02/09/2026: We came to this restaurant hoping for authentic Japanese dishes, but found a menu similar to those found in French-language chain restaurants. Furthermore, when making a reservation, several seating areas are offered, including "traditional," and we were hoping for something more Japanese, but once again, we were given a standard table and chairs. However, the food itself was decent. If you're looking for a unique restaurant experience, you'll be disappointed. As for the staff, they were pleasant.

24/07/2026: The white sauce is amazing, the maxi kebab in a wrap is extra good, one of the best in Lyon, they're good, they're specialists.

28/08/2026: It's a real shame that this cinema, admittedly one of the best in Lyon, doesn't accept Pathé CinePasses: in Paris, half a dozen independent cinemas* are partners, and it brings them a lot of customers. Regrettably, the Comoedia's prices have increased considerably in recent years. As a Pathé Pass holder, I'd be happy to pay a small supplement of €4 or €5 if my pass were accepted at your cinema!

26/08/2026: An unforgettable memory! I was only there once, in 2018, with my English class to see Hitchcock's "Psycho" in black and white without French or English subtitles.

16/09/2026: I've eaten here several times now. What can I say except that all the bowls are equally delicious, if not better each time. The gazpacho and soup appetizers are excellent too. I hadn't left a review yet, and I had such a wonderful lunch today that I finally had to write one. I highly recommend it! Try it without hesitation; you'll be back.

17/09/2026: I enjoyed it. The food was decent, although the portions were a bit small, and the service was friendly. The setting was lovely.

11/09/2026: The food was acceptable, but the service was beyond appalling. We waited an hour, and the waiter, who was also the manager, was incredibly arrogant and made our experience utterly dreadful. I obviously do not recommend this place.

10/08/2026: verrrry cute bar, lovely ambiente, but got yelled at for trying to move a chair……… apart from that 10/10

08/08/2026: Very nice, unique bar. However, the Coca-Cola wasn't very cold. Luckily there were ice cubes and no carbonation; normally it fizzes, but this one was flat and arrived uncapped by the waiter! It's as if they refilled the returnable Coke bottle with a 2-liter bottle that was 2-3 days old. Apart from that, the bar is beautiful and the waiters are friendly.

09/08/2026: The (Indian) food was good, but the cleanliness left much to be desired: the table hadn't been washed or even dusted, the cutlery and glasses were dirty, and we had to use our napkins to wipe them. We didn't get sick, but it wasn't very reassuring! Otherwise, the atmosphere was a bit strange; the room echoed, a fan was very noisy, and there was only one large table besides a table for four.

04/08/2026: I was extremely disappointed with my Indian dish (it looked more like an Asian dish) which was advertised as shredded chicken + an extra cheese crepe, but in the end I got a dish that seemed like a duplicate of the crepe, but I didn't find any chicken! So, very expensive (€17) for what it was, and very greasy; my stomach was upset that evening! My colleague got a "real dish" + the cheese crepe and a lassi for less money, and I don't understand this difference when I paid so much more!

07/09/2026: The gentleman working was exceptionally helpful. He helped me pick a lovely white wine for my wife and on another occasion pick a Konrat Champagne. Both wines were excellent choices. The cave had an amazing selection of wine and was a pleasure to pursue.

23/03/2026: Honestly, I just had to share this because the experience was so incredible! Several years ago, I discovered Basile and his Café Cyclette quite by chance in Lyon… and I already had an amazing memory of it. Well, I just went back a few days ago, and it's simple: it's still THE best coffee in Lyon, without a doubt! The taste is just perfect, balanced, rich, truly superior to anything else you can find. But beyond the coffee, it's the service that makes all the difference: an incredibly warm welcome, genuine passion, a sincere smile… you can tell everything is done with heart, a true Lyonnais heart! It's rare to see such consistent quality after several years. Honestly, it's a pleasure, and it deserves to be recognized! If you're ever in Lyon, don't even hesitate: go for it. You won't be disappointed.

20/06/2026: We had a very pleasant time at this place. The wine list is very interesting, featuring various regional wines and more. We chose the charcuterie board for our meal and were not disappointed. The cheeses and charcuterie were varied and of high quality. Thank you for the friendly service and helpful advice.
