27/05/2026: I just witnessed a horrible scene.
A young boy, clearly very sensitive with some autistic traits, was refused a glass of water.
A glass of water!
It's the law!
No business has the right to refuse a glass of water!!
He was in such a state of tears,
He didn't know what to do,
Completely lost.
And instead of trying to help him, one of the employees said to me, "What does he want? For us to buy him a McDonald's too?!?"
What kind of humanity is that?!?
We're talking about a glass of water that could calm him down!
So I asked to speak to the manager who was hiding right next to him.
I explained the situation to him, he stammered.
He couldn't find anything to say.
I told him he needed to train his staff.
And he still couldn't form a complete sentence! To those of you who were there today, if it had been one of your children, your nephew, etc., would you have liked it if someone had spoken so disparagingly about that little boy?
I'm contacting McDonald's France and your manager!

I would like to report an incident I experienced today at the McDonald's in Bagnolet. Several customers, myself included, repeatedly asked an employee who was taking orders to adhere more strictly to hygiene protocols before handling food. After ringing up customers, she would then go off to prepare or handle orders.
I repeatedly asked her to put on her gloves and hairnet. Unfortunately, the manager present displayed what I perceived as a haughty attitude and did not seem to take the customers' comments into account.
Several people chose to stop their orders and leave. I informed the manager that I intended to file a complaint with the health department.
Given the current context of numerous viruses and germs circulating, it seems crucial that hygiene protocols be strictly followed to ensure customer safety and trust. I would like the management of this establishment to take this situation into consideration and ensure compliance with proper hygiene practices.

27/05/2026: I'm extremely disappointed with this store. I went to this Decathlon because I had a flat tire. Being in a manual wheelchair, I couldn't get around at all with a flat. It's not the first time this has happened to me, and the bike repair service at Decathlons has always been excellent because the person there understood the urgency of my situation, so I went in with complete confidence. Except this time, I provided a brand new inner tube, so the person didn't even have to supply the part, just change the tire, and I was charged €21, part of which was for the express service! I find this price completely disproportionate considering the service and the fact that I provided the part myself. Usually, I'm charged at most half the price I paid this time. So one thing is for sure: I won't be recommending this store for its services because this is clearly an abuse of power!

30/11/2025: I went to the drive-thru this evening and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory.
The person who took my order was unpleasant from the start. Then, when I went to pay, I tried to politely explain that I wanted to pay with several different cards. Before I could even finish my sentence, she closed the window to attend to another customer at the self-service kiosk without really listening to my request.
I would have simply appreciated it if, once she came back to me, she had paid at least some attention to my request before confirming the amount on the payment terminal. The total was already displayed without giving me a chance to explain how I wanted to pay again.
It's not the fact that she was helping another customer that bothers me, but rather the lack of listening and attention afterward, when all I was doing was making a simple request.
A little more kindness and attentiveness at the drive-thru would really make a difference for customers, especially since I'm a regular customer and the service isn't usually unpleasant. Thanks anyway to the rest of the team.

09/03/2026: As a regular at this restaurant, I recommended it to a friend for her daughter's christening.
Initially, everything went well; the owner was very responsive and offered a very reasonable price.
But on the day... a disaster...
We waited an hour and a half for our couscous! And not even during peak service; it was 3 pm when we arrived at the restaurant...
Meanwhile, they were serving us a delicious eggplant caviar, but without any toast or bread... The bread baskets arrived sporadically...
The couscous finally arrived, but there were no utensils to serve it with! We had to ask again and again... The guests were so hungry that some started serving themselves couscous with forks... In desperation...
Two people had ordered steak and fries, and they arrived after we had already finished our couscous...
When we asked for the table to be cleared so we could eat dessert (brought by the parents), we were told they would come and clear it when they had time... So we cleared everything ourselves... And then, to top it all off, there were no more cutlery or plates... We had to wait an incredibly long time...
The brave waiter assigned to us was completely alone, going back and forth with almost no help...
This restaurant shouldn't accept such large groups; they don't know how to manage. They should stick to traditional dining and avoid disappointing so many people who should have been together in joy and peace, but instead ended up hungry and stressed...
09/03/2026: I am writing in response to recent comments regarding the event scheduled for March 8th for approximately forty people. Unfortunately, the organization was very disappointing and fell far short of what would have been expected for an event planned for some time.
From the very beginning of service, it was clear that the restaurant was not prepared to accommodate a group of this size. There were not enough place settings, the service was overwhelmed, and there was clearly a lack of staff to handle the situation. The servers had to manage our group, the tables on the ground floor, and those outside, which was simply impossible under normal circumstances.
However, I would like to emphasize that the servers did everything they could to cope with this difficult situation. They were clearly neither sufficiently prepared, nor numerous enough, nor properly equipped to handle the influx of customers. Special mention goes to the server with the cap (sorry, I don't know his name) who undoubtedly did his best and was the most attentive.
The real problem clearly lies with the restaurant's management. The manager is primarily responsible for this poor organization. When accepting an event of this magnitude, it is essential to plan ahead: ensuring sufficient staff, equipment, and appropriate organization. None of this seems to have been done. Even worse, the manager didn't even bother to meet with the customers to apologize or try to calm the situation.
This is regrettable, as it puts the employees on the front line, facing customer dissatisfaction, when they are simply doing the best they can with the resources available to them. The staff is not to blame.
We wish these employees, who tried their best despite clearly difficult working conditions, all the best for the future.

