04/04/2024: I'm leaving this comment because I'm overwhelmed by this establishment. I come every lunchtime during the week to the drive-thru. It's hell. Still today. 10 cars in front of me that's 35 minutes and not yet served. And again among the 10 cars 3 left the line!!!

02/04/2024: Former McDonald's employee, catastrophic organization, unfair and incompetent director, she does not have the shoulders to be a director and prefers to fire employees illegally without respecting procedures and by giving false testimony instead of focusing on education. Does not respect employee rights, frequent spying on employees by watching video surveillance cameras. Hygiene to be reviewed (insects found in customers' sandwiches), no control over whether employees wash their hands, we are allowed to take the products by hand (without gloves) which is not within the standards, the trays of the customers are very poorly washed, huge botch in the washing. Since this director arrived, McDonald's has been going badly, employees are constantly overworked and customers are paying the price. McDonald's corrupt at the management level, director paid to mistreat her employees. To flee !

27/03/2024: It's a KFC, nothing fancy. But very polite table service, and really good background music (a little jazzy). Everything is clean. Bravo to this good management. Bonus: small view of the Courneuve park (underground pedestrian passage to get there avoiding car traffic).

27/03/2024: Very bad experience. My partner and I went by to get a draft beer, so we're going to sit on the terrace, which is completely covered, roof and side, the air doesn't circulate, and people are smoking, so we decide to go to the Inside, we order two beers but due to technical problems the beer is not available, of course this was not indicated anywhere. So I choose another beer and the companion doesn't want anything, and the waiter "I can't serve just one person" ha? So we left. And the bar was barely half full. We came often in the past, we will never go back.

31/03/2024: Deplorable service, the woman who takes care of the drive-thru orders on 03/31/24 is not able to tell us that the indoor service is closed at 11 p.m. therefore we waited for nothing and consequently we will not return Never again

17/03/2024: I have rarely been to an establishment of this standard!!! It's a shame that the minimum rating is 1 star because otherwise for the cuisine and the service it would have been a zero point!!! Cold, barely cooked food and incredibly slow service… Not to mention the price which was excessively expensive given the quality of the restaurant… We were there for a birthday and there were several other birthdays including 1 very large table which obviously brought in more money than ours which certainly focused the attention on the restaurant staff… The icing on the cake when bringing the aperitif one of the waitresses literally spilled two full glasses on one of the guests at our table without apologizing and was surprised to laugh at the situation while explaining the scene to one of her colleagues which is all simply shameful!!!!! By explaining all the facts to the boss when going to pay she didn't want to hear anything, made no commercial gesture, in short it really is a place TO AVOID WITHOUT ANY DOUBT!!!!

17/03/2024: Chic in name only!!!! Neither Chic nor good, no professionalism dish arrived cold too much waiting waitresses with no or very little experience…. Spills drinks on customers and laughs about it with colleagues…. The boss is just there to turn around with the microphone, no organization. An advice ? Look for another place because nothing is good and frankly we should be ashamed of Portuguese cuisine.

27/03/2024: Order placed last night at the drive-thru. Very fast order taking as well as collection. I've never seen a McDonald's so fast between taking the order and delivery, I didn't even wait... I had a doubt which was quickly erased, I thought the food was cold but on the contrary it was excellent and the welcome from the staff was impeccable and very professional. Everything was there, sauces and napkins... flawless! Thank you other mc donald's should take example.
