21/03/2024: Cakes that are much too sweet, Guillet has not yet made its cultural and pastry revolution. Furthermore, the mixtures of flavors standardize everything, so the chestnut cake has absolutely no chestnut taste hidden by the eternal "exotic fruit" flavor, the same goes for the rum baba which, despite the no less eternal pipette, sees the scent of alcohol totally dominated by the mango-passion fruit compote or other indefinite mixture. There's no point in accumulating layers if everything ends up looking the same.

Few place settings for a more intimate atmosphere while maintaining friendly and professional service. A very beautiful Michelin-starred restaurant in Valence that deserves to stop there!

12/05/2024: The service has become mediocre. Waiting for someone to come and seat you while the waiters look at you without saying hello. The only one who came to settle us in was the one who had been there for a few years, very funny and friendly. Yesterday there was no organization on the lunch service and there were shortages of the poached egg and the famous carambar fondant for dessert. Used to it for years, no longer want to come back. Disappointed.

02/04/2024: I had a menu for €23: warm goat cheese salad, calzone pizza (with runny egg 💪), panacotta red fruit coulis. It was perfect ! Really nothing to complain about: fair price, speed, pleasant location (on a small square in the historic center), quality of the cuisine (and quantity!), authenticity, welcome… etc. I recommend Pizzéria de la Pierre!

01/02/2024: VERY DISAPPOINTING WELCOME: we pass for the first time, full restaurant, we make a reservation. We return with reservation, our table was prepared for other customers under the pretext of false excuses. Place to flee.

31/03/2024: Very nice place for a snack break! The desserts are good (raspberry heart chocolate fondant > just a shame that it is served cold rather than warm, it would be even better!), strawberry charlotte, chocolate fondue (not very garnished with chocolate, the waiter was kind enough to brought us a second glass.) Special thanks to Morgan for his kindness! Top notch service! We will come back to taste the pancakes and waffles!

20/02/2024: Monsieur Issam is truly unmissable like Mahrez in 2016, it's a wonderful snack with several choices, the meat is excellent, I highly recommend.
