09/02/2026: Unacceptable. Just two simple meals ordered! I thought I'd go to the store directly to get hot fries, a hot burger, etc., because in Epinay, we know all about the cold fries they give you when you order from Uber Eats. I was ALONE in the McDonald's, no other customers there. I got in my car after picking up my order to go home, and no burger! Just fries. 45 euros for two fries, two ice creams, and two Cokes. Great! We tried calling to find a solution with this McDonald's, but got no answer despite several calls. A 20-minute drive there and then another 20-minute drive back—is the gas deducted from the meals? Honestly, unacceptable.

24/02/2026: Extremely upset. My order was incomplete and arrived home without a toy and without chicken in my Caesar salad. I couldn't reach them by phone. I had to go back and argue. Avoid this place. The staff are far too lax.

23/02/2026: I went here today to get my food and waited 40 minutes. It's ridiculous! I don't recommend this McDonald's. Avoid it; they have a staff shortage and a bad employer.

09/12/2025: I really enjoy eating at Chicken Family. The food is very good, they are friendly and welcoming, and you feel comfortable there. I recommend everyone come and eat at Chicken Family 🥰❤️

30/11/2025: I went to the drive-thru this evening and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The person who took my order was unpleasant from the start. Then, when I went to pay, I tried to politely explain that I wanted to pay with several different cards. Before I could even finish my sentence, she closed the window to attend to another customer at the self-service kiosk without really listening to my request. I would have simply appreciated it if, once she came back to me, she had paid at least some attention to my request before confirming the amount on the payment terminal. The total was already displayed without giving me a chance to explain how I wanted to pay again. It's not the fact that she was helping another customer that bothers me, but rather the lack of listening and attention afterward, when all I was doing was making a simple request. A little more kindness and attentiveness at the drive-thru would really make a difference for customers, especially since I'm a regular customer and the service isn't usually unpleasant. Thanks anyway to the rest of the team.

14/06/2025: Pleasant and fast service. The maki and sushi were excellent. The staff is friendly and the food was well presented. The front of the restaurant isn't attractive, but don't be fooled by that, as the interior is cozy.

09/05/2025: I have been ordering here for almost 6 years and have never been disappointed. The salmon is always fresh, the skewers are excellent, and even the rice is well seasoned (which is rare!). Delivery is fast, orders are always well prepared, and above all, hygiene is impeccable: I have never had the slightest problem in all these years. You can't go wrong ordering here. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and rigor over the years!

20/12/2025: My favorite restaurant in Saint-Denis! I discovered it in 2018 and I never tire of going there for lunch. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent! I highly recommend it.

16/02/2026: I ordered through Uber Eats. The delivery driver was late picking up the order. I called the restaurant to have them remake it. They assured me they would remake the entire order to guarantee freshness. However, they did nothing of the sort. On the contrary, they gave me barely edible sandwiches. The kids' meal included a pouch of fries with only four fries inside—just four fries! The pouch was folded and put in the bag, clearly mocking me. All the sandwiches were missing pickles and onions, and the ice cream had completely melted and leaked into the bag. When you say "a customer," you prepare their order. They do, but they completely disregard their loyal customers. It's an open lack of professionalism. Seriously. Having worked at McDonald's for several years, I've never seen anything like it. And that's not even mentioning the cleanliness. When I go to this restaurant, the restrooms are always flooded and dirty. The bins are always overflowing, the tables are dirty, and the staff is incredibly slow—don't even get me started. Avoid at all costs.

02/01/2026: The dough is dry and not very airy, the topping is meager even though the ingredients are of decent quality, really disappointed. I understand why they opened a second Google account to get feedback from the brothers; I found it strange that there were two pizzerias side by side. Really disappointed, not good at all...
