Room not intended for people with reduced mobility.

24/03/2024: We had a great time. The setting is very nice, the owners are very kind, smiling, helpful. The waitress is also very kind and gives good advice. We were a table of 7. The portions were more than generous. Do not take into account the negative opinions, go there and form your own opinion. We will come back to try new things. The little extra is the exit from the restaurant with snow. I think it’s a shame to criticize restaurateurs when it’s quite the opposite.

29/03/2024: I have been coming to this restaurant for lunch for several years, and I have always enjoyed it! A starter buffet with fresh produce and salads that are truly amazing! The smoked saithe (garlic sauce) with brown rice was cooked to perfection, I am very picky about fish and I loved it, thank you! I also learned that they make wood-fired pizzas in the evening, I can't wait to try it! Highly recommended!

Lack of communication and clarity and the information given to customers is false so much so that I had to pay for an entire menu even though I only had the main course and the starter. In addition, the lady at the checkout is very unpleasant. I do not recommend at all.
PS: The Camembert sauce on the Normandy burger only has the name, not the taste.
23/03/2024: While training in Caen, I had the pleasure of having a wonderful culinary encounter in this “Unusual” establishment.
The baroque decoration is made with great charm and elegance.
On the culinary side, I was able to taste a very tender beef cheek and finish with French toast which I highly recommend.
In terms of presentation, the dishes are very pretty and the room service is in keeping with the establishment.
The welcome and friendliness of "Madame Brigitte" are most charming and I invite you to know her story about the name of the restaurant.

31/07/2023: Unfortunatelly the opening hours on their website are not up to date and it was closed as we arrived there. Also the ones in google maps don't seem to be correct.
On the homepage it says 8 to 20, on google it said 8 to 19 and on a board outside the bistro it said 12-14.
