21/07/2024: For a hotel picked off on the internet we couldn’t have made a better choice. Right in the centre of town for the solstice music festivities that we had no idea was going on! Knowing we had a secure base for the bike and our gear meant that we could get out and explore the town. Our one night stop over just didn’t allow us enough time to fully explore, but Colmar is like stepping back into the 15th century (give or take a century or two). It is like a time warp and is so beautiful. Great restaurants and, at this festival time, different music at almost every street corner. We’ll certainly be back (by car - I can’t stand the rain as the song goes) and take more time to explore the town using the wonderful Hotel Rapp as our base. You should visit too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

12/07/2024: Very bad experience in this hotel: arrival at 11 p.m. - clogged shower which floods the bathroom... (see photos) emergency room change at midnight - again shower which overflows in the new room the next evening... We are asking for compensation because the room costs €152 per night… The staff present tell us they are the breakfast team because of a lack of staff Unable to contact management. This hotel is a very old house (see photos) which if it were not in Colmar would not survive

03/09/2024: We were looking for a place to eat typical Alsatian food, and Stam met our expectations! The service was impeccable and the food was top notch.

24/06/2024: Très belle découverte de l'accueil jusqu'au dessert. restaurant recommandé par l'hôtel IBIS situé a quelques mètres. Personnel agréable, souriant et sympa. Belle carte à prix raisonnables. Repas excellent.

19/06/2024: Endroit typiquement alsacien, décor oblige. Une carte bien fournie, avec un menu du jour qui varie régulièrement. A la carte je me suis fait plaisir avec une salade vigneronne en entrée (prévoir pour 2, très copieux), un jambonneau braisé ensuite. Un pur régal, à refaire...Une équipe de serveurs très efficaces et sympas. Bravo, très bon restaurant, pardon Winstub...

20/08/2024: I had lunch there last week. I asked for a quarter of rosé wine, the waitress brought me 1 glass! I ask again and I receive a quarter of “hot” rosé wine! Inadmissible. The 🥙 vegan kebab arrived without the cutlery! 7-8 minutes to get cutlery! Unacceptable the kebab was cold 🥶 Finally, the restaurant still does not accept lunch voucher cards! Inadmissible The dishes served are of good quality 😉

07/12/2024: Nous y sommes aller ce jour à 12h00 (2 services 12h00 et 13h30) Restaurant à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville un peu à l’écart de la foule. Super accueil ! La serveuse et la sommelière très sympa Le repas excellent et très copieux (Jarret et bouchée à la reine énorme…) Nous recommandons vivement … Didier

04/12/2024: Bonjour, l'endroit est très étriqué, la cuisine est médiocre, mon mari a mangé une choucroute, il a eu des brûlures d'estomac tout l'après midi... Les pommes de terre sautées étaient pour certaines encore craquantes, pas assez cuites. Bref, nous sommes très déçus, on ne recommande pas du tout. V. M

10/12/2024: il n y a pas de choix aucune specialitee alsacienne on peu comparer ce restaurant a une cantine de tres mediocre a eviter pour les amoureux de la gastronomie

25/11/2024: Chouette restaurant avec un accueil souriant. Le buffet est vraiment complet, la viande grillée sur demande est d'excellente qualité. Le personnel passe régulièrement pour vérifier que tout est ok. Très belle découverte. Allez y les yeux fermés.
