07/01/2026: If you're not a student and white (sorry, but it has to be said), just don't go. From the moment I walked in, the welcome was particularly cold, with an immediate feeling of not being welcome. The evening menu was also surprising: no hot drinks (tea, coffee), which is odd for an establishment open during the winter. (There was snow.) Several things happened throughout the evening that significantly detracted from the experience. At 9 p.m., I was asked to move to another room because one had closed early (I understand). At 10:14 p.m., even though Google indicated closing time as 11:30 p.m., a waitress asked me to transfer my drink into a plastic cup so the glasses could be cleaned. Finally, at 10:40 p.m., I was asked to leave the establishment. These practices contradict the advertised hours and give the impression of disrespectful customer service. The experience was uncomfortable, frustrating, and particularly disappointing. It would be advisable for the establishment to clearly display its actual closing times and the type of clientele it intends to serve, in order to avoid this kind of situation and preserve the customer experience. As it stands, this visit remains one of the worst experiences I've had in a café.

16/01/2025: I remember, I drank my first mulled wine of the season there. The waiter told me "he's not great but he's not bad", these 5 stars are for his honesty and for the plaids.

13/08/2025: Excellent place for lunch, we've been there several times with colleagues and friends. The back terrace is well hidden but worth it! The pitas and salads never disappoint. But the restaurant suffers greatly from understaffing: Today, the waitress, who is otherwise super nice, full of goodwill, and very efficient, was... ALONE! Even when there are two of them, the service is quite slow. But this time, we waited almost 20 minutes before taking our order, and then another 20 minutes afterward. Too bad!

21/01/2026: The taco has shrunk! It had been a few months since I'd been back to this place I used to frequent, and the size/quantity has drastically decreased! Two royal tacos that are the size of a single one

19/01/2026: Hello I ordered a maxi 3-meat taco from you on Uber Eats, but I received a single-sized one, so €40 for two small tacos is still quite expensive. Otherwise, they were very good, hence my 3 stars. I've sent you a photo of the maxi taco.

23/06/2025: I grabbed a croissant when I didn't need one so I could sit down for 30 minutes at a table to work while I had an appointment at another store. The waitress came to me as soon as I got my laptop out, to kick me out because I hadn't paid at the cash register "on the premises." I couldn't get a refund for the croissant, or ask to pay the difference between the cash register and the takeaway. So I left as if I'd been accused of being a thief. No humane gesture from the waitress, no "solution" from the salesperson. He hadn't told me there were two options; that's a mistake that happens, no problem. But on the other hand, when you work in a service industry and forget to serve people who are honest and willing to pay, that's a problem. 1/5, I will never go to any Paul's again in France or abroad. Too bad I travel a lot, so sandwiches at the station were fine.

I do not wish to be judged on my appearance when I simply bought a product from you. If you are not capable, madam, of thinking before you speak, there is no need to open your mouth for nothing. Just do your job and everything will be fine. Thank you.

22/01/2026: Good evening, I came to eat this evening, Thursday, January 22nd, at 7 pm. I ordered a fish menu, but I was disappointed. The fries were the bottom of the basket; I didn't eat them. As I was leaving, I mentioned this to a dark-haired gentleman with glasses who was on duty, but he didn't respond or apologize, nor did he offer to replace them, which is mandatory. I asked him to put my drink on the go, which he did. As I was leaving, I said goodbye, but he didn't reply. I insisted, and he responded in a cold tone: no thank you, no goodbye. I don't understand this person's attitude and hope he isn't the manager. It's a bad example for the team, which I found to be good. I'm not even mentioning his coldness; he didn't smile or anything. If this person recognizes himself, I hope he doesn't repeat the same behavior. I've read the reviews, which unfortunately aren't favorable. Mr. Manager, please brief the employees who don't know how to manage and understand that first impressions are everything. This is how you lose customers. It's a shame for someone like him; word of mouth isn't going to be great...

14/01/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I arrived at 10 PM to order: none of the kiosks were working. Several customers arrived and left immediately because no one had an answer as to why it was impossible to order… Unbelievable! I decided to order click and collect, which took much longer because I also needed the kiosks to scan the QR code. The employees are constantly rushing; the company really needs to hire more staff! The place is filthy (like nothing I've ever seen in other restaurants), dust everywhere, especially around the checkout area, sticky floor—in short, a disaster. Then came the order: having ordered the cheese fries and bacon, I received (see photo) 15 fries, bacon grease, and… no cheese… Interesting! There was a hair in my cup. The jalapeno sandwich had… one jalapeno, and half the filling was missing (e.g., bacon). And of course, all this for an exorbitant price! I know it's McDonald's, but still, as a customer, you get the feeling you're being mocked and ripped off... In short, avoid it! If you want another fast-food place, go a little further; it will be much more worthwhile than this joke!

28/09/2024: Honestly, there’s nothing to say, but it’s by far the best McDonald’s!!! For what ? Because it’s clean, because the staff are adorable (especially Clarisse).

02/07/2025: Exceptional bar, the waiter with glasses and striped shirt is really great, magnificent (he deserves a raise), on the other hand I was with a group of 12 girls who were asking for Mateo's number...

27/06/2025: Homophobic attack by a bar owner. Last night, some friends and I went to the Shamrock for a drink. Looking for some fresh air to smoke a cigarette, one of them went out for a breath of fresh air with his freshly poured beer in hand. The security guard asked him not to venture too far to prevent him from stealing or damaging the bar's glass. So far, no problems, it's normal. But suddenly, what we guessed was one of the bar owners appeared, because only those kinds of people would have such nerve. He grabbed my friend by the arm and ordered him to leave immediately, without a hello, a please, and in a threatening tone. We had just met the pelvic slut, eh? Shocked, my friend asked him to be polite, and the man simply kicked him out of the bar, even though he hadn't even had a chance to take a sip of his beer. Surprisingly, no problem for us, who, unlike my friend, did not have makeup.

01/07/2025: Good experience, just be careful with the restrooms and the cleaner on Tuesday, July 1st (an elderly woman with dark hair who was on the first floor) at 12:10 p.m. because she kicked my leg even though I'm disabled, and it hurt, but she didn't apologize at all!!!! In short, the rest of the team is fantastic, with a good atmosphere and excellent service.

29/06/2025: Cold and limp fries when I ask to change them they do it without problem but to serve me the same thing again result arrived at home inedible fries disappointed
