14/08/2025: Terrible service and welcome. He laughs in your face when you ask for tea, mockingly replying that if I saw it on Google, I must have misunderstood it and that the menu is 7 years old. In that case, you don't need a Master's degree to update a page on Google. Everyone else does it, I don't see the problem. Even a 10-year-old can do it. Yet I look at the TVs and the menu outside, and it clearly says Coffee or Tea. Furthermore, the prices don't even correlate between the TV display inside and the menu outside. You can really assume that it's misleading to leave outdated prices on an exterior storefront and online when you only see on an old A4 page once you're inside that the sandwiches are all €1 more. I had to pay in cash because credit cards aren't accepted. The manager was unable to provide me with a receipt/sales receipt with VAT for a supposedly broken machine; there were no certified cash registers in operation at the time. He was handling food and naturally picked up the phone to take orders and then take cash from people. What?!?! Are you serious??? That's way too much for a professional. You mentioned vacation; I'm more inclined to call an administrative closure while you get your act together. A word to the wise.

21/09/2024: Google says that the campsite is open until the end of September. Not so. It is closed after September 7.

12/09/2024: The setting is excellent, I recommend it in the off-season for the peace and quiet. Well located access to the lake, walks nearby in the woods within everyone's reach. Downside, pay attention to the quality of finish on the new developments (very poorly finished border and very large pothole on the main path)

08/09/2025: We wanted to have a drink in this bar. Before sitting down, we asked if we could sit down. The waitress yelled at us, telling us that she was alone and that we had to go across the street (she yelled it at us five times as if we were stupid). She was completely hysterical! This lady would benefit from some decency lessons and a minimum of politeness! We do not recommend this place! This person (with short hair) is doing this establishment a disservice!

06/09/2025: Judgments everywhere! Avoid! No drinks menu available, I politely asked if they made milkshakes, and received a condescending response: "Well, no, we're a brasserie." So I asked for a glass of water, followed by another condescending response: "I'll bring it to you if I remember." I was the only one out of five people who wanted water. As soon as we ordered, she told the next table, "If they're not happy, they should look elsewhere," which we did without hesitation. Such disrespect doesn't warrant a single purchase. Think before you go there. Kind regards.

01/11/2025: Friendly staff. It's a shame there's so little choice in the morning around 9:00 or 9:30... the pastries smell like defrosted industrial products but are still quite good. I tried the chicken and bacon bagnat, and the quality of the chicken was appalling. As for the sausage in the Auvergne hot dog, it was practically plastic... I'd recommend sticking to the classic sandwiches with standard bread. Overall, it seems a bit pricey considering the quality of the food.

04/07/2025: I come to this Subway regularly and I'm always satisfied! The staff is welcoming, fast, and always smiling. The sandwiches are well prepared, the ingredients are fresh, and the place is clean. Special mention to Kelly who is always very professional and attentive. A real pleasure to come back every time. I highly recommend!

30/01/2026: I just bought a high-end bean-to-cup coffee machine and I wanted to buy quality coffee. I was helped by Cyril who gave me excellent advice.

15/01/2026: Arrived at the shop on January 15th at 7 PM (closes at 7:30 PM). No customers, the shop was empty, and the salesperson was leaning against the counter, phone in hand (see photo). I asked for 11 boxes of chocolates, worth nearly €200. The salesperson noticed that some boxes were already prepared but told me he didn't have time to prepare the others (despite it being almost half an hour before closing and the shop being empty). I insisted, saying I needed them that day and wouldn't be able to come back. The salesperson refused and preferred to miss out on the sale. It seems I should consider a radical career change rather than working in retail, and I completely understand why the internet is gaining more market share every year when you see the poor customer service in a shop like this.

04/01/2026: Very good McDonald's. The fries were hot and crispy. The furniture is new and modern. And the restrooms were clean.

04/11/2024: Food poisoning, I'm literally dying on the spot, my friends told me not to eat this kebab, I didn't listen to them and now I'm burning at 39°. I can't walk anymore, I'm really disappointed.

01/11/2024: This restaurant seemed promising, but what a disappointment! A reservation for 6 people made a week in advance, and when we arrived, we found the doors closed. Not even a simple phone call to let us know! Result: a wasted evening, without a car to retreat elsewhere, and on an empty stomach. It’s really a shame…

01/10/2024: We ate in the restaurant as there are hardly any alternatives in the area. Apparently the chalets are cross-subsidized with the restaurant. The food wasn't anything special, but above all, even by French standards, I've never gotten so little for so much money. You won't get full despite the full menu, and that in a hiking area...

10/01/2026: Another disappointing experience. Shrunky burgers: the McCrispy bacon burger was misshapen and tasteless. You don't even need to use two hands to eat it like they do in their pub. It's become pathetic and, above all, very expensive.
