05/09/2024: La Cabane Océane doesn't look like much at first glance...and yet it has an original decor, the food is delicious, they are the best burgers we've ever had and the staff is very friendly! We went back several times during our stay: a good address!

16/09/2024: "Le Chai Nous" oyster barraque in Grand Piquey, a beautiful discovery, shaded terrace, colorful tables, feet in the sand at the edge of a long beach. Breathtaking view of the Basin with its numerous boats and Pinasses... Very warm welcome!🤩Family atmosphere and delicious oysters that we don't leave behind, accompanied by Shrimp, Landais paste, whelks...All washed down with a good chilled white wine! What happiness!! 🥰We are “Chai Nous”...😄😉🥰

19/09/2024: Parfait ce midi. Accueil très bien, gentilles attentions pour nos chiens. Belle déco. Les plats sont copieux, la planche à partager très bonne. Produits locaux jusqu'au beurre et l'eau gazeuse. Absolument tous les employés sont très gentils. Les moules Chorizo excellentes. Bel endroit que je conseil.

20/09/2024: A must-see in Cap Ferret, with reservation recommended. Quality dishes, generous portions, but fairly high prices (around €100 for a glass of wine / a starter and a main course for two). Pleasant and fast service despite a slight wait. Delicious cuisine and warm welcome: a superb address to discover!

20/09/2024: very disappointing, the kitchen is ok but nothing more. we had the ceviche as a starter which was quite good, however the plancha knives were full of sand... we reported it and offered to make it again but to have new sand knives what's the point... It would be better to suggest something else instead, but let’s move on. the service was extremely long despite the fact that we were rushed to take the order on arrival, 30 minutes of waiting for the dish which was not terrible once the starter was cleared, we had to ask again for the dessert menu because we had been waiting for 20 minutes, we also saw the difference in treatment with the nearby tables who were taking bottles of wine... despite the sand and the wait, not even 1 coffee offered even though we had desserts and digestives. In short, too expensive for the cuisine and the service, we wanted to treat ourselves and we are very disappointed.

20/09/2024: Nous avions appris que l établissement avait changé de propriétaire, et étant habitués de l endroit depuis quelques temps car nous apprécions le cadre idyllique avec vue sur le bassin. Nous avons éte plus qu enchantés de la nouvelle formule. Moins chère que l ancienne avec toujours un service impeccable et une cuisine qui a su se réinventer en gardant sa hauteur. Je recommande à toutes personnes qui sont de passage ou qui habitent sur le bassin. La nouvelle carte des cocktails est au top également. Merci aux nouveaux propriétaires pour ce bon moment.

19/09/2024: A fuir Attrape touriste, la qualité n'y est pas. Cher pour ce que c'est. Payer cher pour de la qualité ne me deeange pas, mais là ce nest pass le cas...

13/09/2024: We licked our plates clean! My mom said it was her favorite meal in France. They were very friendly and accommodating to my toddler. He then ate every bite! We ordered the duck, chicken, beef tartar like dish, and a round of desserts.

02/09/2024: Great discovery of this year 2022, small, not flashy restaurant with a terrace which offers a nice view 🤩, a welcome and service with great energy and a great smile 👍, a simple but effective little menu which makes the choice easier for you 💯 ... But the surprise is on the plates 🤤🤤🤤 fresh products from the daily market cooked by a young chef who must like to surprise us and delight us with modernity 💯💯🥇 We'll see you next year 😁 Summer 2023 also validated, good regularity in all areas so once again see you next year

21/09/2024: Un peu hasardeux pour avoir une table on ne choisit pas on est placé...bon ça peut être dérangeant surtout quand il fait soleil et pas de parasol

19/09/2024: Chicken in the Caesar salad was overcooked and tough. The iceberg lettuce was brown. Not a caper in sight. Fries were soggy and cold.

30/08/2024: It was very busy with a lot of people picking up at the same time, so the service unfortunately reached its limits. The food (the burgers) were super delicious!

01/11/2024: There’s no point, we’re on the coast, it’s alive with passing tourists, like us… “Homemade” hot chocolate pancakes at tourist prices that come from a big industrial pot, that’s average, right? (visible from the table where we were sitting, it is “organic and without palm oil”, but not homemade and doesn’t taste much like chocolate)
