05/03/2026: Following the restaurant review, here's the hotel review. The setting is magnificent, the exterior is very well maintained. The room... No minibar, no telephone, no safe for your belongings, and a jacuzzi that's not really a jacuzzi but a bathtub with whirlpool jets... A broken radiator that's turned up to full blast, and a view overlooking the road that will definitely put you off any desire to overlook the stream. The meal wasn't a success, but breakfast was a disaster. Instant coffee in thermoses worthy of a bad campsite, a madeleine that had probably been sitting there for a while, and fruit juices from a supermarket, not even an effort to put them in a neutral-tasting carafe. The pastries were pale, in short, a disaster... In any case, not worthy of the standard it claims to achieve. The disappointment was therefore complete. We certainly won't be back.

17/03/2026: A very nice culinary experience after an 85km bike ride.

14/03/2026: A very pleasant spot in the charming town of Marines, in the Vexin Regional Natural Park, with a village atmosphere. The restaurant has a large terrace overlooking the square, opposite the beautiful church and town hall buildings. There are two floors of dining space, a bar with infused rums, and the fish and chips are excellent. The menu is varied, with vegetarian options as well. The desserts are also good, and the price is reasonable.

07/03/2026: The person at the drive-thru around 9 a.m. this Saturday, March 7th, was very unpleasant and even started shouting first thing in the morning (it was a man). I absolutely do not recommend it; I'm not giving it one star because at least the food was good.

27/01/2026: I bought an individual galette des rois for €4. What a disappointment! The galette was extremely dry, with a tiny amount of frangipane. Ultimately, it's essentially just poor-quality puff pastry, lacking any richness or moistness. The price is completely unjustified. At that price, the product is simply inedible.

09/12/2025: The worst McDonald's ever. Promotions that don't work, no more seating because people with sandwiches are eating, no more easels, filthy toilets, a beggar asking for change right in the middle of the restaurant while we're eating and the servers walk right past, and worst of all, a Croque Monsieur burger—I've never seen anything like it! What is this madness? Run far, far away!

21/02/2026: Service not up to standard. A lot of things were missing from the tray, everything was cold, the Happy Meal didn't include toys/books, they passed us crayons instead of the toys from the menu, and so on.

22/02/2026: A hair from who-knows-where landed in my ice cream is unacceptable, and in the green tea, there was a mediocre stain at the bottom of the glass with bits of mold in the iced tea. I strongly advise against going there unless you want to spend 5 hours on the toilet.

22/02/2026: I'm giving it one star because I can't give zero. Nothing works at this McDonald's, and it's getting worse and worse: the service is slow and appalling. The staff is incompetent: numerous missing items and mistakes (both when eating in and even more so when ordering takeout or delivery). And what's more, nobody seems to care... absolutely no professionalism. Not to mention the complete lack of hygiene, both in the lobby and especially in the restrooms (which are broken, by the way, even though they were recently renovated). Simply put: I'm never going back. Thanks to Burger King for opening!
