The staff is amazing, always welcoming and smiling.

28/01/2026: The restaurant has been completely renovated and is lovely; it would be perfect with background music and softer lighting. The menu is excellent, with a wide selection, generous portions, and the raclette is very good. The service is friendly. Best of luck to this restaurant, which deserves to be a huge success!

After many failed requests
I was given back my cold ❄️ Fillet meal.
The Black Manager was rude and Obnoxious on the shift tonight 16th Feb 2026 21:05
09/02/2026: Unacceptable. Just two simple meals ordered! I thought I'd go to the store directly to get hot fries, a hot burger, etc., because in Epinay, we know all about the cold fries they give you when you order from Uber Eats. I was ALONE in the McDonald's, no other customers there. I got in my car after picking up my order to go home, and no burger! Just fries. 45 euros for two fries, two ice creams, and two Cokes. Great! We tried calling to find a solution with this McDonald's, but got no answer despite several calls. A 20-minute drive there and then another 20-minute drive back—is the gas deducted from the meals? Honestly, unacceptable.
