01/09/2026: The food itself is delicious, just like in all McDonald's. I can't say anything about cleanliness, since I picked up my order at home. The hallway where they give out orders looks more or less acceptable. However, I didn't like that I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. Half of the ordering machines weren't working, and some were slow. When I came in the evening, some of the machines didn't have any paper to issue a receipt for payment. Overall, my impressions were average.
31/08/2026: ⭐ 1/5 — A completely abandoned restaurant
I came on Saturday, August 29, 2026, and it was simply appalling. The dining room was dirty, the tables hadn't been cleaned, the trash was overturned, and the toilets and furniture were in disrepair. The chairs were so wobbly that I had to replace them three times!
Table service is nonexistent, the service is extremely slow, and the staff seems clearly understaffed and unfriendly.
And the prices have become exorbitant for such poor service.
The most unbelievable part? The restaurant was practically empty on a Saturday night, while KFC, Quick, and the other restaurants nearby were packed.
It really feels like McDonald's France has completely abandoned this restaurant and no longer wants to invest in it.
At this rate, they might as well let Burger King take over, which could certainly make better use of such a location. A truly deplorable experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.

It took forever to be served.
They got their order wrong.
This is supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, lol 😱😂
16/09/2026: Best McDonald's in Lyon!! The terrace is very pleasant, the interior is nice and the whole team is very friendly :)

15/09/2026: I was warmly welcomed by two excellent salespeople, one of whom was very hospitable, professional, and friendly. At the end of the day, a smile is much needed. This salesperson's name is Sofiane, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your attentiveness and advice. You also sold me a very good Viennese coffee.
02/09/2026: I generally like Pauls pastries, but this chocolate croissant was frankly undercooked. I politely pointed it out to the vendor.

17/09/2026: I had breakfast this morning and the welcome and service were deplorable. A pancake cost €7 when the menu photo showed two, and it didn't even include banana. The waiter forgot the hot chocolate; when I asked, they didn't even apologize. I will never return.

22/07/2026: Meh, I went there for the first time and it wasn't a success. A hot "thing" made with pizza dough, it doesn't hold together, it's dripping, and it's very sparsely filled. Very, very disappointed

04/02/2026: This is a hotel I'd wanted to try for a long time, after staying at Villa Maia and Boscolo.
Access by car isn't necessarily the most convenient: you park on the quayside and then have to cross cobblestone streets that make pushing the stroller with our daughter a bit bumpy.
When we booked the day before, we had some issues with the online payment system, which was glitching, but we were assured by phone that the room was indeed reserved. Upon arrival, the reservation wasn't showing up, but the staff was very responsive and quickly found us a room perfectly suited for a stay with a baby. A travel cot was brought to us shortly after we settled in.
We enjoyed the spa in the late evening: the pool was very pleasant and peaceful, and we also enjoyed a very relaxing visit to the sauna. Since two drinks were offered at the bar, we took advantage of them. Even though the planter's punch wasn't on the menu, Tanya didn't hesitate to make us several, which really contributed to the quality of the evening. We ordered snacks to go with our drinks: a charcuterie board, salmon, and a croque-monsieur, all quite good, with a special mention for the cream sauce that accompanied the salmon.
The room was comfortable, and we had a very restful night.
In the morning, we had breakfast in the courtyard in the center of the hotel: it felt like being outside while still being inside, in a truly lovely setting. The continental buffet was quite comprehensive (breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, fruit juices), and the eggs Benedict were rather good.
Before leaving, we made a quick stop at the gift shop in search of a Guignol puppet… we ended up leaving with the hotel's lion, which we named Léon 😊
A very pleasant experience, despite a few minor hiccups quickly resolved by attentive and efficient staff.
27/01/2026: The hotel is a beautifully renovated place, incredible bar, restaurant area, great historic common spaces! Abundant breakfast, nicely decorated rooms. You might get issues reaching the hotel because it is situated in a pedestrian area - so don’t forget to call before you arrive to get a password for entering.

01/04/2025: EXPERIENCE CLIENT DÉSASTREUSE.
Le temps d’attente 30mn alors qu’il y avait que 4 clients devant moi pour 3 personnes qui s’occupe de faire les sandwiches…
31/03/2025: J’adore l’enseigne subway c’est un de mes fast food préféré mais j’ai été CHOQUÉ par le comportement des supérieur ils mettais la pression au employés ils leurs parler comme dès chiens ,un comportement de pourritures, si vous savez pas faire votre travail ça sert à rien de vous lever tout les matins pour y aller. Je donne tout mon courages au équipier qui y travail 🫶 . Et si le directeur lis ce commentaire je te conseille de revoir ta manière de manager ton équipe parce que c’est pas humains de faire travailler des jeunes ( étudiants) dans des conditions de stresse comme ça , je voulais vous dire passer une bonne journée mais enfaite non j’espère que vous passerai une mauvaise journée

21/07/2024: Le rabatteur très agréable nous a bien vendu le restaurant. Une fois assis, nous posons une question au serveur sur la taille d’une salade (suggestion) pour savoir si cela suffisait en guise de plat. Le ton quelque peu méprisant de la réponse nous a laissé perplexe. Nous avons continué avec le plat, gratin de ravioles et salade mozzarella. Le gratin était très bon, mais la taille de la salade n’était pas suffisante pour un plat. La quantité d’ail dans la salade était également beaucoup trop importante.
Le faible choix de bière (Heinekens ou Leffe) nous a aussi déçu, et le communard était du vin rouge mais pas de cassis à l’horizon…
Le seul point positif est l’emplacement, et le prix de la formule.
Très déçu dans l’ensemble.
18/06/2024: Les plats régionaux sont excellents, le serveur est aimable et sympa, toujours un petit mot pour rire , nous avons passé un bon moment à Lyon.
