03/04/2026: I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff are very professional and attentive to the customer and their requests. The food is superb, the dishes are beautifully presented. You can go there without hesitation; I recommend it 1000%! I enjoy coming for my morning coffee; it's pleasant, and having a meal there is even better. In any case, it's very professional. I'll be coming more often to eat at the brasserie with my son. See you soon!

16/11/2025: Disappointed, there really wasn't much to eat on the pizza; the cheese raclette crust didn't taste like it.

14/03/2026: The service was a bit rushed in the evening; when you're having a meal with friends, it's a bit annoying to have to rush.

09/03/2026: Nice bar/restaurant. Apparently the food is excellent. The owner is a good cook.

03/01/2026: Very nice historical setting, table for 8. Personally, I had an octopus salad as a starter which was quite good but a little too vinegary, a bavette steak as a main course which was very successful, and a first chocolate mousse with the egg white not whipped enough. They brought me another one with apologies which was very successful.

25/03/2026: I stayed for two nights last week on an overnight package: dinner, bed, and breakfast. I had an accessible room, which was quite large, but when you shower, you get water everywhere because there's no shower screen or tray. At night, the hallway light stays on, and the light shines under the door, so I had to use a towel to block it (see photos). As for the restaurants, I tried both the fine dining option and the bistro. There was no difference, except for the price. I also ate very well at the bistro. The waiter was friendly. Breakfast was fine, with fresh pastries and plenty of space. When booking, ask beforehand if you mind having an accessible room. There's a paid parking lot in front of the hotel during the day; the adjacent streets are free, but you have to find a spot. Other than that, I had a good stay.

22/03/2026: 4 stars because breakfast is quite expensive for the limited selection. (We were there at the end of service, so perhaps that explains it.)
