17/06/2026: I don't understand! When I went to the Quick in Aulnay today, I checked the app, which offered two menus, but then I got to the drive-thru. They told me they weren't offering those menus at the moment. It's completely ridiculous.
14/06/2026: It's 11 PM, I waited over 30 minutes at the drive-thru. I didn't see the order kiosk, so I waited to see someone in the booths, and then they told me, "No, you'll have to wait in line and go around again because they don't take orders like that." Absolutely no professionalism or human decency. I understand why. I rarely ate at Quick, and I don't think I ever will again.

14/06/2026: The terrace was full of delivery drivers sitting and smoking, and there was a smell of gasoline. We left halfway through our meal because they were starting to argue.

I came to McDonald's with my daughter and ordered a bag of 9 nuggets… but there were only 4 in it! I waited in line for 5 minutes to point it out, then gave up because it was taking so long. Frankly, I'm very disappointed with the service and the lack of attention to the order.

14/05/2026: I'm a big Starbucks customer, and today I went to the Aéroville location. It was a disaster. The drink I chose was completely off; the name said banana, but there was absolutely no banana flavor. I told the staff and asked for more banana. They agreed, but said it was already well-balanced and that I couldn't taste the banana. The response was outrageous: this is my fifth Caramelized Iced Banana Oat Shake, so I know the taste. The staff were neither welcoming nor professional. I had stopped going to the Aéroville Starbucks because of all this. Surely there's a recipe to follow; it's not that hard. The managers should pay a visit there, unannounced. I do not recommend this place.
13/05/2026: I went to the Starbucks in Aéroville with my family for four drinks. I think we bothered the employee who wasn't doing anything and had no other customers. She made a mistake with a matcha, serving it cold instead of hot. When we pointed it out, she questioned us, looking annoyed. Well, she did it again anyway. Next time, just tell us to go somewhere else, and we won't bother you anymore. Unworthy of a major chain like Starbucks. I won't be going back. May 13, 2026 at 11:45 AM.

20/09/2024: Very disappointed with the drive today 09/20/24 7:20 p.m.! I ordered in addition to two long menus and 1 cheesy box, 1 long sandwich with my loyalty points. I was finally asked to pay for it only to realize that it wasn't given... This isn't the first time this has happened. It's theft. Unacceptable!
I tried to contact the restaurant by phone but unreachable!

29/02/2024: Accueil plus que déplorable, l’employé nous avait vu mais ne c’est pas occupée de nous pendant plus de 10 minutes alors qu’elle n’était pas dépassé par la demande puisqu’elle nettoyait le plan de travail, résultat nous sommes partis agacés par son comportement. Dommage nous adorons prendre notre goûté dans cette enseigne…mais prendre les clients de haut n’est franchement pas recommandé

On est attiré par l'odeur mais le goût ne suit pas ! Passez votre chemin.

14/06/2025: Pleasant and fast service. The maki and sushi were excellent. The staff is friendly and the food was well presented. The front of the restaurant isn't attractive, but don't be fooled by that, as the interior is cozy.
09/05/2025: I have been ordering here for almost 6 years and have never been disappointed. The salmon is always fresh, the skewers are excellent, and even the rice is well seasoned (which is rare!). Delivery is fast, orders are always well prepared, and above all, hygiene is impeccable: I have never had the slightest problem in all these years. You can't go wrong ordering here. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and rigor over the years!
