13/03/2026: Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said? The welcome was friendly, the service very professional, they take the time to explain what's on your plate, always with a smile. The meal: the appetizers were very good and varied, plus a curry emulsion with a mushroom sauce. The starter was out of the ordinary: marbled black pork with duck foie gras, pear and beetroot ketchup sauce—simply excellent. The main course, braised beef chuck roast, butternut squash and new potatoes, all flavored with black curry, was fantastic. A very good plate of local cheeses followed. Dessert: Wow! An explosion of flavors with candied pineapple infused with vanilla and Earl Grey tea, and mango sorbet. In short: we regret not having discovered this restaurant sooner, as we would have gone several times, if only to try all the dishes, but we'll definitely be back twice! P.S.: They accept Wonderbox vouchers, which is a bonus.

17/03/2026: I had a wonderful lunch at Aux Pesked, enjoying a seafood and vegetable-focused meal. The refined and flavorful cuisine, showcasing local produce, was expertly prepared by Mathieu Aumont. Many thanks also to the front-of-house team, led by Sophie Aumont, for their impeccable service. I highly recommend it.

I introduced it to a few people who completely agree with me. +++ (Sept 2022) Since my last review is getting old, I'm reiterating my comments for April 2026. I went for takeout. This time, 4 pizzas for 4 people, 4 reviews—they're truly top-notch! Keep up the good work. Despite a bit of a wait because it was busy, they made us wait with thoughtful attention. 10/03/2026: Very good pizzas, with a light crust and generous toppings! The atmosphere is very friendly in the heart of the historic district of St Brieuc, although the service could have been a little faster.

10/04/2026: Delicious sandwiches that we make to our liking, everything is fresh, eat in or take away. Once you've tasted them, you'll find it hard to do without.

31/03/2026: I've been going to this Subway for a while now and I've never had any problems with the sandwiches I've made. They're delicious, spotless, there's really nothing to complain about. The staff is fantastic, very friendly, and very patient too (especially when you don't know what to choose).
