05/09/2024: On arriving the welcome was execrable, the cashiers and staff were very unpleasant😡😡😡. The tables and chairs were dirty..🤢 I asked those to clean them, a member of staff replied that she had something else to do..🤔 My order arrived on a dining table.. My husband took napkins to clean the table and the chairs, I was served cold food and a baby portion of fries even though I had taken a maxi menu. I am really disappointed to have come to eat I will not come back disappointed really disappointed...😔😡😞.. I'm giving one star even though it doesn't deserve any for this service...👎👎👎

15/12/2024: How is it possible to find a McDonald's like that! The restaurant was empty, the staff had 2 tension, the trash cans were overflowing and I'm not talking about the toilets! Brel fled

17/09/2024: Disappointed I have a cesar salad To take away I open I see only salad Almost 10 euros to have something returned .I had to look for my meat etc. I see nothing of the cheese in the croutons Which are a bit soft. Brief I don't want to eat my meal anymore I'm not an animal. So that the dish is prepared in a tea towel.😞😞😞😞😞

06/09/2024: We pay 4.50 for a McFlurry so that it has a non-existent dose of caramel, it's shameful to pay for NATURAL ice cream FOR THIS PRICE. After pointing this out to an employee, he haughtily replied that it was the normal dose that I had to pay extra to have it + in addition, aesthetically speaking, the ice cream is ugly.

20/07/2024: Disappointing, not up to the level of service that one can hope for in this type of establishment. You really have to think about hiring for the kitchen and the service. Way too much waiting. We should either lower the prices or increase the quantity...

14/07/2024: We spent a short stay, as part of the Madame Thursday package, at the Epicure gardens area..And came back enchanted. Firstly because the setting is enchanting, nestled in the greenery, the Epte river flowing below. The estate is historic, calm, soothing. Strolling there is essential. After being warmly welcomed, we stayed in the elegant Marquise suite, tastefully decorated, with jacuzzi, spacious rooms, impeccable bedding. The place is nicely decorated whether at the reception, the breakfast room.. We dined at the restaurant, in a cozy atmosphere, and tasted the epicurean menus. 2 starters, 2 main courses and a whole host of discoveries, a marriage of flavors, simple and refined dishes, a treat. The service is very professional and the staff are smiling which doesn't spoil anything. Breakfast was plentiful, just bring more scrambled eggs (wink) Value for money for this unbeatable stay In short, a nice break, we will return with pleasure and we recommend it to you!

23/12/2023: Expérience exécrable !!!! Commande endommagée. Je téléphone au restaurant celui ci me mime une scène comme quoi le livreur aurait volé ma commande en m’indiquant que je suis là 5e personne dans le meme cas seulement , j’attends qu’on me passe le patron et la standardiste me raccroche au nez. Sans réponse de leur part ni aucun remboursement ou geste commercial proposé. J’étais une fidèle cliente malgré les articles manquants ou froids, pas de serviettes ou de sauces préciser à chaque commande qu’ils fassent bien leurs services. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Service très négligeant. A fuir !

23/12/2023: Bonsoir j’ai commandé deux sandwiches et quel fût ma surprise de voir qu’il me manquait une commande j’appelle le standard du snack ils me disent que ces le livreur qui a voler la commande moi je voulais juste mange avec ma femme en plus elle était enceinte imagine scenario aucune empathie pour client très désagréable au tel très déçu je ne commanderai plus jamais la bas et je dirais au amis éviter

19/08/2024: I had a quick coffee time here, for me the lady who did the service is kind, she serves coffee with water :) hard to find something like this in Paris.

12/08/2024: Really nothing to complain about, the starters, drinks, burgers, beef, salad... Everything is delicious!! The servers are friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is great! Really good value for money. I totally recommend, absolutely to try!

14/11/2024: En arrivant avec mes amies, j'ai apprécié l'accueil de la déco. super joli, juste à dans le hall d'entrée. Ensuite grande salle, placée à l'entrée donc courant d'air. En entrée n nous avons pris des planches beignets et charcuterie. la rillette avait pris chaud. Nous avons toutes pris le gratin de morue (bacalhau de natas) alors je crois que je n'ai jamais mangé une morue aussi salée de ma vie. Mes amies ont dû commandé du riz pour faire passé le gout!!! Je ne savais même plus si c'était salée ou poivrée. le dessert bien. 35€ ou 40 € avec la boisson. On a dansé. c'était sympa. trop de monde pour petite piste car les clients viennent que pour danser et boire un coup. du coup ca s'entasse. Résultat de la soirée : j'ai tout vomi en partant. La serveuse nous a indiqué que la semaine d'avant des clients se sont plaint également de la morue salée. Avis mitigé.

16/07/2024: Came for a concert and more particularly for Jorge Ferreira. Poor organization, with the changing weather no barnum, complete chaos during the buffet. Basic buffet more than average. And above all this singer did not sing. At 2am still nothing and no announcements! Refusal of a commercial gesture in view of all this. In short, money pump on the back of the Portuguese community.

07/09/2024: McDonald's well located but the service is exceptionally slow whether it is lunch or dinner service. Orders are respected and there is generally no waiting to order at the terminal. Edit: Often returned to this McDonald's, and half the time, the large fries are medium fries in a large fries package, aberrant, cf. The photo.

05/08/2024: very disappointed with the manager today 5/08 Sunday free with the purchase of a menu due to work, poster visible only at the drive-thru, and distribution of flyers last week but no promotions visible inside. We paid for the order with our 2 Sundays, we ask for a commercial gesture or the manager tells us that she will not make any refund or commercial gesture, we just had to know before. Tells me that we are not good enough customers not to know the offer. And that I am the only one to claim their Sunday at the same time the offer has just started!!

05/08/2024: There are regular problems with drinks: no taste, not sweet, no gas. And today, my cup of coke was 2/3 filled with ice cubes, so it was a bummer...

28/08/2024: Usually we don't go to this Mac do, we won't make the mistake again... Rude, insolent and incompetent staff. When we arrived, people told us that the terminals were probably broken because they had been waiting for 15 minutes, but in fact no one paid attention to their presence and so they were waiting for us to deign to take care of them. No one wants to say good evening while we give them a big smile and the good evening in question. In the end the cheddar supplement was no longer available (sometimes we get it wrong), but another employee sent us a 1 euro coin with the bag to reimburse us was limited, so in the end we realized that the The supplement that was collected from us amounted to €1.70… 0.70c is not much, you might say, but that's the principle. We remain polite and go to ask for the difference, practically without a word and without apology she hands us the money. In the end the sandwiches and fries were in the same bag as the drinks (usually there are different bags separating them), we ate cold. We will continue to go to Conflans where the team is competent.
