It's definitely etched in my heart, and I will return with my children to remember all the wonderful times spent in this place where people are, above all, genuinely kind, and that's rare indeed. 05/04/2026: We felt warmly welcomed as soon as we entered your establishment. It was a Thursday lunchtime, and the ground floor dining room was quite full with only a couple of empty tables. Having heard about your upstairs dining room, I asked if we could be seated there. To our great surprise, we were the only guests and enjoyed a perfect atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the Cathedral. We were advised to try the set menu, which delighted our palates, and that was our choice. A blend of local produce (short supply chain), authentic cuisine prepared with care, and a very welcoming staff. I highly recommend this culinary experience in Rodez!
