19/08/2026: A very unique and charming restaurant. The food was excellent, with something for everyone thanks to the simple menu. The only downside was the slow service that evening, which can happen, but the waiter was very kind and even gave us a little something extra, which we appreciated and would definitely recommend.

20/08/2026: The welcome was fine, courteous and friendly, but the food... the meat wasn't cooked as ordered, sent back to the kitchen and still nothing, 8 whelks on the plate... sausages like you'd get at a supermarket, fries like McDonald's... no air conditioning!!! In 2019!!! And having known this brasserie for a long time... I won't be going back... I went back to see... 2026 and it's even worse... they're busy so I won't say more... shameful
20/08/2026: The food at Le Central is always excellent; we've never been disappointed. This is our fourth time eating there in the last four seasons.
Five stars for the servers, who are always humorous and provide impeccable service.

24/08/2026: I don't often leave reviews, but I must say that my wife and I had a very, very good meal.
We tried the €27 and €37 menus, and I must say that from start to finish, the meal was delicious. The service was quick and friendly.
We are used to eating in very good restaurants, and this one is definitely worth a visit.

27/05/2026: Some rooms are best avoided; the air conditioning barely works, or doesn't work at all.
I tried two rooms, and the problem was the same!
Perhaps the sea-view rooms don't have this issue, but given the prices in high season, I don't think I'd risk trying them.
It's a shame because it's very well located.
It has great potential, but in my opinion, it doesn't live up to the 5-star standards of the region, which I won't mention.
Please, this hotel deserves better. You don't give a room to a couple if the entire floor is full of children; it's just common sense!
We leave our children to rest and sleep, not to be woken up at 3 a.m. by crying...🤦♂️
26/05/2026: We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Cures Marines, and we had an amazing time.
The hotel is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly located, very quiet and calm and we were lucky to enjoy sunny and warm weather during our stay. The spa and fitness facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious — with a great selection including chia seeds, brown bread, fresh fruits and veggies, and homemade fresh juices, which I particularly loved.
A special thank you to Thea, the front desk team, and all the staff for their warm welcome and personalised service. A special mention as well to Micka, the sports manager, for his professionalism and friendliness. Keep on shining guys!!!!!
Highly reccommended— we'll be back, best hotel in Trouville!

24/08/2026: My sister and I decided to spend the day in Trouville with the children. After being turned away from a nearby restaurant because we were with them, we were welcomed by Les Mouettes.
We almost felt like thanking the previous restaurant.
The welcome, the service, and the professionalism of the waiter were very pleasant.
As for the food, it was all fresh and delicious, from the shrimp/mussels to the fish and chips, not to mention the fries, which weren't frozen (a definite plus in terms of taste). All we can say is thank you.
23/08/2026: The food was decent, but nothing special: I was disappointed by the bland side dishes. The service left much to be desired: a long wait despite the restaurant not being crowded, and a lack of friendliness. I expected better.

22/08/2026: Ah, Cathy! What wonderful moments you gave us over the years! A fantastic place where we felt welcomed like family and where we enjoyed delicious food. The mussels are unparalleled in Trouville; you'll find amazing recipes like mussels with Pont L'Eveque cheese, and there was even one with cider (an exceptional recipe I'll never forget). In short, and if only it were just the food! What a welcome! With so much warmth, humor, and professionalism, a visit to La Moulerie was our regular holiday ritual, a pleasure to come to Trouville because we were going to see Cathy; the girls looked forward to it so much. For all of this, a huge, huge, huge thank you.

11/08/2026: We had a delicious meal last Sunday. As usual, we asked beforehand how it works. First of all, you are supposed to get your own bread from the baker. Then you go and look around and discuss what you want with the fishmongers. The prices are listed in kg, so you can quickly calculate the cost. We had 12 oysters for 21 euros. Try getting that in the Netherlands. At least 3.50 euros apiece. Delicious! The other seafood is so fresh and tasty that it is definitely worth the money. When you look at the restaurants in the area around Chez Allain, the prices there are much higher.
In short, we had a delicious lunch.
By the way, the glasses of wine they serve are 15cl for 7 euros; at the average restaurant, this is 7 euros for 10cl.
If you happen to be in the area on Sunday, go over to the market first and then have lunch at Chez Allain or one of its neighbors.

To improve the seafood platter eaten on-site, a few slices of bread with butter would be perfect! Otherwise, don't change a thing, the products are excellent.
