05/09/2026: Another great time spent at this restaurant. The service was very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, made with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful. The menu changes every two weeks, while still featuring some specialties (ravioli gratin, burgers). A vegetarian starter and main course were available, which was much appreciated. There was a good selection of wines on the wine list. The ambiance isn't exceptional, but everything else makes it well worth a visit!

05/09/2026: A wonderful experience despite being in the city center; the atmosphere was pleasant and not noisy. The welcome and service from our waiter, Anthony, were very warm and professional. He clearly knows his job well and was very attentive to our wine recommendations and other needs. The food was quite well-prepared, with little pansies as a garnish on the prawn dish (available à la carte). My husband had the chicken with garlic jus, which was very good. I highly recommend it.

14/08/2026: We went into this place because the window displays caught our eye, and once inside, the atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was very kind and patient, as I don't speak French and had a hard time making myself understood. I recommend it to anyone who's unsure where to go for excellent burgers in a quiet place.

13/08/2026: Ordered on Uber Eats tonight, so disappointed. We used to order often, but lately less so because the quality has been lacking too many times. They replaced real bacon with cheap turkey bacon without warning and without lowering the price. I admit, that's enough. I hadn't left a review before, but I am tonight because I paid 35 euros for two burgers and a "tiramisu," and I've been treated like an idiot far too many times. We ordered the Mexican and the Shadow burgers. The buns were very dry, probably taken out the day before or this morning, and rock hard. The salad in the Shadow burger was overcooked, definitely not fresh. The steaks are much smaller than before and of lower quality. The chicken fillet was good, that's not the issue. But still, it was only 2 cm thick. The fries were cooked earlier and then dipped in oil again. Now, the "tiramisu." Making mascarpone cream, adding a topping, and that's it—it doesn't really deserve the name tiramisu. €5.95 for a tiramisu, seriously? That's a complete rip-off. Not even a biscuit base, nothing, just mascarpone cream, a marshmallow, a little Nutella on top, and three speculoos crumbs scattered about. In short, it was a disaster. We won't be recommending it anytime soon, which is a real shame.

20/08/2026: How can anyone leave a negative review for this restaurant, I wonder... I'm a restaurant owner, and when I see the number of cooks and attentive servers, I think the prices are more than reasonable! All those people need to be paid! When I see reviews where customers say it's too expensive, they don't know what it's like to pay payroll taxes... It's a truly generous gift from Madame Pic for a €49 menu! Plus, everything is delicious; the seasonings on the green bean salad are simply divine... And the lamb too... Bravo to all the staff, so full of love and passion for this profession that's slowly disappearing... Enjoy it instead of criticizing without giving a second chance. It's a very difficult profession; you wouldn't last a day! You're just freeloading critics. Thank you, Chef Pic, for allowing everyone to access your expertise, passed down from generation to generation... 🙏

12/09/2026: We ate here in the evening. The ravioli was okay, but the pizza was mediocre. Hard-crust salmon with arugula and too much crème fraîche on top. Not tasty!

17/05/2026: Nice and very comfortable hotel. Excellent welcome. Pleasant setting, pool and spa. Hotel restaurant: I ate there once a few weeks ago. It was very good! One small drawback: no restaurants/bars nearby if you want to go out.

01/09/2026: A hushed atmosphere and intimate dining rooms. We had a wonderful time with friends. We really enjoyed the surprise menu concept. We chose the five-course menu, and it was a delightful discovery with each course. Everything was exquisite, with original flavors and beautiful presentation. A particular favorite was the Arctic char cooked at low temperature. The sequence of dishes was perfect, and the service was attentive. A very high rating for this Michelin-starred restaurant!

01/04/2026: Restaurant located in a former grocery store. Very welcoming, set menu with reasonable prices and local products. Sparkling aperitif 🥂 with a very smooth chestnut liqueur – a delight. Excellent food. I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: We ate here on Valentine's Day for a champagne dinner. The dishes were superb. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, all accompanied by free-flowing champagne. The welcome was warm and friendly. The decor is fantastic, in a historic building in the center of Valence.

21/08/2026: Weekday lunch menu. It's very good, but I expected better from a Michelin-starred restaurant. I must be getting picky. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the wine list is exceptional.

16/08/2026: Thank you again! Always a pleasure to visit. The dining room is calm and well-maintained. The staff is attentive and very helpful. The dishes on this summer 2026 menu (featuring lobster) were exceptional. My only regret is not coming more often!
