Impossible to get them on the phone to make a complaint, McDonald's is no longer what it used to be.

I had ordered a fish sandwich, and they gave me a sandwich with beef (I am allergic to a certain meat protein) crunching into it. the sandwich It gave me a rash. I called the store directly who told me to come back tomorrow for compensation. When I arrived at the checkout, the manager was very unpleasant towards me. 16/08/2024: 40 minutes of waiting at the workshop for someone to finally come and see the people in the queue "we don't have the capacity to deal with non-appointments"... There's no point in pretending to have a walk-in bike workshop service when you don't have the capacity to manage it.
13/08/2024: I came for a brake check and the workshop could not accept my bike as it was not a decathlon. However, while heading towards the spare parts section, I came across an absolutely adorable salesman (his first name is Daniel), who took the time to look at the entire brake system of my bike and give me honest advice. and useful. So I leave with golden advice and a pair of brochures that will be useful to me later 👀 I highly recommend!
