29/09/2024: Très bons plats pour le diner en particulier les plats de poissons (sandre et dos de cabillaud) avec la cuisson bien maitrisée, accompagnés de petites sauces originales.
Le magret de canard rosé impeccable.
Nombre limité de couverts par la soirée exige une réservation.

Dîner en famille réussi, la carte n'est certes pas très longue mais l'accueil est amical et les plats de très bonne qualité !
J'y retournerai et je recommande !

14/08/2024: Staying at the campsite up the road. The staff were excellent warm and friendly .. our party of 8 comprised of 6 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 1. The food was delicious . Most of us had the steaks which were superb value and duch a great taste. The price of the wine was good and indeed the price overall was great value. Would recommend this restaurant. One of the locals Gerard chatted to us and even bought us a bottle of wine.
Great evening . Well done to all staff who were attentive throughout. So enjoyable.

Food quality was good, desserts were excellent.
Price was good even though the local options were limited. Would recommend if staying at the local Eurocamp.

21/08/2024: L'authentique un nom parfait pour l'établissement et ses propriétaires! Tout est un bonheur: pour les yeux, les papilles et l'âme. Des pizzas magnifiques, appétissantes avec la pâte cuite au feu de bois, recouvertes de produits locaux de qualité ...délicieux! Et l'accueil parfait, la gentillesse, la générosité des propriétaires ajoutent au bonheur gustatif un bonheur de convivialité.
Un immense merci pour tout et surtout pour votre authenticité en tous points...Nous reviendrons c'est sûr!

Maroilles crepe and minced steak: the steak is hard and surely cooked but cold, a tasteless crepe with no taste, cardboard and the salad with black edges... the total!!! , fast service and quick departure...
I don't understand the other comments unless it's bad luck... but then a very big lack!
And it's been 38 years according to a poster that the boss has been doing these "things"

Customers also participate in this warm atmosphere.
The dishes are very generous and homemade.
The server is very attentive and the service is fast.
While visiting Château Thierry, we found it by chance, I recommend.
23/10/2024: On apprécie de goûter de nouvelles saveurs. Toujours serviable. Le serveur a même l'habitude de nos consommations et direct me dit un Schweppes agrumes! On mange très bien. Copieux. Je recommande.

02/09/2024: C’est la première fois que je vais dans ce restaurant et on m’a fait attendre 1 heure 20 minutes sans avoir de réponse concernant ma commande. À plusieurs reprises, nous avons demandé à la serveuse ce qui se passait avec notre commande, car plusieurs personnes arrivées après nous avaient déjà reçu leurs plats, et ce, plus rapidement. Nous lui avons reposé la question, mais elle ne nous a jamais donné de réponse. Nous avons donc décidé de partir très mécontents.
30/08/2024: L'endroit est très grand mais très agréable. Personnel sympa et carte variée. C'est plutôt bon et copieux. Un endroit où nous retournerons.

31/08/2024: The prices are a bit expensive. However, we ate well. €9.10 for a 50 cl beer, almost 22 euros for a goat cheese salad. 6 euros for a glass of Bordeaux. With us nice boss the table next door a little less 😜

28/08/2024: My wife and I recently stayed overnight on our journey home through France, with our two dogs. What a great find this hotel is! Very welcoming, excellent service, lovely rooms and a wonderful restaurant. We will definitely return.
