07/10/2024: Great welcome by a very attentive team. A special point for the motorcycle garage and the water bottle ;-) Close to the center of Aubenas! Very clean room and sanitary facilities. The new owner is very nice. He redid the entire interior of the hotel. Me and my wife will undoubtedly return there on our next trip to the region. Thanks again for the welcome.

01/09/2024: Glaces délicieuses et boutique sympathique. Le milk-shake chocolat est très bon aussi. Petites meringues proposées en attendant la commande. Endroit au calme même s’il se trouve dans une petite zone plutôt artisanale, hors centre-ville. Équipe jeune et dynamique.

03/09/2024: Not happy at all to rent 3 pairs of sheets for 50eur and to have moldy stained sheets on the 3 pairs in addition..I have never seen that....no commercial gesture...plus we were told that we could change them Personally, after a 12-hour drive in the heat at 8 p.m., we weren't going to return to reception....they must see that their sheets are stained when they were ironed...I'm sure they left for others afterwards.. . For the rest, nothing to say, swimming pool and slide, great for children...

06/08/2024: Complicated to explain An atmosphere and general uneasiness for this large Odalys chain I expected security and the experience of tourism 1- I don’t understand the concept of evenings (which aren’t really evenings in fact) no atmosphere This is the first time that I haven't seen a facilitator or staff member to manage or see if everything is going well 2- the waitress takes care of the snack and the bar alone, so I still haven't had a drink... LOL I don't want to bother her 3-I found a table when I arrived at 8:30 p.m. but disgusting and without chairs. We fought with other people who donated a chair to me by taking their child on their lap (when I left I found 2 piles of chairs down behind a shed.... too late and this is not ours to go and do the arrangement) 4-Vacationers enjoying the evening are standing behind the gates outside and in numbers, how no one in charge is able to notice (frankly I'm unblocking) All you have to do before the evenings is to reorganize the bar... in short 5-Otherwise the sports instructors are really nice and make do with what they have I think (the sports mats are cracked, the fries for aquagym are the same and not in sufficient quantity) 6-No teen club as indicated on the ads (just very occasional activities) 7-the accommodations aren't great but there is air conditioning, that's the main thing for me 8-the swimming pools are great 9-On the other hand, you need a car for everything: no access to the town of Salavas or to the river on foot, we tried the first day (having never had an answer to our question) and we found ourselves on a super dangerous road walking on the shoulder we turned around There you go I don't want to scare you but if we book our vacation with our savings we like to see the reviews to make the best choice

01/12/2023: Restauration vraiment au top , très bon accueil, service rapide. Cause moto club (MTCN) nous réservons à l'avance pour 12 / 15 personnes. Je recommande.

23/10/2023: Très bon plat du jour : carbonnade et très bon hamburger ardéchois. Très bon thé gourmand, suffisant. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Beau temps pour manger sur la terrasse. Je recommande ++

01/11/2024: The service employee/owner was rude from the start. During the meal, an employee, or rather the owner's son, damaged our car while parking it. He didn't even get out of his car to see the damage. The owner was very uncooperative and did not even provide the contact details of the person responsible for the accident.

24/09/2024: 5 minutes d'attente avant que l'on daigne nous envisager. Ni bonjour, ni un regard, on attend debout, dehors lorsqu'enfin on nous dit de nous installer et là..... la patronne annonce clairement à sa fille que "ça la soule" nous sommes répartis sans déjeuner.

19/09/2024: Accueil un peu froid mais cuisine pas mal, des plats simples (nous avons pris le menu tradition) et bons, tarifs abordables. La terrasse ombragée est très agréable.

29/08/2024: La terrasse est agréable, les frites surgelées, la mayonnaise en plastique, la salade maigrichonne pour le prix en conclusion pas terrible, j'attends le café, j'espère que c'est pas du nescafé en poudre.....

13/09/2024: bon resto personnel sympa, belle terrasse ,un peu bruyant avec la route mais la jeune cheffe se démène pour vous régaler petit resto sans prétention et on est bien accueillis

27/08/2024: Accueil déplorable, café imbuvable c était de l' eau malgré le prix. Nous avons eu droit à un demi sucre après réclamation. D autre part si vous ne parlez pas français, n' y aller pas , car aucun effort ne sera fait pour vous comprendre et on vous incite à aller voir ailleurs. Personnel agressif.

27/08/2024: AVERTISSEMENT pour les FAMILLES: Propriétaires VIOLENTS envers les femmes et enfants. Je suis choquée et en colère après l'expérience que j'ai eu avec ce restaurant aujourd'hui. Ma sœur avait appelé pour prendre une réservation ce midi et on nous avait CONFIRMÉ que c’était bon. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur place, nous avons été surprise de découvrir que nous devions manger à l'extérieur avec la température glaciale (10 degrés), malgré avoir précisé la présence d’un enfant en bas âge. C'était déplaisant, et le propriétaire a pris les choses à un niveau INACCEPTABLE. Il nous a dit que nous n'avions pas de réservation, bien que ma sœur ait eu une CONFIRMATION au téléphone. Le propriétaire nous a montré le récapitulatif de ses appels, nous a montrer son historique de téléphone afin de prouver ces dires, et a commencé à ce montrer MENAÇANT verbalement. Mon neveu de 2 ans était dans les bras de ma sœur et le propriétaire a commencé à l’AGRESSER verbalement, puis PHYSIQUEMENT en lui bloquant la porte. C'est incroyable que quelqu'un puisse se comporter de manière si inhumaine et agressive envers des clients, en particulier avec un bébé dans les bras. Je ne peux recommander ce restaurant à personne et je suis préoccupée pour la sécurité de futures clients.

26/01/2025: Very disappointing address, cold welcome, exorbitant prices for frozen food and meats of dubious provenance. And in addition, the suspicious little hair in the fries... The chocolate mousse and ch'tiramisu slightly save the deal.

09/11/2024: More expensive than advertised: a daily menu displayed on the side of the road which does not exist. Lack of friendliness.
