17/05/2026: It's awful. Frozen steak, frozen fish, and frozen fries—everything is cold and soggy. The only thing that's hot is the bread.
The only good dish is the waffle.
The salad is "hard to mess up."
I don't recommend this restaurant.
16/05/2026: The waitress was awful! She had an unpleasant, mean look. I felt like I was bothering her. It's time she changed jobs. On the other hand, the manager was understanding and friendly. Thank you to him, and best of luck to the waitress.

28/04/2026: A very pleasant place with very friendly staff. However, given the simplicity of the dishes, one might expect better, especially the hard-boiled eggs in the Lyonnaise salad. And finally, the highlight of the meal: 16 euros for a 50cl bottle of Mâcon wine... I've honestly never seen anything like it, it's highway robbery.
Putting that aside, it was okay, but nothing special.
28/03/2026: A fantastic bistro – a little removed from the hustle and bustle – where the homemade dishes are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. We thoroughly enjoyed a generous casserole of veal blanquette.

However, the food quality leaves much to be desired, the service is very slow, and there's no wine recommendation.
It's a shame, especially considering the owner is a professional sommelier.
17/04/2026: A wonderful evening, with good wine, a delicious charcuterie board, and amazing focaccia. Very friendly and welcoming. A lovely setting with a garden terrace and pétanque court, or an air-conditioned room. Charly knows all about the products, both food and drink, and speaks very highly of them.

16/05/2026: I stopped by for a beer with a friend after the Lions of Laughter festival at the Bourse du Travail. And I really enjoyed the beer I ordered; it was super good.

14/05/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit to KFC Carré de Soie. The fries and hot wings were clearly not freshly prepared: everything seemed reheated, lacking freshness and crispness. The quality was definitely lacking this time. What a shame.

31/05/2026: In my opinion, this is one of the best tacos in Lyon! The tacos are generously filled and very tasty, with a special mention for the cheesy tacos, which are excellent.
The staff is truly fantastic: always welcoming, smiling, and friendly every time. It's a pleasure to eat here.
I highly recommend it!

02/03/2026: A nice pub that a friend introduced me to. We went there in the afternoon for a good beer while waiting for the concert we'd come to see at Tony Garnier. The atmosphere was quite relaxed, but it was still very pleasant. I'll definitely go back to this pub next time I'm in Lyon.
