01/01/2026: The four of us had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The service was incredibly attentive and friendly, we loved the menu, and the food was fantastic – the cheese platter was amazing. The beef from Aubrac, which wasn't on the menu, was especially delicious. There's room for improvement in the ambiance, and the aperitif (pastis) was surprisingly expensive, but the wine was wonderful and reasonably priced.
19/12/2025: Beautiful restaurant! The dining room is very pleasant.
The welcome and service were also perfect.
The food is excellent! The appetizer, main course, and dessert were truly delicious! Lots of flavor in every dish and beautifully presented!
For those with a larger appetite, perhaps the portions could be a little more generous.
But everything was perfect; we will definitely return with great pleasure.

11/09/2024: We are 4 Pilgrims who were turned away from Estaing. We were warmly welcomed at the Relais de Boralde. Comfortably installed in beds with sheets 😂, luxury for hikers. An excellent dinner. We recommend this establishment whether you are tourists or hikers

15/09/2025: The location is quiet, easy to park, and there weren't many people there when we were there (early September). The service was fast, the dishes were carefully presented, but given the quality of what we were served, it was a disaster.
The aligot sausage was uninteresting; the sausage was really terrible, and the aligot was thin, too runny, even though it's the region.
The worst thing was the chocolate mousse, although well presented... but from the first spoonful, it was disgusting. I don't know if the mousse was poorly stored, but it was close to spoiled. It was disrespectful to dare serve that to customers.
So we paid, we didn't make a fuss, but we won't be going back.

A no-nonsense, unpretentious establishment
Very friendly welcome and service
Very reasonable prices, beautiful and delicious dishes
The fricandeau and calf's head were very good
Just one comment about the state of the toilets... a fresh coat of paint and everything will be perfect!!!
29/11/2025: We had lunch at this brasserie, a very nice discovery, I highly recommend it. The tartare was very fresh and generous, and the kir was perfectly chilled and sparkling. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Daily menu at 16 euros, starter, main course, dessert
Quarter of melon with a nice slice of country ham
Excellent sirloin steak with fries
A nice slice of delicious lemon meringue pie
And very friendly staff
21/06/2025: Today's menu for 17 euros, unbeatable value for money.
The server is friendly and does a good job.
The terrace in the heart of the city is fantastic.

1 heure 30 d'attente pour servir une entrecôte qui ne correspond pas du tout à la cuisson demandée et qui fait plutôt 200 g que 300 gramme
Par la suite leur assiette de fromage est de mauvaise qualité et ils servent deux morceaux au prix de 4
Catastrophique à tous point de vue
02/09/2024: Accueil courtois sans plus, serveur un peu froid, normal vu le ton employé par le patron, apéritif servi sans accompagnements, assiette Aveyronnaise , charcuterie de qualité industrielle, accompagnement tomate pas mures ( en pleine saison) farcous sec , tomate idem et vinaigrette industrielle.
Aligot sans ail , ne file pas et saucisse au kilomètres.
Dessert, salade de fruits à mon avis faites la veille.

22/08/2024: Nous cherchions un coin tranquille et authentique. Le patron a plusieurs casquettes entre la cuisine excellente, le service et la grande connaissance des lieux à ne pas manquer.
Très belle vue sur l Aubrac du parking.
Prix défiant toute concurrence.
