17/12/2025: This is a must-visit pub in Old Lyon. The beer menu is extremely well-stocked. The service is always top-notch. It's sometimes a victim of its own success, and it's not always easy to find a table.

A great atmosphere and a very cool, relaxed team behind the bar. If you're looking for good rock music and an authentic club atmosphere in Lyon, this is the place to be. 25/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Nef des Fous for a birthday celebration. Everything was perfectly executed, from the warm welcome to the detailed explanation of the menus. The restaurant cooks fresh, locally sourced ingredients to order and can adapt certain dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions, which is a real plus. The service was impeccable. The wait was a little long because everything is prepared fresh to order. The dishes were delicious and generous, the atmosphere warm and cozy, and the decor tastefully baroque. The owner is very attentive in the dining room and takes great care of his guests, sharing his experiences; it's truly delightful. He's very friendly. We will definitely return to this establishment.

15/07/2026: My friend and I went to eat there last week in the evening. We ordered and heard someone in the kitchen behind us saying insults in Tunisian Arabic. I saw him take out a bag of chewing tobacco, use it, and not wash his hands. We'll never go back; it disgusted us.

02/07/2026: I ordered a soufflé without vegetables, just a meat escalope. I got a crepe instead of a soufflé because it was so empty of meat... I usually have no complaints, but this time it was a complete disaster.
