16/09/2026: Very good bread and pastries. You can eat outside, and loka has its own seating area. It's next to a busy street, but that doesn't detract from the meal.

19/09/2026: The gnocchi were very good, though I was quite disappointed that there was no appetizer to share and no cheese option (which is a shame since I don't like sweets). Otherwise, the staff were friendly and we ate well. After all, we're in the Old Port area; those who complain about the noise should go somewhere else.

30/06/2026: I was very happy to have spent time at this restaurant, sitting on the terrace. The couscous is generous and truly delicious. The coriander, subtle spices, and vegetables perfectly complement the tender and flavorful semolina. As for the service, it was simply perfect: warm and attentive.

04/06/2026: A true culinary gem in Marseille! I absolutely loved "Le Véritable Couscous Berbère"! Finally, a restaurant that doesn't rely on fancy decor or trendy trends, but on the raw, authentic quality of its cuisine. The couscous is extraordinary – it's a real couscous, flavorful and generously garnished. Every bite speaks to the authenticity of Berber cuisine: the flavors are there, precise, complex, without any pretense. It's cuisine that speaks for itself. And the service is impeccable. Attentive, warm, discreet when needed, and always there when you need it. It perfectly complements the experience. In Marseille, where North African cuisine abounds, it's rare to find such an honest and delicious place. Le Véritable Couscous Berbère truly lives up to its name. I highly recommend it! 27/10/2025: An unexpected discovery: a wonderful couscous with excellent value for money! Plenty of vegetables and delicious semolina. We also shared a tuna and egg filo pastry seasoned with dill. A real treat! Go without hesitation!

20/09/2026: Not too crowded, so very pleasant. The dishes are simple but quite good. The waitresses are smiling and friendly. A nice time spent with friends.

13/09/2026: A welcoming all-you-can-eat buffet with a terrace facing Notre-Dame de la Garde. All-you-can-eat for €28 per person, drinks not included. Payment is due upon ordering. The dishes are traditional, delicious, and offer a welcome change from the usual fare (both fish and meat). A wide variety of choices, but enough to ensure you leave satisfied 😅 We'll be back! 👍🏻
