We learned a plethora of things about Marseille soap and couldn't help but warm up our credit card in the shop! This soap factory remains a must for anyone coming to Salon de Provence! 18/08/2024: Disappointing... Ordered via Uber Eat last night, I ordered 1/2 chicken and only received one chicken! I contacted the service directly who told me that the restaurant would not reimburse! Paying 11th for the chicken ends up not being able to eat... At least a reduction or credit should have been made! The portions were not at all generous, I ended up having to cook... I leave a photo of my order number in case there is a bit of honesty on their part 👋

04/08/2024: Being from Marseille, I went to salon for a family vacation weekend, and I had the pleasure of discovering the dad, on Place Morgan, a very welcoming and friendly staff, like our south . They make very elaborate cocktails and very gourmet and refined tapas. I recommend this address, I will return without hesitation!!!

18/08/2024: one of the best couscous in the region, everything is homemade, more than reasonable price guaranteed taste journey ps: for certain comments which are not very complimentary towards the person who runs the establishment, take note that this gentleman who works every day is hard of hearing, I think we should stop being so "mean" to humans long life to this restaurant that I have been frequenting for several years

10/08/2024: I had a crazy craving for couscous in the middle of August.. lazy to cook because of the heat.. I let myself be tempted and I ordered a chicken couscous, which was delicious really I weigh my words, I hesitate because of the comments I did well to listen to my desire and give them a chance, I would recommend again❤️🥰

19/08/2024: Unfriendly and incompetent staff. With two people, it was impossible to operate the cash register to arrive at the displayed price... showing that we were clearly annoying them. In the end, we left with nothing and annoyed too!

I stayed for 2 weeks and what can I say except that I was pleasantly surprised by the very warm welcome from the whole team but especially from John the room manager who was able to listen to me and take care of his customers . Honestly, I have rarely seen this… always a big smile, always trying to find solutions quickly to satisfy their customers. We can see that he likes it so above all, don’t change the team! As for the rooms, nothing to say, it was clean with all the necessary equipment. Thank you very much and obviously I highly recommend this hotel.

07/09/2024: During the Association Forum, my daughter and I decided to take a trip to O'Tacos P. Arriving in front of the restaurant, we waited for the opening in the company of other people, including a manager who himself seemed surprised that the establishment is still not open, as well as a saleswoman. Unfortunately, the wait quickly took a disappointing turn. When the person responsible for opening the door finally arrived, their attitude was simply unacceptable. Without even a glance, a "hello" or an apology for being late, she gave us a contemptuous tone that she would not open up immediately. This total lack of politeness and respect was shocking. She even ignored us as she walked past us, as if we were responsible for her lateness and bad mood. I find this behavior shameful and unworthy of an establishment that aims to be welcoming. So far, I've been happy with O'Tacos, but after this experience, I won't go there again. It is crucial to choose your staff carefully, because contact with customers is an essential part of this profession. That said, I would like to thank this person for their deplorable attitude, because they pushed us to discover a nearby restaurant, "Au Coq sous Cloche", where we ate very well. The staff is extremely pleasant, the prices are attractive and the dishes delicious. I highly recommend it!

27/08/2024: We got food poisoning. Their fried chicken was a disaster. Service extremely slow even though almost nobody was there. The girl at the counter wasn’t nice at all. That’s a shame because O’Tacos is really good

19/08/2024: The park itself is very good and deserves more I only put 3 stars because of the catering, the lunch time, big queue to go eat, so we took advantage of the attractions, and at 3 p.m. we went to eat and there was a bad surprise: the two restaurants closed at 3 p.m., we are used to frequenting this style of park and this is the first time that we found the doors closed. Next time we'll go somewhere else
