27/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at the McDonald's in L'Isle-Adam. I had 148 loyalty points available on my app and wanted to use 75 points to get a Royal Deluxe burger, which is listed under my "Iconic Burgers" rewards. At the drive-thru, I scanned my loyalty card and was told I couldn't use my points. I then asked the cashier directly if it was really impossible to use points at the drive-thru, and he confirmed that it was. I find this really disappointing and, above all, very unclear, since my app offers this benefit and the loyalty program information indicates that rewards can be used at the drive-thru. If the L'Isle-Adam drive-thru doesn't allow the use of loyalty points, this should be clearly indicated to customers and in the app. A very disappointing experience, especially for a simple use of loyalty points.

27/08/2026: A terrible experience for a family birthday celebration. We had to wait 50 minutes between two dreadful courses. The prices don't reflect the quality of the food; it's far too expensive. No compensation was offered for the wait. What a shame!

07/12/2025: To start with the positives, the atmosphere was fantastic and the decor immersive. The welcome was very warm. The dishes offered seemed overpriced for what we were served. While they were beautifully presented and tasty, they didn't justify the price. We expected something else. The service was a bit slow. In conclusion, we had a good time but were left slightly disappointed by the overall cost.

28/08/2026: Extremely shocked! We are regular customers of this splendid bakery, which always creates wonderful treats. We drive 40 minutes specifically to shop at Rouget's regularly and always spend between €80 and €110. We have always received a free clear bag with our purchases, and today, to our great surprise, we left with seven cake boxes in our hands. We naturally asked the saleswoman for a bag, and she initially told us she didn't have a suitable size, only small ones. I told her that we are usually given a large clear bag, and she replied that it would cost €0.50 if I wanted it. This is truly disappointing and completely unprofessional of her. When you shop at Rouget's, you should know, madam, that we are not worried about €0.50! And to top it off, she added that the price of the bags is displayed. I was about ready to tell her to refund me and keep her products safe and sound in those bags!

16/08/2026: Second visit, unsuccessful… Excessive bill for half portions… The roasted Camembert was half a Camembert… which seemed to have melted 😂 €20. The portions were tiny… There was a mistake taking our order, so we ate at different times than my partner and daughter, who had finished by the time my dish arrived… It was really very disappointing… The risotto wasn't good… So no dessert because I was disappointed with the other dishes… The rest of the meal would have been good and plentiful, and yes, strangely enough, we would have ordered dessert. When we asked, “Was it okay?” we said no… No reaction whatsoever 😂! What's certain is that we won't be back.

11/09/2026: Absolutely excellent, from the service to the food. The medium-rare steak is divine, and the dishes are superb. If you're looking for a quiet place with exceptional cuisine and high-quality ingredients, this is the place for you.

30/08/2026: Superb place with a unique atmosphere. The owners are excellent and dynamic. The rum baba is unusual; you decide how much rum to add (I love the idea). Go without hesitation!
