26/10/2026: Top-notch service, as always at Café d'Aeroville. The drinks are well-prepared; I love the matcha. Thanks to Jibril, Jérôme, and Nadal for the warm welcome and quick service. Always a great experience at Starbucks.

05/10/2026: I don't know if I'm not being understood or if I'm simply not being listened to because the baristas are too busy chatting amongst themselves. I ordered a mocha with blond coffee and oat milk, and I received the other one—bitter and strong—made with cow's milk. I'm not allergic, but I shudder to think what would have happened if the mistake had been made for someone with a lactose allergy or intolerance. So I asked for it to be remade. The person initially denied making a mistake, then finally remade it, practically giving me a dirty look. It doesn't happen often, but it has happened, and it shouldn't. I was ignoring the "school hall" vibe, with all the employees sitting in the corner with their friends, but if I pay €7 for a drink and they can't even make it properly, it becomes a place to avoid. The rush is not an excuse; if you are not capable of managing orders with easy-to-read labels, then you should change careers.

30/07/2026: The night shift was completely useless - I arrived at midnight, ordered from the kiosk (which was incredibly slow), and was forced to pay at the register. After waiting 20 minutes just to pay, I finally left.

21/07/2026: This is my second time here, and both times I've waited forever for my food. It's not busy, yet it still takes ages. We waited 20 minutes for two fries. When we asked, they said "it's coming." It never did. Despite this, we tried again, and today we waited just as long. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than taking orders. They were shouting loudly in the open kitchen. The food arrived ice cold with the wrong sauces. It's unacceptable. The air conditioning is too cold.

20/10/2026: The night shift on October 19th, 2026, around 10:30 PM, was fantastic. Smiling, helpful, and quick, unlike their neighbor across the street, Quick… Thank you!

17/10/2026: A very disappointing experience at this McDonald's today at 11:15 AM. I found some strange items in my cup. My boyfriend went to ask for a replacement, but received no apology whatsoever. The new cup was only half full, and the employee charged us €0.50 for an extra sauce we wanted, without any gesture of goodwill. The staff was very unkempt, with poorly tied-back hair, especially that of the so-called manager. The lack of hygiene was blatant, both in the cup and in the staff's appearance. What shocked us most was the blatant lack of respect and consideration. We politely pointed out the problem, but received only curt replies, delivered in an unpleasant tone, with an attitude that made it clear we were bothering them. We were polite from beginning to end, but were treated as if we were in the wrong. This is simply unacceptable: customer respect and satisfaction seemed to be the least of her concerns. When we returned to ask for her name to leave a comment, she refused to give it to us. When we suggested calling the manager, she insisted it was her. A particularly regrettable lack of professionalism and business acumen.

31/08/2026: Since the renovation and staff change, nothing has gone right. The young woman who used to work here was more patient, welcoming, and worked with love; everything was perfect. Some products were missing but listed as available?! The muffins were raw inside, doughy... The latte was the only good drink. I feel like I'm bothering them, even though there are no other customers. They're bitter and unprofessional.

05/08/2026: We stopped by Columbus Café, located inside the Leroy Merlin store in Livry-Gargan. We ordered pistachio milkshakes. The cashier was serving customers alone, while another employee was present but said he was on break and didn't want to help. As a result, we waited over 20 minutes. After this long delay, the cashier informed us that they were out of pistachios. We then asked for a refund. She made us wait another 5 minutes before telling us she didn't know how to process a refund to our bank card. After we insisted, she finally returned, claiming that they did have pistachios after all. So we agreed to keep our order. But once we left, as we started drinking our drinks, we realized that it wasn't a pistachio milkshake. It was simply milkshakes with almond-flavored powder, without any pistachio flavor whatsoever. I find this behavior dishonest. Making customers believe they are receiving a product that doesn't match their order is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this establishment. Unfortunately, we are clearly not the first to experience this type of disappointment.
