24/09/2024: Superb restaurant for lovers, bistro or gastronomic side... Refined cuisine, well presented. A choice from the menu and menu... A large wine list. Superb welcome, excellent service. We recommend!!! Reasonable price Thanks for the wedding anniversary surprise, you will have recognized me, lol.

28/08/2024: On August 14 we stopped to eat lunch in this restaurant. We were greeted by unsmiling and not friendly staff at all, which is a shame. On the other hand, the gourmet cuisine was delicious. With a nice decor.

17/08/2024: Nous y avons été en moto, route agréable et sinueuse, ce restaurant est une très bonne adresse, nous avons apprécié l'accueil, les plats soigneusement présentés et copieux, l'environnement, le rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons passé un bon moment.

29/10/2025: We had lunch on the terrace of the "Café du Musée" restaurant in Givet during our cycling trip along the Meuse in June. The friendly and helpful staff welcomed us warmly. The menu is classic, but the dishes vary; the daily special was sausage and mashed potatoes with a well-prepared pudding. Everything was delicious and plentiful, and the service was impeccable. The plates are served with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant for cyclists. Excellent value for money.

28/09/2025: Disappointment. Change of owner/management. Food: No longer trust what Google continues to list as a menu. No more accompanied pork chops..., gizzard salad, rump steak, rabbit leg, etc.... and no more floating island, etc., in the dessert section. Food presentation is very limited, even though the menu is longer than before! Service: Waiter surprised when pointed out that the menu isn't fresh, in other words, dirty! Atmosphere: This used to be a small, clean establishment. Today, the faux leather interior seats are scratched or torn with exposed foam! What a presentation for customers! The counter area had a problem at floor level - covered with thick brown sticky tape! ALL THIS TO TELL YOU THAT IT'S TIME TO GET YOURSELF TOGETHER. You benefit from a very nice location and a formerly very good reputation. Good luck to you!

05/07/2025: The meat (counterfilet) was cold in the 2 plates as well as the fries The salad was visibly not fresh (the black edges and well oxidized decidedly compared to the previous owner we divided the quality and multiply the price .....

04/07/2025: It was delicious! The service was lovely, everyone was attentive and very friendly! The value for money was perfect, the food was very good, and a special mention for the caramel French toast which was absolutely delicious!!! We will be back with great pleasure!

02/10/2024: 9 years have passed and the cuisine, service and atmosphere are still as good. To visit without moderation.

30/09/2024: Zero points. Saturday evening in your restaurant we were turned away at 4 even though we had reserved the day before for being 1/4 hour late. A little gentleman who apparently said he was the boss showed no courtesy towards us. The galleon sank for us.

14/12/2024: A pleasant and quiet restaurant. The staff is of exemplary professionalism. The waitress is very pleasant. Good dishes, good desserts. It really is a restaurant where you eat very well. The boss is very nice.

11/04/2025: What a disappointment, the worst pizza of my life, no taste, very bland, the canned tomato sauce and the glass of wine, what can I say... 1 time but not 2!
