30/03/2024: A great experience, started with Sophie's welcome and her kindness throughout the stay. The value for money is very good, a free parking space nearby and provided which is very appreciable. The hotel is very well located right next to the cathedral with a very beautiful setting. There is work going on now but it should be finished soon. Copious and quality breakfast. And yes, finally, dogs are accepted and that’s nice. I recommend this hotel to discover Chartre and share a good time.

27/03/2024: Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation the day before my arrival due to a health issue. I explained my situation to the structure, but not only did they refuse to cancel my reservation free of charge, but when I asked for at least one voucher to benefit from another stay in their structure next time, I did not I received no response! I have never seen such behavior from a serious structure! I strongly advise against it.

31/03/2024: It really only deserves 1 star, it's super dirty in terms of sauce, it's everywhere, and the dishes have no taste, there are missing labels so we don't even know if it's beef and shrimp or chicken...we wanted to follow the good comments but we quickly regretted it, it's very small so when there are lots of people we step on each other, I really don't recommend

27/03/2024: Hello, I placed an order online at 5:30 p.m. for 7 p.m. Once there, I waited 30 minutes. The people in command directly on site all passed in front of us. When I asked why my order wasn't ready, I was told: "That's how it is!". At the end of this long wait, I was not allowed a commercial gesture. It's disappointing.

27/03/2024: What is the point of ordering online 2 hours before, and once arriving on site to be delivered 30 minutes after the time defined online? While customers who paid on site are served with those who order 2 hours before on the internet... The only response given at the counter was "that's how it is", no commercial gesture, nothing but it's "like that".

15/01/2024: Caterer-restaurant, you can eat on site with very affordable menus, possibility of taking away. Great food! never disappointed and wide choice between dishes, fried foods, ravioli... you can eat really well for around ten euros (to take away) depending on your stomach. I thoroughly recommend 👌

29/03/2024: A shame the service!!! We order in click n collect, upon arriving there we receive our order and we realize that we are missing the nuggets, we call the person who served us to tell him, after looking in the bags he tells us “en Indeed the nuggets are missing, I'll get them for you" he comes back without telling us that he needs the bags. He leaves with the bags and comes back without the bags, telling us that we have to check with the manager to get the nuggets. The manager tells us that “his colleagues are certain to have put them in” in the meantime one of his incompetent colleagues (no other word) certifies me the assets put in the bag and does not budge. We insist and she tells us that she will have to check with her manager. The manager in question tells us "I'm going to have to check on the cameras" we're talking about 4 nuggets... he comes back 5 minutes later accepting the error of his "incompetent" colleague and tells us "actually they weren't there I'll tell you 6”. Result: we leave with 6 nuggets but with the rest cold… To avoid !!!

18/03/2024: Missing several things in the order as usual: no cutlery or salad dressing for the salad (so I eat a green salad with my fingers and plain!), missing the bbq and mustard sauces for the nuggets (which we pay for in the menu incidentally) and no bacon anymore in the Deluxe bacon which lives up to its name and which we pay more for incidentally too! If we have to open all the sandwiches before leaving our parking space, that’s serious! And prices have increased again! Fast food will soon be more expensive than a traditional restaurant! We walk on the head !

03/04/2024: 4 cheese pizza felt 1 cheese no toppings almost no tomato sauce at this price it's not reasonable children pizza ham cheese ham almost non-existent almost no tomato sauce even the children were full of it.... First and last times . The delivery man is very nice but the rest is theft

27/03/2024: UPDATE: So you understood correctly, what made its strength was the fact of having a super nice delivery man and especially not Uber or anything else... Problem solved, no more delivery... Too bad, it's been a very long time since I Was a customer there. In addition, the welcome I received at the telephone after a few months without ordering was quite unusual, probably due to the change of owner. We'll wait until the next one to get another opinion. I leave you with the old opinion so that you can appreciate the change made: "Pizzeria at the top. Direct delivery (no Hubert or deliverou). Qualitative, generous, the pizzas are great. The salads are also delicious. Very good alternative to big brands without taste or soul"
