23/02/2026: It's a shame zero stars isn't possible because it was truly the worst experience of my life. One word: run away! I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, which is filthy and staffed with dishonest people. We booked for two nights. To begin with, the key wasn't in the locker when we arrived. We had to find our own way to the room, which was already open, with the key inside. The first night, my 18-month-old daughter became seriously ill because the heating only warmed about 2 cm of the room. The bed was freezing, and using sheets as a duvet in February was appalling. Furthermore, the hotel has never been cleaned since it opened; we found dust and hair everywhere. The room was so cold we fell asleep with our coats on. It was impossible for us to stay another night, so we requested a refund. The receptionist asked for our bank details (RIB) because even she, upon entering the room, remarked, "Oh yes, indeed, it's a penguin room..." We sent the bank details, and to this day, nothing. Today we contacted the establishment, and the woman told us there would be no refund since we didn't stay the night. Before leaving, she assured us she would take care of it. Truly the worst experience ever!!!

18/02/2026: The room was very rustic with only the bare essentials. The soundproofing needs improvement (I didn't sleep a wink all night due to footsteps, furniture being moved at 3 a.m., and constant coming and going on the very noisy stairs). Remember to bring your own shower gel; it's not provided in this Airbnb. The only redeeming feature was the pleasant common areas, but the pool room was too small to play properly (I had to cut the cue in half in three-quarters of the places to be able to play). This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

16/02/2026: Conveniently located next to the water park. Very welcoming and reasonably priced. Variety of starters, main courses, and desserts. Beautifully presented pastries.

16/02/2026: We recommend this restaurant. My wife was feeling unwell, so we had to leave during our meal. We took away the rest of our food, which was kindly packed up by the staff. They were very understanding and responsive. Thank you!

15/02/2026: We were probably the wrong customers at the wrong time (Valentine's Day set menu). My wife suffers from a severe digestive issue, and I had specified the dietary restrictions. The result was monkfish cooked in cream and potato pancakes with butter, despite assurances to the contrary. There was no one listening to us, a 20-minute wait for service, and clearly no one wanted to come over to inquire about the situation. We left sad and disappointed after a Valentine's Day meal in a place with a good reputation.

28/11/2025: We arrived at the terrace yesterday for a hot drink. A waiter came out with his tray to clear a table next to ours and then left without a word. No hello, nothing. It used to be our go-to spot. But that was then. What a shame.

21/04/2026: I went to eat at this pub tonight and it's still fantastic!!! The Angus flank steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender with perfectly cooked fries, all in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend it 100%!

The cookies are unbeatable, and the cookie-flavored chocolate is a source of endless joy on cold winter days. * It's a shame about the dreary shop, where the customer area is as uncomfortable for the shopper as it is for the passerby trying to make their way to the local Jules, only being surpassed by the cramped corridor reserved for the employees who, like all workers, deserve better.

29/04/2026: Hello, I never leave reviews... but this has been a disaster for the past few months! I used to come every lunchtime, and this was the last time! Where's the queue? ...endless wait times, unpleasant waitresses who chat away without even looking at us once... ABSOLUTELY NO communication: sandwich > drinks > price > payment = done... Sandwiches that probably arrive frozen... tasteless ham, no filling, squashed against the glass... Have you changed your preparation? In short, IT USED to be good, but that was before, it's a shame...

30/12/2025: A loyal customer since the beginning, since the change of ownership the quality of the catering has really gone downhill. I bought a very dry chicken with a bad smell, and the rice and carrots were full of oil, smelly, and inedible—I threw everything in the bin. Avoid at all costs.

The team was able to find a solution and make the necessary changes to my order, which had already been paid for via the app and therefore couldn't be cancelled. Thank you to the manager who helped me resolve my mistake.

23/05/2026: This is one of the worst drive-thru places I've ever seen. Every time, at least one item is missing from takeout orders (drive-thru and click and collect), and there's never a word of apology or any attempt at self-reflection, as if it's normal not to get what you paid for. The food is still McDonald's, but always check your bag at this drive-thru!
