The portions are generous, and the presentation of each dish is exquisite. At every stage of the meal, you discover the flavors of the region. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

17/10/2026: A very friendly atmosphere, based on the world of motorcycles and mechanics in general, which I find refined and pleasant. The service and welcome are perfect, warm, and attentive. My mountain platter was generous and delicious. No complaints whatsoever. It's a great place.

15/10/2026: Excellent and original burgers. Four or five different types of buns (squid ink, beetroot, etc.), delicious homemade fries. You'll love them!

21/04/2026: Everything was perfect, as always. The welcome, the service, and the generous portions were all excellent. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

07/10/2026: I've been coming to this restaurant for about four years now, and I've never been disappointed once. Occasionally the service has been a bit slow or there's been a change of server, but given the circumstances, it's not always easy for them. As for the food, it's always been a 10/10. Whenever someone tells me they're going to eat in Valence, this is the restaurant I book, whether it's with friends or for a more intimate meal. Don't hesitate any longer!

20/09/2026: A very good culinary experience. My son and I ate at this restaurant on September 19th at lunchtime. Unfortunately, the daily special was already sold out, but fortunately, the dishes we chose were excellent and beautifully presented. The dessert was also excellent. One drawback, I don't know why, but the waitress didn't seem to like us very much. It took a long time to take our order, and afterwards, the interaction was very limited. She didn't ask if we enjoyed our meal or if we liked it. She offered us coffees even though we hadn't had dessert yet. She brought us dessert but no cutlery (which is a bit much for ice cream), while she was particularly friendly with the other customers (including a group of elderly people who were quite noisy, but oh well). Even when it came time to pay the bill, not even a "everything was fine." Unbelievable. It's a shame because the meal was truly excellent.

06/10/2026: The service was incredibly pleasant and very fast: the waiters and waitresses were always smiling and friendly, which was a real treat! The food was very, very good and varied, with reasonable prices! A minor issue regarding allergies: I mentioned a nut allergy (specifically almonds, hazelnuts, and peanuts) when choosing dessert: a tiramisu. The kitchen confirmed it was okay, but then the tiramisu arrived with a tuile and… almonds on top! I was able to remove it, but a little more attention to detail would be greatly appreciated. !

20/09/2026: Excellent food from start to finish. Very friendly sommelier! (Minor complaint: the gin and verbena cocktail offered that evening wasn't very interesting.)

19/09/2026: I came using a gift certificate. I hesitated between this and Le Bac à Traille, which I think is more my style "on paper"... nevertheless, I don't regret this exquisite and meticulously prepared culinary experience at all. The dishes are delicious and refined. The servers are attentive and professional, just the right amount of professional and caring without being intrusive. Everyone, from the apprentice to the head chef, is dedicated, with no variation in quality. In my opinion, it's excellent value for money and atmosphere if you're looking for a Michelin-starred experience.

01/09/2026: A hushed atmosphere and intimate dining rooms. We had a wonderful time with friends. We really enjoyed the surprise menu concept. We chose the five-course menu, and it was a delightful discovery with each course. Everything was exquisite, with original flavors and beautiful presentation. A particular favorite was the Arctic char cooked at low temperature. The sequence of dishes was perfect, and the service was attentive. A very high rating for this Michelin-starred restaurant!

17/05/2026: Nice and very comfortable hotel. Excellent welcome. Pleasant setting, pool and spa. Hotel restaurant: I ate there once a few weeks ago. It was very good! One small drawback: no restaurants/bars nearby if you want to go out.

01/04/2026: Restaurant located in a former grocery store. Very welcoming, set menu with reasonable prices and local products. Sparkling aperitif 🥂 with a very smooth chestnut liqueur – a delight. Excellent food. I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: We ate here on Valentine's Day for a champagne dinner. The dishes were superb. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, all accompanied by free-flowing champagne. The welcome was warm and friendly. The decor is fantastic, in a historic building in the center of Valence.