25/05/2026: Visited today – a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, the staff very unpleasant, and to top it off, when I got home, I discovered that fries were missing from three of my meals. I went back to McDonald's to get what was missing, and there I was accused of lying, being told that "the fries had been added." I asked to see the manager, but this was refused. This is completely unacceptable: order error, lack of respect, no taking of responsibility. This is not normal for an establishment like McDonald's.

01/05/2026: I've been a customer here for several years, and it's one of the best places in the Montreuil neighborhood! Never disappointed by the quality, and above all, it's incredibly affordable 👍 The pizzas are delicious, made with excellent ingredients that bring out a lot of flavor, the crust is thin and crispy, and it's not heavy. The tiramisu is also excellent, definitely worth trying again and again 👌

03/06/2026: We sat down at a table on the terrace, and after a while I decided to approach the waiter or waitress.
Not knowing who would be serving us, I asked inside when I came in if we could order. The waitress, annoyed and without saying "Hello," replied that it was possible, but not with a smile or a word as she brought our drinks.
We ordered fries to make up for the lack of peanuts or chips, which I find unbelievable for a bistro (unexpected things happen, you might say)...
In the end, our waitress, apparently on break while we waited for our fries (which were good, by the way), sat down in the middle of the other customers (a bit much for a restaurant)... Eventually, the waiter who took over service sorted things out by checking with the waitress who had just left the order behind...
In short, given the previous comments, I'm not surprised...
But honestly, the waiter who took over was genuinely pleasant, smiling, and friendly.
We didn't try the food, but frankly, we don't feel like going back!
It's a shame for such a nice place, with its lovely decor (the painting near the restroom door was a bit crooked) and seemingly good food!
Nothing is guaranteed and everything can be lost…beware, beware!
31/05/2026: I booked this restaurant, which I hadn't been to before, for Mother's Day. We chose the octopus with chorizo cream and mashed potatoes.
It arrived after a long wait, lukewarm, and what's worse, a tiny portion—just five bites. And this for €26! I got up because the three waiters were overwhelmed between the terrace and the two dining rooms to express my dissatisfaction! They told me that the chef decides the portion sizes! Disappointed, we left without ordering dessert!
I won't be going back.

16/04/2026: This is the second time I've ordered. Tonight was the last. Hot and cold items are in the same bags. The sushi is warm and therefore not very good. We pay for a set menu and get tiny containers, and given the price, I find it frankly unacceptable not to get the expected quantity. There were no almonds in the almond chicken. It disgusts me to pay such a price and not get the quality and quantity I expect.

24/03/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This restaurant is far too expensive for what it offers. The side dishes are minimal, and if you want a second one, the extra charge is outrageous (over €5 for tiny portions). As for the desserts, hygiene is appalling: moldy fruit and an unbearable smell.
The service is no better than the food. I saw a brunette waitress with a braid come out of the restroom without washing her hands and then return to serve plates to customers.
If you have a strong stomach, go ahead, otherwise, definitely avoid this place. Plus, it's extremely noisy.
