30/06/2026: A surprise family lunch for us… booked by our children. Everything was exceptional, and we all agreed on the excellent choice of restaurant in every respect. We had a private room—perfect for a large, multi-generational table. A convenient à la carte menu with something for everyone. A wine list that delighted the connoisseurs. The young children were served first—while the adults enjoyed their aperitifs. A truly wonderful lunch celebrating three birthdays! A huge thank you to the entire team who welcomed and assisted us, as well as to everyone who works behind the scenes.

Admittedly, one expects a lot from such a name, but it's probably naive to have imagined approaching this chef's talent. Of course, there were no flaws in this cuisine, which is indeed typical of a bistro. But there was a lack of inspiration and insufficient generosity on the plate. I'm not talking about quantity, but rather originality. In short, no complaints about the cooking techniques or the seasoning, but we simply expected more. It's worth noting that the desserts were exceptional. To experience Madame Pic's cuisine, you should visit the restaurant next door.

17/05/2026: Nice and very comfortable hotel. Excellent welcome. Pleasant setting, pool and spa. Hotel restaurant: I ate there once a few weeks ago. It was very good! One small drawback: no restaurants/bars nearby if you want to go out.

01/04/2026: Restaurant located in a former grocery store. Very welcoming, set menu with reasonable prices and local products. Sparkling aperitif 🥂 with a very smooth chestnut liqueur – a delight. Excellent food. I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: We ate here on Valentine's Day for a champagne dinner. The dishes were superb. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, all accompanied by free-flowing champagne. The welcome was warm and friendly. The decor is fantastic, in a historic building in the center of Valence.

16/06/2026: A very good experience with the lunch special on the terrace. The service was pleasant. The owner was very courteous, and the €13 daily special, a sirloin steak, was excellent. The gourmet coffee perfectly complemented this enjoyable moment in this charming square. I recommend this restaurant.
