The 2 waitresses are pleasant and professional. When it comes to meals, it’s exceptional!
Perfect meats as well as all the products on the menu. The cooking is as it should be. Thanks to the cooks. There are many other places where we leave disappointed....
The toilets are correct and suitable for disabled people.
The only downside is that parking is a bit complicated.
Restaurant that I recommend.
(As long as it lasts!)

The dishes were excellent and the servers were friendly.
However, the tables are very close together, having chair shots from the table behind spoils the experience.

30/03/2024: very good product, unfortunately more than an hour and a half of waiting for a delivery, I find the organization with Hubert eat catastrophic, which penalizes this establishment, too bad I think that given the costs involved, they would be better off hiring directly a little young person for deliveries........
30/03/2024: If you want to enjoy yourself, look no further!!! The most exceptional Japanese ever!!! It’s not complicated, it’s become our canteen!! We can't get over it, it's so good!!! Plus the team is more than adorable and the music is always great!! I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews but really for this restaurant it had to be so delicious and my 10 year old daughter is a huge fan so the children's menu is also an atomic bomb!

05/04/2024: The hotel has been very well renovated, it is very nice, pretty and stylish. The fact of going to get water from the fountain and no longer distributing bottles is understandable in view of the climate issues, however there is no longer a bar and that was sometimes appreciable. Parking is always very practical, however, as a hotel guest I still find it a little excessive. In any case, hotel very well located, 2 steps from the aquarium. The breakfast buffet is varied and very good. I recommend. Welcoming staff.
01/04/2024: The hotel has recently been extensively renovated. It's a very nice renovation.
The hotel is perfectly located: right next to the aquarium and the maritime museum and a 5-minute walk from the old port and old La Rochelle.
The rooms are clean and pleasant (beautiful decor with the renovation). The bedding is impeccable.
The breakfast buffet is very complete and of very good quality.
A special mention for all the staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning staff) who are extremely courteous, always attentive to customer needs, always smiling, always available.
In short, a very good 3-day stay in a Mercure of very, very good quality in all areas.

Really attentive to our needs as well as the young man who serves us with a smile, attentive, motivated. What more can I say, a big BRAVO and SEE YOU SOON.

Excellent dinner yesterday, especially COUSCOUS evening. FRIENDLY STAFF WITH A WAITER WITH A MEMORY OF A MAMMOTH WHO REMEMBERED WHAT GLASS OF WINE I had had a month earlier and the owner spotted us as soon as we arrived, telling us about the opinion that we We had put it on Google 1 month before.SO ATTENTION ATTENTION LADIES AND GENTLEMEN it is not possible to pass INCOGNITO THE BOSS IS A MENTALIST AND MAYBE PART OF THE "FBI" BUT SHE IS VERY SYMPATHETIC BUT YOU HAVE TO BE WARE OF FRIENDLY PEOPLE
