03/05/2026: The selection of restaurants in Valence is huge. We saw many, but didn't want to spend too much since we were just passing through. Eventually, we stumbled upon Le Briand. We simply went with our gut and went in. We were absolutely delighted when our food arrived. Everything was incredibly delicious, fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and perfect for us. The price-performance ratio was more than excellent. We highly recommend it.

16/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! The burgers are amazing! The bun is crispy and fluffy at the same time, the meat is cooked and ground to perfection, and the balance of flavors is phenomenal. The dessert was good but a little too much in presentation. The service was excellent, very friendly and ready to help. The decor is pleasant and unusual.

16/02/2026: It's hard to understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews... We were probably just unlucky; everything was just average, with no particular flavor. The conclusion was simple: we could have made everything at home. We might give it another chance.

18/05/2026: This meal at Anne-Sophie Pic's bistro was a bit of a disappointment. Admittedly, one expects a lot from such a name, but it's probably naive to have imagined approaching this chef's talent. Of course, there were no flaws in this cuisine, which is indeed typical of a bistro. But there was a lack of inspiration and insufficient generosity on the plate. I'm not talking about quantity, but rather originality. In short, no complaints about the cooking techniques or the seasoning, but we simply expected more. It's worth noting that the desserts were exceptional. To experience Madame Pic's cuisine, you should visit the restaurant next door.

01/04/2026: Restaurant located in a former grocery store. Very welcoming, set menu with reasonable prices and local products. Sparkling aperitif 🥂 with a very smooth chestnut liqueur – a delight. Excellent food. I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: We ate here on Valentine's Day for a champagne dinner. The dishes were superb. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, all accompanied by free-flowing champagne. The welcome was warm and friendly. The decor is fantastic, in a historic building in the center of Valence.

22/03/2026: A mixed experience. I'd never eaten in a restaurant without knowing the menu beforehand. The sea bass and the praline cigar dessert were very good, but the rest was less so. The service between courses was too slow. I didn't appreciate the wine pairing!

15/04/2026: The waiter was fantastic, very helpful and attentive, unlike the other two waitresses who didn't lift a finger. He managed the dining room, the outside, and the upstairs all by himself; it's almost superhuman, but he's incredibly dedicated. Hats off to him!

18/04/2026: On our way to our holiday destination, we were looking for a restaurant. Le Remotis was perfect: - a wide selection of salads, - grilled meats, - a lovely terrace with parasols, - pleasant, attentive, and considerate service, - very large parking lot. Honestly, make the detour rather than rushing to a generic chain restaurant.

18/04/2026: I went there with my family; we were a little pressed for time because I was working. They were very welcoming and served us very quickly. The portions were very generous; I highly recommend it.
