21/04/2026: Magnificent residence. We received a very warm welcome. The staff is truly attentive. The room with a view of the park... The spa... Everything was absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend this establishment. Unfortunately, we were unable to dine at the restaurant as they are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. However, we were able to dine at Brasserie Loiseau, and everything was delicious with impeccable service.
18/04/2026: It was pure bliss! From the very first day we walked through the door, warmly welcomed by Hugo, then Hez took excellent care of us and brought us a refreshing drink, much appreciated after the long journey we had just made.
A truly delightful stay that tantalized our taste buds!
The gourmet meal was served with exquisite care by such pleasant staff! And the refined breakfast served by Coralia was simply delightful. Everyone was so attentive, and it makes us want to return very, very soon. Thank you so much!!

21/03/2026: Tonight we ate at Café Parisien, a place worth stopping at. The food is excellent, the service is fast, and the owners are very friendly. Definitely worth a visit, especially for a first time – a very, very good impression.
06/03/2026: A traditional brasserie in the center of Saulieu where you can enjoy a meal for around €16. The food is good, the portions are generous, and the service is friendly. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

07/12/2025: Our experience, after a night spent at the Hôtel de Bourgogne in Saulieu, included a very pleasant exchange with our host. While the room was admittedly rustic, the bedding was impeccable.
Impersonal hotel chains are not for us.
We had a delightful encounter with the owner.
It all started with a Cuiralatre counterweighted rotisserie that stood proudly in one of the dining rooms.
We also learned about the creation of Courtepaille in Burgundy by Jean Loisier, the brand's founder.
We learned a great deal and wish him well in passing on the torch; a lifetime of experience is priceless!
One night from December 6th to 7th.

Years that we no longer know and a problem with hot water in the morning… a shame because the staff is charming and professional
