I make it clear to the saleswoman maybe it's not her fault she didn't hear so I ask to have another sandwich the manager prefers to collect the old sandwich, throw it away, and say that it's It's McDonald's policy to give it to me while recognizing its wrongs

26/03/2024: This stop at the Epicure gardens was not a successful experience. We move on to the bedroom, which is rather pretty but whose curtains, which are also torn, allow daylight to pass through because as the wall is sloping, this leaves a huge space between the curtain and the windows. Morning wake up ! The worst was the restaurant which calls itself gourmet! It’s really only the name that is! First the service: 4 people at the start of the meal then as if by magic, only one young girl completely overwhelmed from 9 p.m.!. The cooks have a drink at the bar but it's difficult to get a digestive The worst is on the plate! For 45 euros per person, a bland starter and a "revisited" beef bourguignon which again only seems revisited because it is served in a bowl: A piece of dry beef with 2 carrots and 1 potato in a small glass of broth. Then a dessert, also “revisited”: a pancake rolled and cut into 5 pieces We feel that the staff is completely abandoned by one of these groups (they have 4 establishments) who invent themselves as hoteliers/restaurateurs. No direction, no soul... A step at 300 euros that I do not recommend!

Wonderful establishment, idyllic setting, the dishes are very good, refined as well as the wine, no false notes and the staff are attentive to our needs and full of kindness. Well done to the team!!! 28/10/2023: Cold and lifeless places, a paninni bar, nothing crazy and too expensive... 9.50e for a small paninni, 1 fries and a drink. I wouldn't go back there again. I advise against it.

25/03/2024: I always place my order at the terminal, without any problem, and the service is fast. I usually go there with my son, and he loves the children's games there. Ignes, who serves us most of the time, is smiling and friendly. Once my son spilled some water and she came to clean it up with a smile, which we really appreciated. Thanks Ignes. The only thing I have to mention is that the inside of the children's play area would need to be cleaned. There is dust and a strange smell inside. Since I go there often and help my son use the slide, I can always see the same dust in the corners and smell the smell. Otherwise, not bad at all, it's a pleasant McDonald's to spend time with your child for a quick meal.

A shame this McDonald's, order taken at 12:00 p.m., arrived at 12:40 p.m. the drinks arrived with ice cream and 2 sandwiches, staff completely overwhelmed, inactive, the happy meals did not arrive after 50 minutes, we requested a refund which was made, we went to Chambly just after served in 5 minutes,

06/04/2024: Expensive for nothing, the sofas are too big so you don't sit well, the wooden chairs hurt your butt, there was an investment in all that to make it look like a big Burger King-style canteen, hubbub, seats not comfortable. Trays without a cover so it's impossible to spread fries or anything on them. New recyclable tableware which, let's not lie, isn't really clean. In short, €11 for the MxBo 9 nuggets menu is unheard of, the biggest theft in the history of McDonald's France. Skip your turn and instead go to the KFC which is located right next door.
