31/08/2024: Jolie découverte à Saulieu Le café Parisien un établissement datant de 1832 à l’intérieur un décor suranné reste dans son jus ,que c’est agréable de faire un bond dans le temps ,une cuisine simple très bien faite très copieuse pour gros appétits un service accueillant une addition très correcte pour la prestation Depuis 16 ans dans la région une très belle découverte

30/08/2024: I had lunch with my wife and daughter, we had three Charolais meats with fried potatoes what a disappointment the meat was so nervous difficult to cut it, the fried potatoes were barely warm, the red wine tasted like vinegar. I expressed my disappointment to the person who collected the money for me. The answer was that I'm not the boss so no commercial gesture, well for 76€40 it's a steal.

03/04/2024: A pleasant stay but 140 bed… Years that we no longer know and a problem with hot water in the morning… a shame because the staff is charming and professional

31/03/2024: What a pleasant stay with you! A HUGE thank you to Ophélie who took great care of us and actively participated in making this stay memorable. Lots of little attention and very responsive by email, she also constantly showed pro-activity 😊 We recommend this hotel ++ and will come back very soon! Thanks again to the whole team and also to Mr. Abernot for everything!

28/12/2023: Hôtel confortable chambre 33 à éviter : nuisances sonores cf climatisation qui vous donne l'impression que les voisins sont dans votre chambre...

06/09/2024: July 2024 while passing through Saulieu we have 2 espressos. Superb environment but €18 for 2 coffees and 2 small sachets of Bernard Loiseau sugar. No sweets, no glass of water. It's a bit expensive!!!

24/08/2024: Very good restaurant experience. Varied menus cooked on site. The chef was able to adapt to our particular request. Do not hesitate to leave the city center of Saulieu, because the value for money is favorable.

07/09/2024: Accueil chaleureux cadre parfait sur la plus belle place de Saulieu. Nous avons mangé des Burgers vraiment excellent !!
