30/04/2024: Simply great. A basement bar. The house dates back to the 16th century. You speak german too. The owner is definitely a Harry Potter fan. It's a small steaming cauldron.
Reservation is an advantage

07/06/2024: It wasn't bad, but nothing exceptional either. We appreciated that the burger buns seemed homemade. On the other hand, the burger sauce... Mayo ketchup, unfortunately not very popular.
The big downside was the blue meat! When serving such undercooked meat, it is best to ask for cooking beforehand.
If we hadn't been stuck for time, I would have sent the plate back.
The waitress was friendly, but it seemed like her first days.
It's also a shame that the ashtray table is right in the middle of the terrace.
We will definitely come back again, just hoping that the meat is cooked next time.

11/05/2024: We had an excellent night in a €116 room in the renovated part of the hotel. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. Separate WC. Everything was very clean and of good quality. The meal at Winstub was very good, especially the macaron for dessert :) Excellent welcome and attentive service.
29/03/2024: I really enjoyed my stay. Service was very accommodating when I had problems getting there and got stranded in the neighboring town.

The fried chicken was delicious (Curry), the dishes all tasted very good even if the noodles needed a bit of sauce and the beef had a few chewy bits.
It’s on the pricey side considering the portion size but I still prefer to get good quality products than tons of bad one!
Service was quick and very pleasant despite a full restaurant.
I would definitely return and recommend.

If you're looking for a little extra, stop at Le Clos, located below.

19/05/2024: Very good time spent in this restaurant. Monsieur in the kitchen, Madame in the dining room, but the service is friendly and efficient. We ate very well, in ample quantity.
