14/08/2026: Beef tartare is one of my favourite meals and I’m always sceptical ordering it in unknown places. Well…I took the plunge and it was superb! I could see the chef preparing it, and it came out fresh and perfectly balanced! What a little gem to find attached to our campsite! Such friendly people and the whole setup is professional, quick and homely! Merci! Tres magnifique!

04/10/2026: Very cozy interior, rustic and medieval. Friendly service. The restaurant is divided into several small rooms and is larger than it appears at first glance. The meatballs were tasty. The veal sweetbreads, however, were disappointing. I had the impression that it was tougher and harder than usual. Perhaps lower quality meat or overcooked? The fries were also very brown. Some people like that, but it is not our preference.

21/07/2026: What a gem of a camping site! I just spent a week there with my family in one of their premium chalets. It was the perfect little cottage-style vacation home for us with everything that we needed. The site itself is well-visited but the atmosphere is quiet, friendly and safe. Perfect for kids. The staff on the site are very service-minded, and I loved that you could place an order for fresh bread for breakfast before 7 in the evening and then pick it up the next morning. Something my son very much enjoyed doing. The site is located beautifully by a lake, nearby a small town where you can buy pretty much everything you need. The local super market, Proxi, is small but extremely well-stocked. Their selection of fresh produce is amazing and the staff super friendly. The town also has a bakery and two restaurants. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at restaurant Saumon. All in all a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I'm so happy I found this place.

19/05/2026: A campsite of just the right size, the kind we love. A fantastic welcome from incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The campsite is impeccably clean, both the grounds and the surrounding area. The sanitary facilities are spotless, with hot water available all day. Plus, this year they underwent expansion work, adding a new terrace, new pitches, and completely renovated sanitary facilities. Honestly, it's the kind of campsite we wish we had everywhere. And the snack bar is excellent too. Once again, a huge thank you for your warm and genuine welcome. Plus, Wi-Fi is free. In short, a truly wonderful campsite that takes care of its campers. 16/10/2026: I went there because the menu that day offered fish rillettes as a starter, and mussels and fries or veal kidneys as a main course, and of course, I chose the veal kidneys. PS: My eyes were bigger than my stomach, so I couldn't order dessert. The staff was excellent, and the welcome was very warm. The food was superb! It always comes with a basket of delicious bread. In short, go without hesitation! Inexpensive and with fresh ingredients!

17/09/2026: The food is good and served quite quickly. The waitresses are very friendly. Parking is easy and there's always a space available when I arrive without a reservation. :) In conclusion, I recommend it!

11/06/2026: A very pleasant stay at this establishment almost a year ago (2025). The room was lovely with a river view, the welcome was excellent, and the food was 10/10, all homemade. The quiche was excellent, the slice of grilled ham was delicious, the desserts were pretty and tasty, and the breakfast buffet was great. I highly recommend this establishment in Haybes-sur-Meuse. If you love nature, you'll fall under the spell of Haybes-sur-Meuse.

30/04/2026: A wonderful, authentic, clean, and atmospheric restaurant with a warm welcome, polite service, and good, tasty food, all from their own kitchen and freshly prepared. The owner-chef is from the Liège region. He also speaks Dutch. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
