She tried to charge me an extra €1.50 without explaining why, despite my insistence on understanding (which I refused to pay), and since she had filled an empty water bottle with her tap water, she asked me to return the water she had refilled from my bottle. So, no respect for water or customers (2).

02/07/2026: This pastry shop is a gem: everything is delicious, from the pastries to the desserts, not to mention the incredible chocolates! The products are fresh, and the staff, always smiling and attentive, make every visit a pleasure. We'll definitely be back!
30/06/2026: A magnificent pastry shop that has been around for over 150 years. The tea room is welcoming, tastefully decorated in a fairly modern style. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent.
Unfortunately, the service doesn't live up to the establishment's standards. The two people there give the impression that they don't want to be there. Not a single smile. We ask if we can have coffee there. The response is cold, curt, and dismissive: "Yes, two coffees?!". We clearly feel like we're bothering them (to put it politely).
It's a shame that in these difficult times we still encounter this kind of behavior, especially in such a large chain.

21/12/2025: My husband and I discovered this sushi restaurant and had a wonderful time. The menu is extremely varied, with something for everyone, which is a real plus. The waitress was incredibly friendly, smiling, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was a true delight: everything was delicious and bursting with flavor. We will definitely be back!

Flamme en apéro très bonne, foie gras en entre avec une compote de chou rouge.. Une dinguerie 😍
Choucroute excellent, saumon pour ma femme.
Tarif dans la. Norme, service rapide et pro

12/12/2024: Nous avons reçus notre commande plus d’une heure après l’avoir passé. Et nous avons reçu les trois plats tout en même temps , car j’ai pris la tête de cochon et les rognons de veau qui ont été très très cuit et sec.

01/05/2026: Almost 7 years ago we visited Parc Hôtel Obernai for the first time and loved it straight away. The food, the spa that had just opened back then, and the atmosphere made it a place we kept coming back to whenever we were in Alsace, even if just for dinner.
We stayed at the hotel again recently, and a lot has changed. I didn’t expect it to top our earlier visits, but it did.
The new building is gorgeous. I love the design - the lighting makes you look great even with messed up hair and a red face from the spa.
The restaurant was already strong, but is now even better. Local ingredients with Asian influences, dishes that feel balanced, and portions that are the right size. What really made the evening was the service. The team at the cocktail bar was sharp and friendly, and our waiter Enzo made the night. Easygoing, good sense of humor, and great advice on wine. After asking he (and the chef) were very enthusiastic about doing the shared dining concept. Food, drinks and service 10/10.
It’s a bit more expensive than what it was 7 years ago but worth every penny in my opinion.
