FRIENDLY STAFF WITH A WAITER WITH A MEMORY OF A MAMMOTH WHO REMEMBERED WHAT GLASS OF WINE I had had a month earlier and the owner spotted us as soon as we arrived, telling us about the opinion that we We had put it on Google 1 month before.SO ATTENTION ATTENTION LADIES AND GENTLEMEN it is not possible to pass INCOGNITO THE BOSS IS A MENTALIST AND MAYBE PART OF THE "FBI" BUT SHE IS VERY SYMPATHETIC BUT YOU HAVE TO BE WARE OF FRIENDLY PEOPLE . 22/03/2024: Arriving at the last minute and at the end of the service I was warmly welcomed. With the added constraint of an appointment and therefore 40 minutes for lunch, I had everything to be the annoying customer :) Thanks to the lady in charge of room service for offering me a table Plus it's delicious

04/04/2024: Regulars of the place but absent for a long time we rediscovered Tonton Louis. Rejuvenation of the room and the buffet... The welcome is perfect. For the buffet everything is fresh.....but a little too cold. Slightly overcooked langoustines and spider crabs should be drained Otherwise everything is fine, restaurant recommended. We will come back to this.

05/04/2024: Although the food is still good, the quantity of dishes has decreased significantly. The little sweetness with the coffee has disappeared, as well as the hot towel at the end of the meal.. Too bad.

The dish is not exceptional... without flavors that come out of everyday life... it's good but without that little extra that makes the difference between a restaurant and a very good table.
