06/04/2024: Two people, one vegetarian. We asked for one tasting menu, one three courses, as there as only one veg starter and one veg main which, after checking with the chef, was okay, which was nice. Although it is still unfortunate to do menus only per table and not per cover. The food, sadly, was underwhelming. Not bad, but the tastes were fairly flat and unbalanced. The foie gras was surprisingly bland, the fish that was described as both a cod and a catfish was underseasoned and uninventive. The pigeon was cooked perfectly, the condiments and purees that complimented it were old fashioned but nice. The main vegetarian course which was just mixed veg in an unidentifiable vinegar sauce was very unappetizing. The wine accompaniment was hard to understand: 6 courses of food but only 4 wines. None of the wines really seemed to have been matched with the food, especially the white that was meant to accompany two courses. The maître was visibly unhappy with one of us not eating meat, the two waiters spoke virtually no English and seemed semi-professional. For some reason they played Christmas-jazz-music in April. All in all disappointing. But not completely bad.

26/03/2024: Positive points: restaurant open on Tuesday - service, very good dish and dessert - Negative points: the room a little too noisy (and there is a smell of cold ashtrays when entering the restaurant), the very limited menu at lunchtime, the starter too salty, Half-hearted experience. To be tested again in the evening.

16/03/2024: Great Tunisian restaurant where you always feel welcome, the owners know how to create a warm atmosphere in this little place. The takeaway sandwiches are always tasty, I've been coming for years and I've never been disappointed. Go there with your eyes closed, it feels like home!

15/03/2024: We were looking for somewhere close to our AirBnB as it was a rainy evening. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice of restaurant! We were welcomed from the second we were arrived and has amazing service throughout our visit. Not only this but the food was amazing (our best meal on Strasbourg). We would highly recommend! Thank you for a lovely evening ☺️

31/03/2024: A little nugget in the Meinau district of Strasbourg. Refined and succulent cuisine. The restaurants in the city center of Strasbourg do not come close to this taste gem. And the place is super pretty. Congratulations to the chef, the boss and the whole team. See you soon TFTs for another opinion.

08/03/2024: We discovered the restaurant by chance while traveling in Strasbourg, wanting to eat typical food. Honestly, the manager is pleasant, smiling and warm. The dish is improved for the client's taste but these are not the real flavors that I knew.. and certain foods written on the menu are no longer made but not specified.. It's a nice place but the quantity is not enough for the price..

16/02/2024: Very pleasant and warm manager. The vegetarian dish was good despite reheated rice. Small nice place but the quantity remains limited for the price of the dish.

27/03/2024: I went there several times with my dad who was born on Reunion Island not above he offers you a glass of rum which is amazing lol 😂 but it's worth it for the price cheap and tender goat rougail sausages super good I have it recommend++++

25/03/2024: Agreeable place discovered just by strolling around Strasbourg. Worth a visit since it offers a look into the Creole cuisine. Nice and spicy dishes with a lot of flavour. Excellent service and tasty food. Place felt a bit worn out. I would however recommend the experience. Card payment possible.

24/03/2024: We ate very well, the Ceviche and the beef Tataki were well prepared. The rolls as a starter were very generous, perhaps a little too much rice. The desserts were good too.

19/03/2024: Thank you for sharing your know-how with us and we have seen that you are working to pass it on - Bravo Warm place - service provided with kindness - Small menu with suggestions for all tastes with quality products prepared with delicacy. The beef braised for 72 hours is very tender and the scallops on a bed of leeks are killer - Yum.

Very high quality and really tasty meal, great value for money, full of flavors from starter to dessert, very very friendly welcome! The essential address to taste excellent Lebanese cuisine!! I highly recommend !!

02/04/2024: It's a cozy cafe with an old-fashioned/hipster-like interior. For the name of the cafe I would have expected a larger selection of cakes.

19/03/2024: Nice little tea room a stone's throw from Langstross. The room is really nicely furnished, the pastries are excellent (incredible cheesecake) and the coffee is very good! It is not possible to sit there to revise, however, computers are not allowed. It’s a shame because you feel really good in this café, it makes you want to spend the day there!

02/04/2024: We had a great afternoon + evening at Schluck N'Spiel. The atmosphere and the servers were great, the drinks very good. Special mention for the small room reserved for the JDR, we loved it! We'll come back for sure :)
