31/01/2026: Once again, you pay an arm and a leg for a crappy burger. Plus, there are hardly any customers (so there's not even the excuse of being busy). First, they can't tell the difference between two meats (I paid for a two-meat Mac Extreme, and when I got home, I was surprised to find it was only one patty). Second, the cheddar bacon fries: you pay extra for them, and the box is barely half empty. And third, the staff are chatting away while your order is being prepared and getting cold. I'll try to be polite, but I'm fed up. Fast food served in 40 minutes. Expensive and slow. I'm sick of it, and no matter what you say, it's always "sorry to hear your experience was bad." It doesn't help at all; you make no effort other than to apologize. You say things, they go in one ear and out the other...

24/01/2026: The machine isn't working. Ice cream isn't being offered, and it keeps happening. It's exhausting.

17/02/2026: A very bad experience. The welcome was particularly cold, and the tone used by both the staff and the manager was inappropriate. We really felt like we were bothering them. A serious effort to improve customer relations is needed.

17/02/2026: I have never encountered such unpleasant staff, from the lowest-level employee to the manager. The lack of respect is simply unimaginable. A review of recruitment practices and, above all, customer service training is absolutely necessary.

16/02/2026: The recent change of ownership hasn't helped matters. The employees don't understand French, which is causing management problems. They're completely lost. What a shame to be the only bistro/café/tobacco shop in the shopping center with so little competence...

12/02/2026: The toilets were filthy, absolutely disgusting! The Polish-origin hamburger was awful, overcooked, and had a questionable taste; the fries were downright revolting! The waitress didn't understand French. Avoid at all costs!

22/02/2026: On February 22, 2026, we came for lunch and ordered two Golden Menus and a Happy Meal. Upon receiving the order, we realized it was incorrect: two small fries instead of two large ones, and a toy instead of a book. The first mistake, corrected after we asked—nothing dramatic so far. But what followed was much more serious. My 280 sandwich had been ordered without onion. After eating half of it, I found… an onion. I calmly pointed it out, without aggression, understanding that mistakes can happen. The bread on the first 280 already seemed stale, as if it were from the day before, which is very questionable in terms of quality. They then prepared a new sandwich for me, but the tomato on this second burger was almost rotten. Despite this, they pointed out that next time it wouldn't be remade because I had already eaten half of the first one. This remark was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. At nearly €15 for the set menu, I expect a decent, fresh product without having to endure this kind of comment, especially since I remained polite and respectful. Between the order errors, the questionable quality of the products, and the obvious lack of customer service skills, the experience was very disappointing. A serious effort from the team and this manager regarding product freshness, order accuracy, and customer relations is needed!
