21/07/2024: For a hotel picked off on the internet we couldn’t have made a better choice. Right in the centre of town for the solstice music festivities that we had no idea was going on! Knowing we had a secure base for the bike and our gear meant that we could get out and explore the town. Our one night stop over just didn’t allow us enough time to fully explore, but Colmar is like stepping back into the 15th century (give or take a century or two). It is like a time warp and is so beautiful. Great restaurants and, at this festival time, different music at almost every street corner. We’ll certainly be back (by car - I can’t stand the rain as the song goes) and take more time to explore the town using the wonderful Hotel Rapp as our base. You should visit too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

12/07/2024: Very bad experience in this hotel: arrival at 11 p.m. - clogged shower which floods the bathroom... (see photos) emergency room change at midnight - again shower which overflows in the new room the next evening... We are asking for compensation because the room costs €152 per night… The staff present tell us they are the breakfast team because of a lack of staff Unable to contact management. This hotel is a very old house (see photos) which if it were not in Colmar would not survive

18/09/2024: Difficult to rate anything other than the service since we were unable to stay in this hotel. Please note, check-in is before 9 p.m. otherwise there is no one there and, as the receptionist says so well, "I have better things to do than wait for you". Courteous and professional exchange, you will understand. You will of course guess that the refund was not made, and the cancellation fees at the level of the amount of the room... 108€. Courtesy and professionalism have therefore given way to kindness and generosity! So yes, we can clear customs via the general conditions of sale or others. However, a little sympathy and humanism will not make anyone in this world turn back. 5 stars for greed and fanaticism, thanks again!!!

16/09/2024: Satisfied with our stay. Room ok, clean. Bedding OK. TV graying out on certain channels in our room, it’s true but we don’t care, we’re not here for that! The manager and his son: very pleasant, kind, helpful. Breakfast ok too. Hot drink, orange juice, croissant, bread, butter, jam, and cheese, yogurt, cereals too.... If you are looking for something modern, something fancy, you will indeed be disappointed, if on the contrary you are looking for a simple and authentic establishment and people: go for it! Thank you for allowing places like this to still exist. Good luck, and certainly see you next time!!

03/09/2024: Not a pleasant welcome cold pastry disgusting my husband was served before the tarte flambé and I a salad my son the pastry arrived cold he didn't eat and it was not at all appetizing I think it's more of a bar than a restaurant I saw only glass trays only plates I do not recommend

12/08/2024: If you want to wait a long time for your food and waste your time, you should go here. The food itself is fine, but we had to sit for 1.5 hours just to eat something. I think it had to do with severe understaffing, namely that only 1 person runs the terrace during the high season. Do yourself a favor and go to another place.

24/06/2024: Très belle découverte de l'accueil jusqu'au dessert. restaurant recommandé par l'hôtel IBIS situé a quelques mètres. Personnel agréable, souriant et sympa. Belle carte à prix raisonnables. Repas excellent.

19/06/2024: Endroit typiquement alsacien, décor oblige. Une carte bien fournie, avec un menu du jour qui varie régulièrement. A la carte je me suis fait plaisir avec une salade vigneronne en entrée (prévoir pour 2, très copieux), un jambonneau braisé ensuite. Un pur régal, à refaire...Une équipe de serveurs très efficaces et sympas. Bravo, très bon restaurant, pardon Winstub...

21/08/2024: Too expensive. The small bottle of Carola water for 3 euros! 6.50 for a small glass of wine (Côte de Provence, bottled in the Rhône) Too bad we take advantage of the tourist. Otherwise welcome!

05/08/2024: Very nice cafe. Excellent location to take a break from city walking. The host provides 110% service and is an expert on Colmar! Good food and drink - recommend the host's specially made croque monsieur! Thanks again for very warm and good service!

10/12/2024: il n y a pas de choix aucune specialitee alsacienne on peu comparer ce restaurant a une cantine de tres mediocre a eviter pour les amoureux de la gastronomie

25/11/2024: Chouette restaurant avec un accueil souriant. Le buffet est vraiment complet, la viande grillée sur demande est d'excellente qualité. Le personnel passe régulièrement pour vérifier que tout est ok. Très belle découverte. Allez y les yeux fermés.

24/03/2024: It's been many years since I last came, I wanted to offer a little moment of break and relaxation for a friend's birthday, at 11:30 a.m. very quiet place during the week which is very pleasant with a little sunshine We each had 1 drink and 1 waffle, nothing to complain about, well stocked and hearty and a comforting drink, all made in front of you with a smile in a good atmosphere

19/03/2024: A great discovery during our visit to Colmar 🤗 exceptional pastries, fine products. We, who are both passionate about Japan and Alsace, appreciated the taste associations.

12/09/2024: Very nice discovery, a very cozy place 😊 the dishes were very good, we had a goat cheese burger and a salad with mini tacos, very colorful and well cooked! Homemade fries are killer 😍 Too bad we just discovered the place but learned that it was going to close soon, that's a disappointment, courage to the owners, it was great don't change anything 😊

01/09/2024: Sale et puant...aucun respect plat cuisiné au minimum la veille et ils font croire que tout est frais...Et de plus actuellement l'établissement est mis en vente avec de fausses informations....
