09/06/2026: We had a wonderful evening at the open-air café and then continued on to the restaurant. From the cocktails to the after-dinner drinks, it was simply delightful. The hotel rooms were spacious and quiet. I highly recommend it for a romantic weekend getaway or a trip with friends. Thank you to Laetitia and Cédric for their warm welcome and helpful advice on visiting the region's tourist attractions.

19/08/2026: I doubted an app could accurately choose a restaurant. This app calculates calories by scanning a photo of my plate. The burger was high in protein and met my calorie needs. The fries were good and the portion was a normal size. The interface is simple.

28/08/2026: A delightful surprise! We stumbled upon this place quite by chance… and it's always a bit of a gamble when you're on vacation and don't know the local spots. Well, what a pleasant surprise it was! The welcome was warm, the waiter smiling and attentive, even offering a little amuse-bouche to start. The menu features a wide selection of fish, which will delight seafood lovers. But meat-eaters can rest assured: there's something for them too! From the appetizer to the dessert, including the coffee, everything was truly excellent. The food was carefully prepared, the dishes beautifully presented, and the ingredients were simply delicious. And above all, for a "small" restaurant, the service is worthy of the finest establishments: crumbs swept up between courses, individual towels in the restrooms… and even a waiting room for the toilets that could almost hold a meeting! 😄 The only slight drawback: a drinks menu with prices would be welcome, especially to know what's on offer and avoid surprises when the bill arrives. Otherwise, nothing to complain about: go for it without hesitation! A wonderful discovery that we're delighted to have made somewhat by chance.

28/06/2026: We had a fantastic weekend at Maison Solar! We left Paris to escape the chaos of the capital ;). Arriving in Gaillon, we cycled to the peaceful countryside where the gîte was located. Maison Solar was the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility and the stunning views, castles, and churches nearby! The gîte is superb: a large garden, a terrace with a beautiful view of the Seine hillsides. It's very clean, charming, and welcoming. Thank you to Aurélie, who was wonderful throughout the weekend and gave us excellent advice ;) I highly recommend it!!!!

08/12/2025: A magnificent manor house for your weddings or events, and a superb Christmas market every year featuring artisans and producers of excellent products. I highly recommend Katia and Thierry; they are very pleasant and professional.

He managed the meal with great professionalism, always attentive to our needs, and ensured we had a wonderful evening. Julien is adept at finding solutions for logistics and last-minute requests. We also dined at his restaurant, which was just as good as the wedding reception. The rest of his team reflects his culinary talent; they are all incredibly friendly. It's a pleasure to share an experience with him, whether it's for catering or dining at his restaurant. We highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again whenever the opportunity arises.
