06/03/2026: A very peaceful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa, the treatments, the aquabike class, and the generous breakfast. We will definitely be back.
23/02/2026: We spent a few days there as a family.
Unfortunately, we had to arrive the day after our planned arrival due to Storm Nile and the red alert in the region. With a 500 km drive ahead, it wasn't even conceivable to travel with children.
I should mention that we didn't have cancellation insurance, but given the circumstances, we requested a deposit for the missed night. We didn't even ask for a refund because we were counting on using the hotel's services (restaurant & spa).
Initially, we received a flat refusal from the hotel, even though a receptionist had led us to believe otherwise the day before over the phone (it was a case of one person's word against another's).
Then, through a well-oiled sales tactic (a second call just 5 minutes after the first, claiming to have checked our file), we were offered a 50% refund for the night in question.
It's a shame, because given the circumstances, our case deserved a different approach. Nevertheless, the hotel is pleasant and very well maintained. Special mention goes to the housekeeping staff.
I used the fitness room two days in a row and had the same problem with the treadmill, which stopped after 35 minutes of use.

22/03/2026: A very bad experience at Le Calypso restaurant.
My wife, suffering from severe abdominal pain, urgently needed to use the restroom. Out of respect, we even offered to buy her a drink, which was refused.
They did let us use the restroom, but upon leaving, they charged us €2.
This is completely incomprehensible and, above all, unacceptable. Refusing a drink and then charging for the restroom in an emergency situation is a clear lack of humanity and common sense.
This kind of behavior is truly shocking and gives the establishment a very bad image.

14/02/2026: I won €147.50, but the machine that pays out winnings only gave me €97.50; a €50 note was missing.
The security cameras were reviewed, the machine was checked, but there was no sign of the missing €50 note.
The security cameras confirmed that my partner didn't take the missing note, and that the next customer didn't either, but that's all. Being in the retail industry, I can't understand why no solution could be offered; I find it shameful!
He didn't even get back the money he had wagered when he arrived. You leave the slot machine room a winner and leave the casino a loser—unheard of!
08/02/2026: Very disappointed in the end, especially with the cashier staff. They were absent for 9-10 minutes. After three requests to reception, nothing was done. We were clearly bothering them. I do not recommend this establishment.

21/02/2026: We ordered mussels, and it's a disgrace to serve them like that. Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs.
18/02/2026: I ordered the set menu with a starter and main course for €19.90. The starter was a basic but decent warm goat cheese salad, but for the main course, I chose the Moules Marinière (mussels in white wine sauce), and that's where things got complicated. There was practically no sauce inside, just a little water at the bottom of the dish with some onions, no trace of herbs or white wine, just a little hot water at the bottom.
It had no flavor whatsoever.
I left very disappointed because I thought I was going to enjoy myself.
Of course, I won't be going back.

mi sono infilato nel primo ristorante sul mare che ho trovato Chez Diego
ricavandone però un’esperienza sostanzialmente negativa
in Giurisprudenza si dice che tre indizi fanno una prova
ma io metto sul piatto tre prove vere e proprie
1. cruditée di mare servite correttamente su ghiaccio ma completamente congelate, a una temperatura che rendeva impossibile cogliere i sapori
2. lumachine di mare piene di sabbia
3. gamberi a cui non era stato tolto nemmeno in parte il budello nero
tre errori inaccettabili
che hanno inficiato un’accoglienza e un servizio buoni, nonostante la presenza di almeno altri 100 clienti
il prezzo sarebbe stato equo se rapportato a cibi correttamente preparati e serviti

Je me suis dirigé vers le premier restaurant de bord de mer que j'ai trouvé, Chez Diego
mais entraînant une expérience substantiellement négative
dans la jurisprudence, on dit que trois éléments de indice font la preuve
mais j'ai mis trois vrais tests sur la table
1. crudités de fruits de mer servies correctement sur glace mais complètement congelées, à une température qui ne permettait pas d'en saisir les saveurs
2. des escargots de mer pleins de sable
3. crevettes dont même une partie de l'enveloppe noire n'a pas été retirée
trois erreurs inacceptables
ce qui a affecté le bon accueil et le service, malgré la présence d'au moins 100 autres clients
le prix aurait été juste par rapport à la nourriture correctement préparée et servie
