Yet another restaurant with a pleasant setting that takes advantage of the location and demand to make sales but not cuisine
01/11/2024: Very good food, very cold welcome and remark from the manager for being 10 minutes late in the 2nd service. On the other hand, the very professional and pleasant waitress Valériane who caught up with the cold installed when we arrived

06/06/2025: Always truly excellent in every way. A beautiful dining room, a warm welcome, attentive and caring service. Inventive cuisine blending the delicate flavors of garden and seafood.
Bravo also for the initiative to provide charging stations for electric vehicles.

22/05/2025: For 20 years, a star has shone in Saint Brieuc, and this star is well-deserved. The modern dining room is relaxing with a beautiful green view. Mr. Aumont, "self-taught," brilliantly masters his seaside cuisine. He manages to sublimate the mackerel and tenderize the abalone in a stunning way. The plates are beautiful with harmonious aromas and textures. His juices/sauces are excellent. Very good wine list that allows you to treat yourself with a nice bottle. The service is very kind, bravo and thank you to the whole team! ... and I won't forget the terminal that charged my car with batteries while we feasted 😉.

29/09/2024: Très chaleureux, très bon mais on ne retrouve plus le 'rien que pour moi servi sur la planche de bois. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas vu le patron comme avant. Je pense que le seul vrai bémol était que nous avions beaucoup attendu. Presque 1 heure pour du foie gras puis 40 minutes pour le plat. C'est dommage...
Pourquoi la viande n'est plus grillée dans la cheminée ??
27/09/2024: Nach einigen Enttäuschungen in anderen Lokalen endlich ein wirklich gutes Essen. Vor allem die Galette mit Jakobsmuscheln war super. Und alles zu einem sehr fairen Preis

25/07/2024: Apart from the room being a little noisy in my opinion and I am the only one that seemed to bother me during my visit, in terms of the price, the decoration of the menu and the service we are in the authentic, simple and the effective. The menu is normally reduced when the dishes are homemade. The chicken tagine that I had was well presented, plentiful and very fragrant. The service is fast and very professional and the prices are very reasonable, allow €18 for a complete menu.
In short, a good address in the region

22/09/2024: We were so happy to find this little restaurant!
Don't listen to the bad reviews....go and discover for yourself. It is small and gets crowded so maybe not a good venue to take children. The waitress had everything very much under control and helped translate the menu for us. We had the 3 course lunch....Scallops St. Jacques, fish of the day with tasty veges and Apple Tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream...28 euros...great value and all delicious! The bread was amazing...I think maybe baked by themselves as it was hot, served with butter and even replenished our bread basket when it was empty! A first! All washed down with a bottle of Rance Valley cider. A thoroughly enjoyable Sunday lunch 🥰
09/09/2024: filet mignon au cidre et poëlée St Jacques un vrai régal, la patronne est seule au service, mais n'en déplaise on mange sans trop de longueur, car elle suit super bien son service et les tables sont servies dans le bon ordre; nous y étions le jour de la flamme paralympique, sans problème.

23/08/2024: Very good cuisine it is true but a very cold or even icy welcome. You should not go there as a family because we are offered a high table with a baby. If we refuse it’s annoying and they make us wait. Fortunately a waitress was more understanding. Too bad because the food is very good and we would have liked to taste the desserts but too much of a wait.
