10/01/2026: Dinner was the perfect way to end a stroll through the Valencia Christmas market. The food was excellent. The staff was very pleasant.

13/12/2025: The service was a disaster from start to finish. Luckily the waiter was professional, otherwise we would never have eaten. We waited an hour and a half!! The owner and the waitress were both terrible.

16/12/2025: Excellent! By far the best Japanese restaurant in Valencia! I recommend it 100%... refined sushi, quality ingredients, and a very warm welcome. Still at its best in 2025 with hot dishes and an expanded menu (katsudon, ramen, chicken teriyaki). We recently tried the katsudon (breaded cutlet) to go and it was delicious. The hot dishes really add something special to the menu.

10/08/2025: We came here for the first time to pick up kebab sandwiches and takeaway plates. We really enjoyed ourselves. The place is clean and the prices are reasonable. The takeaway items are well packaged, which is a plus. I recommend it.

12/11/2025: It's good value for money for a "classic" couscous. With a doggy bag, we were able to enjoy it for another day. We were a little disappointed by the mint tea, which was served in a glass rather than a teapot, and by the gazelle horn pastry, which didn't resemble the real thing. The service and welcome were very good.

18/06/2025: The woman at the reception was very nice. The pizza chef… I already had him on the phone once, not very welcoming, and today the same story: always a little low on the mood level. The pizzas are good, the mushrooms are fresh and the ingredients seem to have their quality. The pasta… that depends. Some find it perfect, others less so. Personally, I liked it! The only point I feel like saying: the size… For someone like me (1.85m and 90 kg), I needed two to satisfy my hunger. I’m almost tempted to go back to add another #CORSICA!!

15/11/2025: Visited recently on 11/14/25 Indeed, it's a small, dark, and rather disorganized dive. I've known this place for decades. But it also has a Scottish (or Irish) pub vibe where the people are friendly, and you hear English spoken very often. I've even gone there with my young daughters without any worries. The draft beer menu that day wasn't particularly British, but it was quite extensive.

20/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Cachette. The restaurant is modern, the dining room is comfortable, and there's a subtle Japanese influence in its clean, minimalist design. As one would expect from a Michelin-starred establishment, the cuisine is full of surprises and attention to detail, enhancing the overall experience. We particularly enjoyed the seafood, which was showcased beautifully. One minor drawback: it's a shame the glasses aren't changed between wine tastings (not between the two white wines, but between the white and red wines, to be precise!). The service was attentive and uncomplicated in the best sense of the word.

21/12/2025: Passing through Valence, we stopped for a bite to eat and found this place – a real treat! Whether it's tacos, sandwiches, or kebabs, the portions are generous and delicious. Thanks again for the meal and the warm welcome. I highly recommend it.
