05/09/2026: First visit to the Grand Café. We called at the last minute for lunch this Saturday. There were eight of us, and we were very warmly welcomed by a young lady, Leticia I think, and the service was very quick. Many thanks to the lady and the young man who was with her. It was a great pleasure, and we will be back.
05/09/2026: It's always a great pleasure to come and eat or just have a drink on the terrace facing this magnificent fountain and Ketisia's smile.

29/04/2026: Ideally located opposite the train station, the rooms are basic but clean. The bathrooms in the single rooms are tiny. The common areas are decorated in an old-fashioned style. The reception and staff are excellent. The breakfast room and restaurant are very nice. Breakfast is okay.

31/08/2026: Usually satisfied, and never buying pain au chocolat, I should have left it at that. However, I made that mistake this morning, and now I'm left with pastries that taste like they're from the day before, with a crust that's completely crumbling because they're so dry and frankly not fresh. It's just unacceptable. I'm not paying attention to anything that's already wrinkled and overcooked just by looking at it. I wasn't paying attention today. I find the quality is declining month by month, so I'm going there less and less. Anyway, the rest is okay, so I'll give it 4 stars, but still. If I may: pastries left behind a window in full sun for 12 hours are not appealing. They dry out, and it's almost unhygienic because I don't even want to imagine the temperature of pastries that are supposed to be kept clean.
29/08/2026: Scheduled opening time 6:30 am. I was told I had to wait until 7:00 am because there were no salespeople available.

04/09/2026: Excellent products. I came two weeks ago to buy a pogne (a type of brioche), a suisse (a type of Swiss roll), and a praline cake. The best part was the Valrhona chocolate croissant.
02/09/2026: This Wednesday, I went to Nivon for dessert. I ran into the young woman who is super nice and always there when I stop by (not regularly). An older woman with a white-shouldered bob and a white shirt suddenly appeared behind her and knocked two baguettes off her display. So, these are the baguettes she sells. This woman then picked up the two baguettes from the floor behind the counter and put them back on sale in front of the line of customers. Do you do this with all your products when they fall? Because in terms of hygiene, I have absolutely no confidence in you.

23/09/2026: Expensive (3 euros for the smallest basic hamburger!!!???) and does not offer any of the deals that McDonald's advertises (McDeal 5 euros, etc.).
20/09/2026: Not a warm welcome, no greeting at the checkout. A very, very dirty look!! I absolutely do not recommend! 😡

12/09/2026: The price of a strawberry tart was €12.90, but I paid €14.90. When I asked them to refund me €2 after payment, they refused. This is illegal. Avoid this bakery; it's a scam.
29/06/2026: I'm unfortunately disappointed with the tarts. Every time I buy them, the pastry is very soft, as if it wasn't cooked enough or had absorbed too much moisture. It's a shame, because you expect a crispy pastry from a bakery...

04/07/2026: This hotel is a complete joke. The only positive thing is the lovely receptionists.
The rest:
- Air conditioning that either doesn't work or makes an awful racket
- Guests yelling in the hallways in the middle of the night
- A ridiculous breakfast
- Housekeeping that's more than a little sloppy
In short, a fake 3-star hotel. Choose an Ibis Budget instead; it's much better for the same price.
22/04/2026: What a pleasure, after a long day at work, to be greeted by such smiling and welcoming people. Passing through, I chose this hotel. Very professional, I was taken care of quickly and immediately felt at home. Thank you to Rebecca and Naomi for your professionalism, which brightened my day.
I ate there, and it was simply perfect. Kudos to the chef who delighted me. The service was impeccable. Thank you again. If I'm ever back, this is where I'll stay. All the best.

17/09/2026: When I saw "PASTRY" on the storefront, I stopped!
I was disappointed because there were only 7 or 8 small slices of "cake," half of which were frozen.
I was expecting more choice or at least some pastries.
Parking is also difficult, depending on the time of day…
26/08/2026: Unpleasant staff and a very cold welcome. Not a smile, a curt greeting... It really felt like being at the slaughterhouse.
It's a shame, because the bakery offers a wide selection and the products aren't bad. With a warmer welcome and a bit more friendliness, the experience would be much better.

08/09/2026: Things have been getting complicated at the drive-thru lately; tonight the sauces are missing, the ice cream is gone, and the potatoes are almost raw... Next time, I'll have to check the bag in front of the person and slow down the service a bit more, which is already not fast.
07/09/2026: I came to this branch at 10:11 PM and tried to ask the cashier a simple question about the menu before ordering. He completely ignored me and was really rude just because I only speak English and Arabic, even though he could have easily listened to me.
I tried using the touch screen ordering machine instead, but I had a problem with it and then the screen locked up. When I asked the staff how I could complete my order (and told them it was for takeaway, not to eat inside), one of them literally made fun of me and sarcastically said "come back tomorrow!" It was only 10:20 PM and they don't even close until 11:00 PM.
I had to leave and go to the other McDonald's in the city center next to the mall, where the staff actually speak English and treat customers properly.
Worst customer service ever. Avoid this place
