Les meilleurs restaurants en Saint-Remy-De-Provence

21/09/2024: Superb menu and service and ambience. This is a wonderful hotel in the centre of St Rémy en Provence where we stayed for almost a week. The hotel is incomparable - beautifully appointed and with staff who cannot do more to help. The dining room served breakfast as a buffet as well as cooked plates and it was an excellent experience - the menu for dinner was imaginative and of the highest quality as was the service. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel as a hotel and as a restaurant and urge everyone in Provence to go there at least once on each holiday to that delightful region.

06/09/2024: Une belle découverte … arrivés un peu par hasard nous avons eu la dernière table de libre. L’aïoli et le thon au menu du jour nous ont enchantés ainsi que le clafoutis maison !

26/03/2026: This restaurant serves outdoors in a lovely, sunny little square. The menu is fairly short, but the ingredients are fresh and excellent, and the service is impeccable. I recommend it for a pleasant meal.

07/12/2025: On this beautiful early October afternoon, we were drawn to this lovely, large terrace opposite the St-Remy town hall. It was quite large and busy, so the service was slow and not very friendly. However, the price was very reasonable for a fish dish and a salad.

20/02/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. We arrived at 8:30 pm and left at 12:10 am due to an extremely long wait. The food wasn't good, and the presentation was truly lacking. Furthermore, we paid €75 for a set menu with wine included, even though we didn't order any wine—the price should have been €67. Very disappointing.

14/02/2026: A very good restaurant. I really liked the decor. Warm colors and antique furniture and cutlery. A small menu, but authentic and imaginative cuisine. We'll be back. For Valentine's Day, it was perfect. Everything was just right. A big thumbs up to the manager who doesn't hesitate to share his "kitchen" secrets. One small drawback: We would have liked a more extensive menu.

28/02/2026: Very good pizzas. See you soon 😊 Well, no, not soon. While browsing your website, surprise! A kebab pizza and you specify 'halal'. Sorry, we do not endorse halal and do not support businesses that support this religious slaughter. Since when is there a large Muslim community in Saint Rémy that justifies including a specific pizza???

17/03/2026: Lunch at the 2-Michelin-starred Auberge de Saint Rémy. It will receive its second star in 2025. The experience is made possible by the combined talents of chef Fanny Rey (formerly of Baumanière) and pastry chef Jonathan Wahid (formerly of the Ritz); the cuisine is creative and refined, showcasing local Alpilles produce. The dining room is charming and intimate, and the service is warm and welcoming. In short, an excellent gastronomic experience in Provence!

15/02/2026: The only positive thing about this restaurant is the waiters. The menu is indeed very appealing, but the taste doesn't live up to it. It's snack food—undercooked and lacking in flavor. All this for 100 euros for two people, which we find outrageously expensive…

08/03/2026: Passing through, we went for the second time, as we had such a wonderful meal there the very first time. This second visit confirmed that the food is truly excellent! The cuisine is superb, and the quality is definitely there! That day, we opted for a shoulder of lamb with mixed vegetables. Honestly, it was absolutely divine! We LOVED it!!! Congratulations to the chefs! It also came with a generous and high-quality dessert, just like the rest of the meal, and a small coffee. The staff was very pleasant and contributed to this excellent experience. We will definitely return with great pleasure, and if you enjoy lamb, we encourage you to go and experience this culinary delight for yourselves! The prices are very reasonable.

26/02/2026: It was gray in Saint Rémy, so we ended up at the Grand Café Riche to warm up. To begin with, we particularly appreciated the decor; everything had been carefully chosen, respecting its history while remaining stylish. The welcome was warm, and the waiter and waitress were smiling, competent, and very attentive. The food was good too; the lamb shank and ribeye steak were expertly prepared—you could tell the chef was skilled—and the pear tart we shared was delicious. In short, we had a wonderful meal. We highly recommend it.

21/09/2025: Dissapointing. Very nice restaurant setting and good service but the food quality overall was average at best and not worth the price fix cost.

11/02/2026: Passing through the region, the beef tartare was amazing, the duck breast skewer was excellent, and the homemade fries were a real trip down memory lane. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended! Great place!

26/01/2026: Simplicity, conviviality, warmth… We stumbled upon the café quite by chance late in the afternoon, caught in the rain… We immediately wanted to stay for dinner… And we weren't disappointed! The lamb was excellent, the owner let us taste a delicious wine… the desserts were equally impressive. But above all, the welcome was so warm! Places like this are becoming rare. Thank you!
