Everything is delightful, from the warm and genuine welcome to the absolutely divine, fresh, and refined dishes prepared by this Italian family who work together with a passion for hospitality and spreading joy to hearts and plates. Superb wine list and very creative cocktails... Bravo! Places like this are what we wish we could find more often. A wonderful time awaits you, go without hesitation! 26/04/2026: A little disappointed by this Michelin-starred restaurant. While everything was certainly good, well-prepared, and made with local and seasonal ingredients, it doesn't seem to me to warrant one star. Perhaps we were just unlucky. However, the price is very reasonable. The wine list is too limited.

14/05/2026: My partner and I came to dinner at this very good restaurant. We received a very warm welcome. Initially, the service was very quick, then we waited 30 minutes for our main course and then an hour for dessert. The waitress made a mistake when we ordered a larger dessert than requested, and we were charged at the end at the price we hadn't ordered because we had already eaten it. I find this unfortunate because after waiting an hour just to have our dessert order taken, a gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated.

21/04/2026: We were served quite quickly. I ordered a medium-rare duck breast, but it came out rare in the center. I don't think any restaurant in the southwest knows how to cook it perfectly, so I won't hold it against them. The veggie burger was outrageous: no patty, just cheese, so we were still hungry after the meal. The fries are unlimited, but not the salad :( They have tea lights; I tried them, and they help keep the meat warm longer if you don't eat too fast, which is appreciated. The service was prompt, but we came during the off-season on a Monday evening in April, and there were only two tables occupied in the entire restaurant. I'm giving it four stars because the price is lower than other restaurants in the area. In another city, with these prices, I would have given it three stars.

01/06/2026: Great vibe here. Visiting every time I’m around Arcachon. Amazing area where the sun sets beautifully, with plenty of choice between sitting in the shade or in the sun. Service is friendly and the waiters seem like very fun people. Easy going but high quality.

28/04/2026: A wonderful thalassotherapy weekend! The staff was lovely! The meals were delicious, gourmet, and flavorful! The spa and treatments were perfect. We especially enjoyed the body scrub and massage, and the masseuses had expert hands. The seawater spa was so relaxing! We highly recommend Thalazur Arcachon! Thank you!

15/04/2026: We had a wonderful meal! The food was very well cooked, and the service was very pleasant, with attentive and smiling waiters. It was just a shame that four out of the five desserts on the menu were coffee-flavored and that the side dishes were a bit small. As a result, the boys were hungry when they left the table. The portions of fish and meat were perfect.

08/03/2024: Dinner for three. Extremely pleasant, warm place and superbly crafted decoration details. Lots of nods to Savoie and Mauritius. The food was fantastic, a mix of classic and original. The Savoie/Mauritius mix proposed raises questions and works perfectly! It's always a marvel to see chefs come up with incredible combinations and bring out different flavors in each bite. The service was impeccable, very careful, clear and professional. Bonus: our children were looked after by the hotel which hosts the restaurant, a significant plus when you are passing through and without the possibility of care to enjoy this perfect moment.
