26/02/2026: Sir, your feedback perfectly reflects the attitude of your head waiter... There's a difference between a pebble and something nearly 15 cm long! I therefore stand by my opinion. As a customer for years, I only order mussels marinière. I've always accepted variations in quality, but the experience on Friday, February 20th, went far beyond a simple "miss." The mussels were overcooked, small, and had empty shells... then, at the bottom of my casserole dish, there was a black object nearly 15 cm long and 1 cm in diameter, impossible to identify. The waitress couldn't explain what it was. The object was taken away and then, according to her, thrown away by the cooks without any checks. There was no real attempt to help; I had to ask for a replacement plate and the fork I used to handle the object myself. I also took the opportunity to point out to the waitress that my glass had traces of hard, dried-out food. The response was defensive rather than professional. And my glass wasn't changed... The second casserole dish surprisingly contained a mix of overcooked and properly cooked mussels, raising serious doubts about how the incident was handled... At the end of the meal, the head waiter asked us if everything was alright—a complete disconnect from the situation. In light of these factors, the 15% discount doesn't compensate for the anxiety or the loss of confidence. When an unidentified item ends up on a plate and is simply thrown away without any checks, the issue is no longer about taste, but about professionalism and hygiene standards. I also didn't appreciate the head waiter's attitude towards me, which seemed to be a mix of arrogance and irony. I regret not having photographed the item in the casserole dish because I would have wanted to find out what it was. I'll finish with a word about Jospin, an exceptional waiter—polite, elegant, attentive, discreet, yet incredibly present—whom we will sorely miss. I will not be returning and I no longer recommend your establishment.

23/02/2026: I really like this restaurant chain, but the hygiene is disappointing. The dining room and restrooms are not clean at all. It's a real shame.

03/03/2026: I ordered a raspberry tartlet… which I unfortunately dropped, but the saleswoman was very kind and made us another one (yes, it was the last one!) which was even free! Very friendly, I recommend it!

10/02/2026: A truly excellent restaurant. Everything was perfect. The sweetbreads were worthy of a two-Michelin-starred French restaurant. In short, without a doubt one of the three best restaurants in Bourges.

07/02/2026: A warm welcome... A long-established restaurant, we decided to give it a try. Being fans of charcuterie boards, we discovered this one, which was disappointing; thick, cheap slices of meat and a shortbread biscuit three months past its expiration date. Being in the restaurant industry, we were puzzled... The filet mignon could have been good, unfortunately it was very dry, but given the price, we ate it. As we were told: there's the "rosé" team, the "well-cooked" team, and the "enough is enough" team; we belong to the latter. We tried it, but we won't be repeating the experience. Thank you for the gesture of goodwill.

03/12/2025: Bad experience at reception, having to wait to be shown to our room.

14/02/2026: The welcome was confusing from the moment we arrived, even though several tables were clearly available. The staff were unable to offer us a simple solution for seating. Taking our order was a chore: the waiter couldn't answer our questions about the menu, claiming he "didn't work in the kitchen." The result: a long wait, unnecessary back and forth, and a general impression of improvisation. The desserts arrived before the table had even been cleared. There was no follow-through, no coordination whatsoever. A karaoke night was advertised, but the sound system was disastrous: the volume was poorly managed, distorted, and the experience was frankly awful. This series of problems created the impression of disorganized and unprofessional service. A disappointing experience, especially for an evening that was supposed to be friendly and festive.

12/02/2026: A long wait. 1 hour and 30 minutes for 5 pizzas. The service was incredibly slow. When we spoke to the manager, he rudely replied that they had a lot of reservations and that we should have seen him. The restaurant was 80% full, and they gave us a table for 4 when we were 5. The table next door had 4 people sitting on a table for 6.

06/02/2026: Before training them in sales, you should educate your staff because no hello, no goodbye, making customers wait, very rude. Luckily the sandwich maker came, otherwise I'd still be there.
