27/05/2024: Very nice experience, we appreciated the diversity of the starters and main courses, there was something for all tastes, mastered cooking, exquisite and original flavors, attentive and efficient staff (very little waiting between courses ), the wine list is incredible. Bravo for everything, we will return with pleasure and desire to this Vichy temple of gastronomy.

23/05/2024: We had lunch yesterday, May 22, in this very pleasant restaurant located in the heart of Vichy. Warm and very friendly welcome. 16/03/2024: Accustomed to stars, I was disappointed by the meal. The dishes are noble but the cuisine is inferior to other Auvergne star restaurants. Especially the desserts with a flan unworthy of a starred restaurant Nothing to say for the setting, the atmosphere and the staff (although the park work is currently destroying the landscape). Moreover, the passage in the kitchen left me wondering. end because I really felt like I was bothering the boss!

13/06/2024: My wife and I had an exceptional lunch in this gourmet restaurant (Wednesday June 12). From starter to dessert, each dish was worthy of the greatest establishments. Unlike some restaurants that call themselves gourmet but only have that in name, here, everything was perfect. We were particularly surprised by the processing of the cheese. Rather than just serving it by the cup, it has been transformed in creative ways, which is rare and much appreciated. The ambiance of the restaurant is zen and contemporary, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing lunch. The servers were exceptional, providing impeccable service and always a little joke to make us smile. Compared to other gourmet restaurants in Lyon and Clermont, this restaurant offers unbeatable value for money. We will return without hesitation!

08/05/2024: All the pizzas are delicious, my favorite is the Royal, then the Grand Mère. The Nugat Glacé dessert is delicious!!

24/05/2024: Restaurant found a bit by chance, between two streets. We were able to have lunch without booking and that’s a plus. Regarding the menu, it is rather garnished with a choice of toast, dessert and also a dish of the day. Concerning the service, despite the crowd, it was rather quick. The salad was hearty, and for dessert the tiramisu was okay even if I still didn't understand why there were strawberries on it.

25/02/2024: One word: excellent! A very small restaurant, remember to book, very well appointed and decorated with a warm welcome. The chef is an artist both in his traditional cuisine and in his presentation. Everything is homemade, a treat. Be careful, the portions are generous.

13/06/2024: We chose this city center hotel because it offered parking. We absolutely did not regret this choice. We were charmed by the decor and the quality of the welcome. The rooms are a little small and could do with some updating. But overall we recommend this hotel.

04/06/2024: We stayed at the Midland Hotel for our wedding anniversary for one night It was a very pleasant stay, the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming! A gentleman, whom I thank again very much, even went out of his way to find a bouquet of roses on a Monday at the request of my husband!! The hotel is very comfortable, impeccably clean, the cuisine inventive and refined. We also appreciated the calm Thank you again to everyone for your welcome, your kindness and your availability We will definitely come back!

07/03/2024: High quality restaurant. I ate a black pork belly from Bigorre, it was an absolute treat. The meat was accompanied by chanterelle and an exquisite sauce. I highly recommend this establishment for its cuisine and the owners who are always very friendly.
