to admit. But honestly, given the price and the repeated mistakes, the experience is very disappointing. I gave it several chances, but after so many problems, it's hard to go back.

17/05/2026: An order for 2 sundaes and a drink. 25-minute wait around 4 PM! And on top of that, the sundae was completely liquid.

14/05/2026: Dissatisfied, I just came to get 5 ice creams, 3 of which had double caramel sauce (which I paid extra for), and in the end, I didn't even get the equivalent of one scoop, even though we specifically asked at the counter if they had indeed given me the double scoops. Thanks, McDonald's, you can keep making money off me; I paid for my extras for nothing. Great for a big chain.

30/05/2026: Avoid the McDonald's in Dainville at all costs! Waitresses' hair is everywhere, and the employees' hygiene is questionable. They speak to customers like dogs, and the worst part is the manager. There's a total lack of respect for customers. Frankly, given the reviews, I don't understand why they haven't changed anything.

28/05/2026: I went to this place today. I ordered €13 worth of food… My order was ready at the counter for 5 minutes but only arrived 5 minutes later. That wouldn't be a problem if it had been at least somewhat hot… but it was practically inedible. They were missing a dessert, which we had to ask for. I've never seen such stale fries, and I know McDonald's fries well, but these were unrecognizable. Special mention for the glass, which was filthy, and I have proof. I think a milkshake was poured in beforehand without being properly washed! It's disgusting. I won't be back anytime soon.

25/05/2026: The McDonald's Sunday sandwich is a normal size when eaten in, but to go it becomes really tiny, almost like a small portion. The difference in portion size between the two is quite frustrating…
