06/02/2026: We recently had lunch at this restaurant and received a warm welcome. We then chose our dishes and decided on pasta carbonara, but since we are allergic to mushrooms, it wasn't specified on the menu that there were mushrooms in the sauce. I found this quite unacceptable.

07/12/2025: Our experience, after a night spent at the Hôtel de Bourgogne in Saulieu, included a very pleasant exchange with our host. While the room was admittedly rustic, the bedding was impeccable.
Impersonal hotel chains are not for us.
We had a delightful encounter with the owner.
It all started with a Cuiralatre counterweighted rotisserie that stood proudly in one of the dining rooms.
We also learned about the creation of Courtepaille in Burgundy by Jean Loisier, the brand's founder.
We learned a great deal and wish him well in passing on the torch; a lifetime of experience is priceless!
One night from December 6th to 7th.

Years that we no longer know and a problem with hot water in the morning… a shame because the staff is charming and professional
31/03/2024: What a pleasant stay with you! A HUGE thank you to Ophélie who took great care of us and actively participated in making this stay memorable. Lots of little attention and very responsive by email, she also constantly showed pro-activity 😊
We recommend this hotel ++ and will come back very soon! Thanks again to the whole team and also to Mr. Abernot for everything!

06/09/2024: July 2024 while passing through Saulieu we have 2 espressos. Superb environment but €18 for 2 coffees and 2 small sachets of Bernard Loiseau sugar. No sweets, no glass of water. It's a bit expensive!!!
24/08/2024: Very good restaurant experience. Varied menus cooked on site. The chef was able to adapt to our particular request. Do not hesitate to leave the city center of Saulieu, because the value for money is favorable.

29/08/2024: J’ai passé une très bonne soirée les pizza sont excellentes (surtout l’époisses ) l’endroit est accueillant les serveuses sont agréables et la pizzaïolo adorable bref c’est très correcte je conseille si vous passer à Saulieu ! Merci à toutes l’équipe pour l’accueil .
