09/07/2025: Taste different from usual McDonald's, I don't know why but I didn't like it.

07/07/2025: The restaurant is in a deplorable state! The hygiene needs to be improved, it's deplorable. I can't imagine the state of the kitchen. It's scandalous to welcome customers in this state. The trash cans are overflowing, the floors are dirty, and the tables aren't cleaned.

15/12/2024: Cold sandwiches and fries, with missing drink. in the past the service was of better quality.

14/12/2024: Inadmissible, waiting at the drive-thru and my girlfriend has a pressing desire not even able to open the door for her to go to the toilet

24/01/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! Filthy: toilets, dining rooms, playground!!!! Cold and expensive meals...

20/01/2026: Honestly, I'm disappointed. I tried calling to ask about the price of the new Marvel burgers, and the person who answered was incredibly rude. I asked her the price, and she replied, "I don't know." I pressed her a little because she could check; it would only take 30 seconds. She then replied, "I don't know, but they're expensive," and said goodbye. 🫤 I'm disappointed.

24/01/2026: Catastrophic experience: a 20-minute wait for a triple cheeseburger meal when the restaurant was empty. The employees were chatting amongst themselves, ignoring orders, while only one person was actually taking them (thanks to the little blonde lady who was the only one there, kudos to her!). The manager needs to review this disastrous organization; it's unacceptable to be treated this way. The person at the counter (hair tied back with a hairnet) who worked Friday night was the worst person I've ever encountered in a restaurant. Not a single greeting and no apology for the wait. Simply unbelievable for a McDonald's!

18/01/2026: I ordered a triple cheeseburger with bacon, but it arrived without bacon, and it was too expensive considering it wasn't filling and their toilets are never clean.

25/01/2026: I just picked up a drive-thru order and when I got home, the fries were missing. This isn't the first time items have been missing. You asked how I was when I placed the order. Well, I was very well before, but very annoyed afterward. A message was left on the answering machine; I'm waiting for your reply. Thank you.

29/09/2024: A general opinion on the quality of MC Donalds, what a surprise was mine when I discovered that the Big Mac burger has shrunk considerably in view of the price which continues to increase The burger no longer has a sandwich Just there we can see that the bread the steak everything has been reduced it's just a scandal and a total scam The quality is clearly no longer there The store seemed clean at first glance.

26/08/2024: The service is deplorable the food is served cold mc do is no longer what it was before and the prices 😱 better eat at home now and prepare the same thing. Between the dry fries, the hot drinks, the half-melted ice cream and the rubbery nuggets, thank you, it will now be without me. Too bad we have to give at least one star to validate the publication.

22/08/2024: We ordered the new McDonald's products during the Olympic Games and it was pretty good. Everything was hot. Their breakfast formula is also interesting. Pleasant staff.

01/07/2025: It was 37 degrees that day, a real oven. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning decided to go on vacation too: after four hours of blowing lukewarm air set to 15°C, nothing changed, except my ability to sweat like never before. Room service wasn't very attentive, and we felt like we were bothering and irritating the person by politely asking for help. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms after some insistence, but it almost gave the impression that the problem was ours. In short, a disappointing stay despite a room change. Better customer service and a little more attentiveness would have really made a difference.

24/06/2025: Positive: Hotel on the CDG airport, 10-15 minutes from Roissypôle. Take the city bus: ticket €2.50 (ideally have the exact change or you can get a virtual ticket on your phone by text message). Bus stops nearby. No need to take a taxi, unless you're in a hurry😅! Rooms with basic comfort but clean. Efficient showers. Very decent breakfast👍🏼! Cons: Poor soundproofing (noise from the hallway, slamming room doors, etc.). Take earplugs! Hotel only for emergencies.
