06/09/2024: Pour notre première expérience au sein de la Maison Pic, nous avons été reçus dans un cadre empreint de charme, mais surtout par un personnel d’une attention exquise. La salle, élégamment décorée, lui conférait une atmosphère intime et raffinée. Le service fut irréprochable, avec un accord mets et boissons sans alcool particulièrement réussi. Chaque plat, minutieusement élaboré, témoignait d’une technique culinaire remarquable, nous offrant une véritable symphonie gustative. Nos restrictions alimentaires, signalées lors de la réservation, ont été prises en compte avec soin, et les propositions alternatives ont su s’adapter avec finesse. La déclinaison de betterave fut une réussite incontestable, à l’image du reste du repas. Cependant, le second plat modifié nous a quelque peu déçus : malgré une présentation élégante, l’assemblage de feuilles de salade, de menthe et de quelques fleurs n’a pas su pleinement satisfaire nos attentes. Nous avons achevé ce voyage en dégustant un cigare accompagné d’un cocktail maison, dans leur jardin, véritable écrin de verdure baigné d’une atmosphère sereine et apaisante. Merci à la Cheffe Anne-Sophie PIC et à l’ensemble de son équipe.

31/08/2024: Japanese-inspired cuisine, and for good reason, the chef is Japanese. Subtle and refined cuisine, beautifully presented. Little choice on the menu but it is pleasant to let yourself be guided without being overwhelmed by the choice. Fast service without being rushing. Cozy and cozy atmosphere where you can hear each other chat without difficulty. An address to discover!

20/09/2024: Meal taken on a Saturday lunchtime without too many people. Quite a large selection of menus. Very good quality of products. The fries are fresh which is nice. The service is fast and efficient. The servers are friendly. A bit dark atmosphere. Restaurant recommended for couples or families to have a good time.

31/08/2024: Place that I frequent with my colleagues at lunchtime but also in the evening with friends. Very pleasant setting, cuisine that delights our eyes and our taste buds, servers and staff generally professional and smiling. A place conducive to conviviality!

15/09/2024: Small friendly restaurant, pleasant welcome, very good generous pizzas, the octopus is excellent and plentiful. I recommend.

13/09/2024: Excellent address which really deserves success. The boss is a real pro. Ditto for the waiter, fast and attentive. Excellent pizzas. The Napolitaine is fabulous, garnished with real capers. Very good salads too.

28/08/2024: A lovely welcome that promised a good time. Group of 6 two colleagues did not have their dish after asking twice, lunch.. we left at 2 p.m. without them having eaten their dish because they had to go to work and also the chef yelled at his waiter in front of us, we didn't have to witness this... too bad because it was a nice and good restaurant.

26/08/2024: Amazing ! We asked for a table around 1 p.m. to have a drink and a small snack and we were abruptly rejected by replying "I'm not a bar" while other people were sipping a beer outside. Service: 0

07/09/2024: Quite simply my favorite restaurant in Valencia, I go there quite frequently. Generous and tasty portions, and a diversity of dishes for a very reasonable price. The chef cooks with great know-how and generosity. The service is also impeccable. I absolutely recommend this restaurant!

01/09/2024: In agreement with the other comments, I found the decoration minimalist and, although it is ok, a plus would not be missed. As for the food, the miso soup was very salty. Nevertheless, I was surprised by the freshness of the fish and shrimp. The Mangaja drink was delicious as were the mochi which were unfortunately industrial. The server is friendly. Prices are correct.

12/12/2024: Mon amie et moi avons été déjeuner à Valence. Le restaurant Le Cèdre vaut vraiment le détour. C’était absolument délicieux 😋. On vous le conseille fortement Ne vous arrêtez pas à l’aspect extérieur, poussez la porte et vous partez pour un beau voyage 😃👍
