The owner is pleasant and has a good sense of humor.

22/05/2026: A 30-minute wait after the starter finally arrived for the daily special. The lasagna was overcooked and even burnt in places. The side salad was wilted, or worse. And to top it all off, no thank you, no goodbye after paying the bill.

30/04/2026: Impeccable welcome. The quality of service is excellent. The hotel is located right in the center of Foix. Although there are a few paid parking spaces in front of the hotel, it's quite easy to find free parking within a 5-minute walk.
I recommend it.
16/04/2026: Trekking along the Cathar trails, we reached the end of our hike and spent the night at the Hotel Lons. A warm and friendly welcome; the hotel has retained its character and is a blend of old and new – I loved it! I highly recommend it.

31/05/2026: The service was rather slow, and smiles were scarce... The cheese selection turned into salad and cold cuts; if they don't have any left or only have a little, I think they should let you know, and that's what we decided on. The salad came with whole leaves; I don't understand why it's so hard to cut them a little. The seafood platter itself wasn't anything to write home about either, but we chose the wine well.
25/05/2026: Very good, reasonable prices, helpful waiter. The mussels were very well cooked and the pizzas were made with good ingredients.

28/08/2024: 24 euros por dos cervezas y 2 Cocacolas, servicio nefasto. Sitio muy sucio. Básicamente una estafa.Ni se os ocurra pisar este sitio.
24/08/2024: Juste un café en terrasse. Tables et chaises sales, personnel endormi, café pas bon du genre robusta premier prix. Je n'y reviendrai pas.

Les serveurs sont attentionné,les assiettes bien remplies et les prix très raisonnable.
10/08/2024: Une très belle découverte sur la route de l'Andorre. Le plat du jour, un poulet fermier cuit au feu de bois et cuisiné à la sauce champignons était excellent. La mousse au chocolat et la croustade, servies avec une boule de glace étaient également très bonnes.Nous sommes arrivés par hasard, nous reviendrons par choix.
