06/03/2026: My partner and I came here to eat, and as always, it was perfect. I had told him beforehand that the waitress was absolutely lovely, always smiling and very pleasant… and it was true! The welcome is warm and you immediately feel at ease. The food is also excellent: the dishes are delicious and you can taste the quality. It wasn't my first visit, and it's always just as good, which is very much appreciated. A place in Arcachon that I recommend without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team! 💪💪❤️

09/04/2026: We were promised free ice cream in exchange for leaving a good review. Everything seemed fine at first, but we realized at the end that we were still charged and no compensation was offered as initially promised. Unfortunately, we only noticed this after we had already paid. A very disappointing practice.

Special mention goes to the gourmet Lorraine crêpe and the homemade salted caramel crêpe! It's been a long time since I've eaten at a crêperie, and I don't regret it at all! I'll definitely be back!

15/04/2026: We had a wonderful meal! The food was very well cooked, and the service was very pleasant, with attentive and smiling waiters. It was just a shame that four out of the five desserts on the menu were coffee-flavored and that the side dishes were a bit small. As a result, the boys were hungry when they left the table. The portions of fish and meat were perfect.

01/04/2026: I stayed at the Thalazur Arcachon hotel and was particularly impressed by the quality of service. The welcome was warm, and the staff was available and attentive to every detail. I especially appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of Lola at the bar, who created a friendly atmosphere while remaining highly professional. This genuine focus on customer satisfaction perfectly reflects the spirit of the establishment and contributes to a remarkable experience. The experience was so enjoyable that I chose to extend my stay by five more nights.

21/08/2024: Very good time spent last night at Cin5. A warm welcome, high quality products cooked with care and served with delicacy. A big thank you for the birthday candles for our two boys.

08/03/2024: Dinner for three. Extremely pleasant, warm place and superbly crafted decoration details. Lots of nods to Savoie and Mauritius. The food was fantastic, a mix of classic and original. The Savoie/Mauritius mix proposed raises questions and works perfectly! It's always a marvel to see chefs come up with incredible combinations and bring out different flavors in each bite. The service was impeccable, very careful, clear and professional. Bonus: our children were looked after by the hotel which hosts the restaurant, a significant plus when you are passing through and without the possibility of care to enjoy this perfect moment.

12/04/2026: Beautiful setting, lovely architecture. Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Only one drawback: the restaurant. Aside from the fact that nearly half the dishes on the menu weren't available, the food wasn't good! The shallot tatin: the shallots weren't cooked properly, so they weren't caramelized at all. The kidneys weren't grilled and were overcooked, etc. In short, it's a shame.

05/04/2026: Very nice hotel located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Ville d’Hiver. The building is in the same style of the villas around, with a nice garden and authentic atmosphere. Room was fine but on the old side, with just an heater that made it or super warm or very cold. They are super dog friendly which is a great plus and the ratio between quality and price is quite good. Location is also great to go to the center, just 5-10 minutes walk. Parking a bit small but electric charging which is a great plus. Some of the receptionists do not speak a word of English, which is quite surprising for the place and the quality of the hotel. In general those working there are very friendly. Finally a real gem is the restaurant, excellence food and wine selection and great service.
