04/02/2026: This is a hotel I'd wanted to try for a long time, after staying at Villa Maia and Boscolo. Access by car isn't necessarily the most convenient: you park on the quayside and then have to cross cobblestone streets that make pushing the stroller with our daughter a bit bumpy. When we booked the day before, we had some issues with the online payment system, which was glitching, but we were assured by phone that the room was indeed reserved. Upon arrival, the reservation wasn't showing up, but the staff was very responsive and quickly found us a room perfectly suited for a stay with a baby. A travel cot was brought to us shortly after we settled in. We enjoyed the spa in the late evening: the pool was very pleasant and peaceful, and we also enjoyed a very relaxing visit to the sauna. Since two drinks were offered at the bar, we took advantage of them. Even though the planter's punch wasn't on the menu, Tanya didn't hesitate to make us several, which really contributed to the quality of the evening. We ordered snacks to go with our drinks: a charcuterie board, salmon, and a croque-monsieur, all quite good, with a special mention for the cream sauce that accompanied the salmon. The room was comfortable, and we had a very restful night. In the morning, we had breakfast in the courtyard in the center of the hotel: it felt like being outside while still being inside, in a truly lovely setting. The continental buffet was quite comprehensive (breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, fruit juices), and the eggs Benedict were rather good. Before leaving, we made a quick stop at the gift shop in search of a Guignol puppet… we ended up leaving with the hotel's lion, which we named Léon 😊 A very pleasant experience, despite a few minor hiccups quickly resolved by attentive and efficient staff.

27/01/2026: The hotel is a beautifully renovated place, incredible bar, restaurant area, great historic common spaces! Abundant breakfast, nicely decorated rooms. You might get issues reaching the hotel because it is situated in a pedestrian area - so don’t forget to call before you arrive to get a password for entering.

15/09/2024: CB 43 the fries and the mc flurry are missing, order and pay when I order. A refund would be normal An email will be sent because it is unusual to forget when there were 2 customers

08/09/2024: Always very nice in the evening for a drink with a wide choice of beers and top waiters! 🍻 We also tried the mussels and fries this week for lunch: a treat! I recommend them with my eyes closed! And all year round there are also comedy shows in the basement to introduce us to artists. The place really deserved that I take the time to write this positive comment 💚

21/09/2024: Pizzas à éviter ++++ Notre pizza baignait dans la crème, le fromage à peine chauffé.. vraiment pas bon du tout. Mieux vaut ne pas en faire que de faire des pizzas comme ca

29/12/2023: Serveurs hyper gentils. Les gâteaux un peu déçue car en fin d’après midi plus de choix et j’aurais bien aimé une petite part de bûche en cette période de fêtes de noël. Les thés et cafés délicieux.

29/12/2023: Super café ultra cosy, chaleureux où tout est gourmand, généreux et délicieux. Les chocolats chauds sont à tomber, crémeux avec une crème fouettée maison super gourmande! Mention spéciale pour le cheese cake, il est dingue! Je n’ai pas d’autres mots pour le décrire! Une tuerie!

16/12/2023: Dubitatif sur les bubble tea après une mauvaise expérience,un ami m'y à emmener et j'y retourne très souvent tellement c'est bon. Personnel très sympathique, prévoir de l'attente mais c'est normal puisque c'est une excellente adresse. PS : pour ceux qui ne savent pas puisque ce n'est pas écrit sur la carte , ils font des bành-mi le midi excellent et pas très chère je vous le recommande.

30/11/2023: Que ce soit sur place, à emporter ou en livraison le travail est niquel ! Personnellement c'est mon bubble tea préféré. Car il y a plusieurs choix de goût, on peut choisir si on préfère chaud ou froid, on peut demander plus de sucre même si je trouve qu'en terme de dosage c'est les meilleurs. l'équipe est vraiment super, très ouvert et friendly. Goûtez y vous y tomberez amoureux, ça deviendra votre base à perrache. Super point maintenant on a une petite salle à côté pour rester au chaud le temps de le déguster.

05/12/2024: The coffee machine is no longer operational 1 hour before closing, which encourages you to resort to hot drinks at €5 a glass (expensive for hot water and a few leaves) The pastries are expensive and nothing special. But what is really crippling is the cold welcome you receive from the guy at the counter when you arrive.

19/08/2024: I came to the Cour des Miracles as part of a meal with work colleagues, the setting is really nice, the backyard is pleasant for eating lunch with beautiful shaded areas. On the service side, the copy needs to be reviewed, just at the drinks reception half of the things ordered were not compliant, or simply forgotten. There is a lot of work to be done on this! What happened next with the dishes did not change the situation, some had finished eating the dish while others were still not served. Concerning the dishes, they are quite simple, not necessarily generous in terms of quantity, although I had the starter + main + dessert formula, it was not enough to upset my stomach! The starter was ok with melon + ham, despite the melon having no taste at all. The main course was quite bland, sparse, without real presentation, and lacked taste. The dessert was quite good without being overwhelming (crumble), my colleague's fondant (which I finished) was also good. In short, a place on paper that is really nice, but a real gap must be made in terms of cooking for everything to be good! Few things are offered for people who do not eat meat. Too bad because there is potential! The person who made the reservation had suggested this place because he had a good memory (great place + meal) but obviously, it was before because he also came away disappointed, just like me.

31/03/2025: J’adore l’enseigne subway c’est un de mes fast food préféré mais j’ai été CHOQUÉ par le comportement des supérieur ils mettais la pression au employés ils leurs parler comme dès chiens ,un comportement de pourritures, si vous savez pas faire votre travail ça sert à rien de vous lever tout les matins pour y aller. Je donne tout mon courages au équipier qui y travail 🫶 . Et si le directeur lis ce commentaire je te conseille de revoir ta manière de manager ton équipe parce que c’est pas humains de faire travailler des jeunes ( étudiants) dans des conditions de stresse comme ça , je voulais vous dire passer une bonne journée mais enfaite non j’espère que vous passerai une mauvaise journée
