02/04/2024: Sunday March 31st we reserved a table for 2 people - We chose L'AIOLI!!!! on the plate a small piece of saithe, half a carrot, a small piece of cauliflower and two potatoes - "sous-vide" potatoes and not homemade potatoes and a very small pot of mayonnaise!! !!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT for the price of 23.90 euros per person!!!! my advice - avoid this type of dish to avoid falling into the trap!!!!

04/04/2024: Always well attended. Therefore you have to accept the background noise. But the service and food are good. We ate there twice. Tarte flambée, burgers and tiramisu were super delicious. We also think the price-performance ratio is absolutely ok.

Dilapidated rooms, poorly insulated (we heard the work next door as well as the doors slamming until we woke up at 8 a.m.)
Very dated bathroom and black shower seals…
Indian Spa and Yonaguni crowded with people…
Very cold spa staff..
Expensive for what it is compared to other similar establishments.
However, decent dinner and pleasant restaurant staff.
25/03/2024: Dated rooms, decoration that leaves something to be desired, crumbs on the sofa, damaged walls and furniture etc... For the price of the room and the quality of the hotel it is far below what we expected.
The hotel SPA is a real plus, very well decorated and well equipped, you feel good there. The Yonaguni SPA is simply wonderful, an experience to be had at least once.
The dinner was very good but the attention given to the customers was not up to par with the restaurant. The breakfast is really high-end and very good, you don't miss anything.
The staff is very polite and pleasant.

31/03/2024: Restaurant that meets our expectations! Delicious cocktails of the month, homemade spaetzles accompanied by divinely good choice of sauces and well-seasoned raw vegetables, smiling and very friendly staff. Friendly atmosphere
31/03/2024: I recommend this bar a thousand times. I go there almost every week, whether to eat or drink. It has become my favorite bar. The best cocktails (with and without alcohol) I've had, the food is incredible! And what would this bar be without the adorable waitresses who bring good humor as soon as you walk through the door. I have already tasted the goat cheese tarte flambée and a salad, both are incredible and served in generous quantities (for the salad).

Smiling, friendly service and exquisite cuisine.
We enjoyed the 4 seasons pizzas, well garnished and the homemade dough.
09/03/2024: Disappointed with this restaurant, the noise pollution was unbearable, the service took too long and was served with an interval so everyone did not have their dish at approximately the same time. What follows is mediocre cuisine, bland for the price it costs. Finally, the decoration hurt the eyes, in fact the countless amount of light was disturbing. Overall this restaurant is mediocre, I certainly wouldn't recommend it but it can still satisfy.

17/03/2024: We let ourselves be tempted by the discovery platter and were not disappointed. The sushi was out of the ordinary with taste and careful presentation. Almost a work of art!
Just a little embarrassed by the waitress who was laughing with another waitress or owner?
09/03/2024: Terrible customer service. I ordered takeout last night for 2 people. When I arrive home I realize that 50% of my order is not what I ordered. Full of empathy, I called the restaurant and explained the situation to them, not even to get something, but rather so that it wouldn't happen again for other customers after me.
The boss is put on the phone to me, who tells me in a dry and very unpleasant tone "that this evening he has too many people in the room and that he doesn't have time to linger on the phone." A shame ! At the price you charge for your sushi, we expect impeccable quality of service and customer service that holds up. Last night unfortunately it was neither of them.
