30/11/2025: I went to the drive-thru this evening and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The person who took my order was unpleasant from the start. Then, when I went to pay, I tried to politely explain that I wanted to pay with several different cards. Before I could even finish my sentence, she closed the window to attend to another customer at the self-service kiosk without really listening to my request. I would have simply appreciated it if, once she came back to me, she had paid at least some attention to my request before confirming the amount on the payment terminal. The total was already displayed without giving me a chance to explain how I wanted to pay again. It's not the fact that she was helping another customer that bothers me, but rather the lack of listening and attention afterward, when all I was doing was making a simple request. A little more kindness and attentiveness at the drive-thru would really make a difference for customers, especially since I'm a regular customer and the service isn't usually unpleasant. Thanks anyway to the rest of the team.

10/07/2025: Too many menus kill the menu. In the menu category, a nameless mess with too much diversity and a mix of genres that doesn't clarify anything. This is how my granddaughter had inedible veggie mac nuggets. Too much information and an unintuitive classification, you have to sort the menu types by the root (put the veggies aside). 03/12/2025: The staff are grumpy, no hello or thank you, they come up to you and say "checkout"???!! What kind of McDonald's is this?

16/08/2024: 40 minutes of waiting at the workshop for someone to finally come and see the people in the queue "we don't have the capacity to deal with non-appointments"... There's no point in pretending to have a walk-in bike workshop service when you don't have the capacity to manage it.

13/08/2024: I came for a brake check and the workshop could not accept my bike as it was not a decathlon. However, while heading towards the spare parts section, I came across an absolutely adorable salesman (his first name is Daniel), who took the time to look at the entire brake system of my bike and give me honest advice. and useful. So I leave with golden advice and a pair of brochures that will be useful to me later 👀 I highly recommend!

10/12/2025: One of the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at! I come to this fast-food restaurant occasionally on Wednesdays, often between 12 and 2 pm. Sometimes it's incredibly crowded, AND I can tell you that at least the Big Macs that come out of there are hot and freshly made! I can tell you that the McDonald's near my house is either always cold or serves a burger that's been sitting in the fridge since yesterday. (1) 5/5 Food, because it's really good quality. I remember a few years ago when the quality was lacking, but now I'm amazed at how much it's improved. It's like they're not street interns anymore. (2) 4.5/5 Incredible Service! I don't know if I'm really that lucky, but every Wednesday I go there, their service is so fast, it's almost scary, it's like they do it the moment you press the buttons 😂. Excellent, I'm taking off 0.5 points because there was one day when they forgot our order, like we paid and everything but the food never arrived, so after a 40-minute wait we went to ask... And yup, they didn't know either 😅 that it was a problem. It was fine for us because we weren't in a hurry, but I hope it doesn't happen to one of those high schoolers who only have an hour to eat 🙏 (3) 4.5/5 Decent atmosphere, except that sometimes the ground floor is a bit noisy, and the upstairs is sometimes inaccessible (like, sometimes there aren't even barriers to say you can't go up). The kids' area is still incredibly noisy, so I wouldn't recommend it if you want a peaceful meal. There's also only one toilet downstairs, so please let us at least use the ones upstairs 🙏 In short, a very decent fast-food place that has changed a lot since a few years ago. I recommend it (100% on Wednesdays, haha) 🔥
