27/01/2026: I went to dinner at this restaurant last Saturday. My friend and I received a very warm welcome! The waiter's drink selection was perfect, and the food was excellent too. I highly recommend it!! A lovely place to spend a pleasant time.

15/12/2025: Passing through Vernon for a business lunch, a friend recommended this place. The other two guests were from Paris and Rouen. From the outside, the restaurant isn't particularly striking. Parking is fairly easy thanks to the nearby riverside parking lot. The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming. The dining room isn't very large, but it's big enough to maintain our privacy and not disturb the other customers. The dishes, which are rather traditional, are of good quality, and the recommendations (for wine as well) are excellent. We each chose different dishes, and all three of us were delighted. A very enjoyable experience.

16/01/2026: We came as a group of three in mid-December and it was a wonderful discovery! Then, in mid-January, a group of ten for a birthday celebration. The welcome and service were top-notch. The quality and presentation of the dishes were equally impressive! The waitress kept up incredibly well (we had around 25 people that day), and there was practically no wait! The value for money is excellent! We will definitely be back.

20/11/2025: The first thing that comes to mind when you think of Vol au Vent in Chambray is the excellent value for money! If you're looking for a strawberry tart in December, look elsewhere. You go to Vol au Vent to eat fresh, seasonal, and well-prepared food, and above all, don't confuse Vol au Vent with bouchées à la reine ;-)...Go without hesitation!

10/11/2025: Fantastic experience at Vol au Vent restaurant! The food is delicious, generous, and made with real, fresh ingredients. Special mention to the owner, who was lovely and welcoming, and who even took a liking to our Shiba Inu – it's so nice to feel your pet is welcome and pampered.

22/11/2025: Joachim allowed me to celebrate my mother's birthday at his restaurant, which he had reserved exclusively for me, despite the rather short notice. We had a lovely evening and enjoyed the food!

18/11/2025: I used the Bistro's catering services. They provided a delicious paella for a birthday party with 40 guests. The organization was efficient and professional, and we were even able to modify our order after booking without any issues. I highly recommend them.
