22/02/2026: Disappointed with my visit to McDonald's in Valence. The burgers served were clearly not fresh. The bun was a bit dry, the meat lukewarm, and the cheese barely melted, as if the sandwiches had been prepared in advance and left out for too long.
The fries were okay but also lacked heat. For a chain of this size, one expects impeccable quality and consistency, especially during off-peak hours when the service should be more attentive.
I hope this was just an isolated incident, but this experience doesn't exactly make me want to return anytime soon.

18/11/2025: Absolutely disgusting.
A vegetarian plate consisting solely of carrots and beans (all canned) charged the same price as a meat and fish dish. No effort whatsoever.
And the little food on the plate was revolting.
Nothing was homemade (for example, the pie was frozen with bits of ice in it).
17/11/2025: The soundproofing was sorely lacking; we were woken up at 6 am by other guests showering and walking right above us.
Aside from this issue, the hotel was clean, the staff were pleasant, and the location was good.

19/01/2025: I really like this nightclub, the bouncers are very nice, I even got a little card for next time when I left. Just a small downside, the lady in the locker room is very unpleasant and aggressive and I had forgotten my card. I kindly said if I can get it back, she huffed and said oh my but it's not possible, it's a shame but that won't stop me from coming back to party with good music with all its generations.🙏🏻✨🌃

12/01/2026: I waited over 20 minutes for a waitress to finally come to me; the dining room was practically empty. There were only two of us waiting. The other customer confronted the waitress, who told him to go back to his seat and that she would come later.
When the waitress finally arrived, she didn't clear the table. I pointed out that customers who had arrived much later and were seated on the terrace were being served first. She replied arrogantly that she did what she wanted and curtly asked me what I wanted to drink… I chose not to eat or drink at this establishment where I received such poor service.
25/12/2025: The waitress (dark hair), quite young, positioned herself in front of our set table (December 25th at 4:00 PM). We started to order her a coffee, but she didn't hear us because she was too far from the table. She refused to come closer (we were a table of three women and two children), sighed, rolled her eyes, and said "fuck." Unbelievable... we were stunned by such a lack of education, professionalism, and basic manners in one person. We decided not to order anything after all, told her "good luck," and she replied, "That's right, free up the table." Truly the epitome of a cancerous element in any company. Moreover, judging by the comments about her, it's clear she's already damaging the café. We won't be going back. I suggest she get a mental health evaluation.

06/09/2024: Pour notre première expérience au sein de la Maison Pic, nous avons été reçus dans un cadre empreint de charme, mais surtout par un personnel d’une attention exquise. La salle, élégamment décorée, lui conférait une atmosphère intime et raffinée. Le service fut irréprochable, avec un accord mets et boissons sans alcool particulièrement réussi. Chaque plat, minutieusement élaboré, témoignait d’une technique culinaire remarquable, nous offrant une véritable symphonie gustative. Nos restrictions alimentaires, signalées lors de la réservation, ont été prises en compte avec soin, et les propositions alternatives ont su s’adapter avec finesse. La déclinaison de betterave fut une réussite incontestable, à l’image du reste du repas. Cependant, le second plat modifié nous a quelque peu déçus : malgré une présentation élégante, l’assemblage de feuilles de salade, de menthe et de quelques fleurs n’a pas su pleinement satisfaire nos attentes.
Nous avons achevé ce voyage en dégustant un cigare accompagné d’un cocktail maison, dans leur jardin, véritable écrin de verdure baigné d’une atmosphère sereine et apaisante.

Une entrée et un dessert exceptionnels mais un petit bémol sur le poisson très fade avec de l'eau au fond de l'assiette sans gout. Mais ça n'a en rien gâché le plaisir.
Très bon conseil en accompagnement vin.
