31/05/2026: We arrived on a Sunday at lunchtime with a reservation, which was a great decision because the place was packed. Despite the large crowd, we were served quickly and efficiently. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. The fish of the day had been replaced with a delicious, very tender octopus, accompanied by a rustic mashed potato and vegetable purée. We also tried the daily special, lamb with vegetables, which was truly exquisite. For dessert, we shared a tarte tatin served with a generous portion of cream and ice cream, more than enough for two people. Throughout the meal, the service was friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. A very enjoyable experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

26/05/2026: We ate here. No need to come back. I always check the bottom of a plate in a restaurant; if it feels clean, it's probably clean on top too. I was surprised that the price tag was still attached. I wonder why? 😐

03/05/2026: An institution for many years, this restaurant remains the best in its category with attractive prices. Madame Lye's daughter deserves respect for continuing this simple, homemade family restaurant with her family, preserving the traditions that define it... thank you for that, I highly recommend it.

29/05/2026: We sat here in the early evening for drinks and people and dog watching . Good wine selection not so thrilled with the G and T the local tonic is flat! They do not do aperol sprits but there version which is very sweet and not as good. Bar food is very nice.

25/05/2026: The welcome was appalling, and the waiter displayed a serious lack of courtesy. We were refused a table without even a greeting, and were spoken to in a very aggressive manner. We would have perfectly understood if we couldn't be seated politely, but apparently, dismissing us was easier for him. Despite being from Saint-Rémy, we are very disappointed with this experience and will never return.
