30/08/2026: We go to this restaurant regularly because the home-style cooking is excellent: good quality meat and fish, and especially plenty of well-prepared vegetables. Not to mention the desserts... They're absolutely delicious.
And of course, the service is top-notch and we always receive a very warm welcome. We'll definitely be back!

01/08/2026: A small, cozy restaurant with a few tables on the terrace. They had a full set menu (I can't remember exactly which) with a choice of two main courses or the daily special (14 euros): meat or sausage with various vegetables. Everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and the service was excellent. A good option in the center of Foix.

Hotel Restaurant Lons

29/05/2026: We visited Hotel Lons for two nights as part of a visit to the cave of Niaux and Foix castle. The staff, especially Mr Chaubert, were very kind in assisting to reserve a taxi and make dinner reservations. The hotel is very well-located walking distance from the train station and is in an area with many restaurants, shops, and attractions that are within walking distance as well. The rooms are comfortable and pretty. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the patio overlooking the river is a peaceful place to enjoy coffee or drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Lons and hope to make a return visit next summer to see the sights that we missed this time.
29/05/2026: I have a fibroid. Every woman who has experienced this knows how difficult it is.
The manager of this hotel singled me out because I had the misfortune of having a heavy period the day before and kicked me out of the hotel.
A woman.
Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel to menstruating women.
A disgrace.

27/06/2026: Delivery was over an hour late! The reason given when we called them back was, "Too many pizzas tonight!"
Seriously, too many pizzas for a pizzeria is ridiculous.
Seriously, that's taking advantage. When you choose to have your food delivered, you should make sure you can actually deliver.
Especially since the delivery driver told us they couldn't get the pizzas, while the restaurant said the opposite.

11/08/2026: I should clarify that I didn't actually go to this restaurant, but I ordered through Uber Eats a few days ago. I was very disappointed because, in addition to the fact that the packaging was terrible—some of the sauce had leaked to the bottom of the plastic bag and the rice was wrapped directly in aluminum foil—it wasn't quite the dish I ordered; a crucial ingredient was missing. It tasted good, but it was very disappointing, and they didn't even bother to reply to the feedback I left on the delivery app. I don't think I'll be recommending it, which is a shame since it's very close to my home.

13/08/2026: The central location is great for a drink. But as for food, forget it! Frozen food reheated in a microwave! The service is incredibly slow, if it hasn't gotten lost altogether…

Les serveurs sont attentionné,les assiettes bien remplies et les prix très raisonnable.
10/08/2024: Une très belle découverte sur la route de l'Andorre. Le plat du jour, un poulet fermier cuit au feu de bois et cuisiné à la sauce champignons était excellent. La mousse au chocolat et la croustade, servies avec une boule de glace étaient également très bonnes.Nous sommes arrivés par hasard, nous reviendrons par choix.
