16/07/2026: A great brasserie, just the way we like them. Good atmosphere and the food is more than decent! Good value for money, smiling and friendly waitress. We were just passing through, but we really wish we lived closer. The only slight drawback was the fries, which weren't seasoned enough; otherwise, everything else was very good.
We'll definitely be back!
15/07/2026: A warm welcome at 1:00 PM for 9 people and a dog, without a reservation. The food was delicious and carefully prepared in a relaxed, retro 60s-70s setting. Very friendly service. A place to remember! Thank you again for your hospitality.

The rooms lived up to the high standard.
05/05/2026: A magnificent stay!! From the warm welcome and Hugo's helpfulness (thank you!), to the divine meal, a room with a view of a lush garden, and best of all, meeting the absolutely lovely Madame Bérengère Loiseau. In short, if you want an unforgettable experience, go to Saulieu! 🤩

The room was functional and clean with a comfortable bed.
Very good breakfast.
07/12/2025: Our experience, after a night spent at the Hôtel de Bourgogne in Saulieu, included a very pleasant exchange with our host. While the room was admittedly rustic, the bedding was impeccable.
Impersonal hotel chains are not for us.
We had a delightful encounter with the owner.
It all started with a Cuiralatre counterweighted rotisserie that stood proudly in one of the dining rooms.
We also learned about the creation of Courtepaille in Burgundy by Jean Loisier, the brand's founder.
We learned a great deal and wish him well in passing on the torch; a lifetime of experience is priceless!
One night from December 6th to 7th.

Years that we no longer know and a problem with hot water in the morning… a shame because the staff is charming and professional
