01/03/2026: The staff and the restaurant are very welcoming, no complaints there. However, we ordered three different pizzas to try. None of them stood out. The toppings were a bit sparse, and mine arrived almost lukewarm. And the price has gone up.

01/05/2026: We went to Edgar restaurant and ordered the four-course menu for dinner on Friday, May 1st. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service attentive, and the dishes refined with a lovely presentation.
However, we have mixed feelings about our experience. For a restaurant that aims for a bistronomic experience, we have to admit that the experience and quality didn't quite live up to the price. We were also a little disappointed with the desserts.
Overall, a mixed review.
27/04/2026: The Hotel Edgar is very well located in the city center.
We spent one night there on a half-board basis, and everything was perfect.
The room was clean and the bedding comfortable.
In the restaurant, the service was relaxed yet very professional. As for the food, the cuisine was exceptional, worthy of this "distinguished establishment."
We highly recommend this hotel.

04/04/2026: A very bad experience. I found a hair embedded in my pizza. This is simply unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. It immediately ruins my appetite and shows a real lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. I will never go back.
24/03/2026: As regular Domino's customers, we had an unpleasant experience this month due to food poisoning. It's a shame, as until now it had been flawless.

The best part: The starters and desserts are buffet-style, so you can help yourself! A starter/main course/dessert is €22, and main courses are generally between €17/€18 and €24/€25, depending on the menu.
The starters and the burger were very good; I highly recommend it! A great brasserie.
16/05/2026: The burger had a bun that had clearly been sitting in the kitchen and was almost certainly from the day before... Really hard and dry, no sauce inside either. The bun was inedible. Disappointed for a burger costing almost €18. We tried it, but we won't be back. It's a shame because the location is nice.

13/04/2026: The interior isn't much to look at, but when you go to a kebab shop, it's to eat a kebab, and the chef's kebabs are very good quality. As a fan of chicken tenders, I also recommend his. Excellent chef!

From the soup to the ravioli, including the salted and peppered squid.
The restaurant's decor and the warm welcome from the woman who runs it were perfect.
I now know where I'll be eating next time I'm in Saint-Brieuc 👍🏻

The dishes are delicious, expertly prepared, and very fragrant. A real treat!
I highly recommend this restaurant where we had a wonderful time.

29/04/2026: Lunch today as a family. We were immediately struck by the youth of the staff. However, this is just an impression; they are very professional and incredibly kind. As for the meal, everything was very good. We opted for the set menu (starter, main course, dessert) for €19, and we weren't disappointed as it was well-prepared and generous. It's a very good place to eat.
09/02/2026: I hadn't been there for a few years. I'm so glad I stopped by. Everything is homemade, and you can tell! Impeccable and accommodating service! Plus, they're really friendly! I highly recommend it.

18/05/2026: I came to La Mie Caline at 12:55 on May 18, 2026. I was extremely disappointed by the saleswoman's behavior. Being in retail myself, I don't understand her attitude. She was unfriendly, didn't smile, spoke loudly, and wasn't welcoming at all. It makes me not want to come back. She should change careers because it's really unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would have.

26/04/2026: The atmosphere deserves special mention, and it truly deserves the highest praise, as it's what convinced us to enter the restaurant when the service might have otherwise driven us away. But the order was already placed, so we stayed... Even now, I wonder why we didn't follow our instincts. Even if I don't like something, there's always something positive to be found, and at every stage of the service and the meal, I could tell you something.
